Chapter 249 Tracking
Revol was unaware that his father-in-law was already preparing to send him home; he was still desperately trying to come up with an excuse to go home.
That night, because he was thinking about going home, Revol couldn't fall asleep until very late.
As he tossed and turned in bed, Revol suddenly heard a series of faint noises outside. He found it strange; he had lived here for so long and it was always very quiet at night, so why were there sudden noises?
Revol quietly got out of bed and curiously stuck his head out of the window, only to see that the room where Lynn's brother and the others were staying was actually lit up.
Revol checked the time; it was almost 1 a.m. Now he was even more puzzled. He wondered why Lynn and the others were still up so late. Did they have something on their minds like him?
After hesitating for a moment, Revol thought that since he couldn't sleep anyway, he might as well go and see what was going on.
After making his decision, Revol carefully opened the window of the room, glancing back at Sueno before leaving. Sueno was fast asleep in bed.
Seeing that Sueno hadn't been woken up, Revol felt relieved and spread his wings and flew away.
Revol remembered that he couldn't let Lynn and the others discover his presence, so he tried to keep his voice down and flew very carefully to the windowsill of Lynn's room. Then he stuck half his head out and peered into the room.
Revol saw that Lynn and the other four insects seemed to be packing their luggage, constantly stuffing clothes and other items into their backpacks.
Three question marks appeared above Revol's head. He wondered if Lynn and the others were preparing to leave the orphanage.
Even if they were leaving the orphanage, why couldn't they pack their bags during the day? Packing so late at night, aren't Brother Lynn and the others tired?
Before Revol could figure it out, Lynn and the other three insects had already packed their luggage. Then each of them carried a backpack, went out, turned off the lights, and locked the door in one smooth motion.
Revol watched Lynn and the others walk out of the small building, then cautiously walked towards the gate.
Revol leaned on the windowsill, rested his head on his hand and thought for a moment, then quickly flew back to his room.
As soon as he entered the room, Revol shook Sueno vigorously.
"Little brother, wake up!"
Sueno slowly opened his eyes amidst the violent shaking. He initially thought he had overslept, but when he opened his eyes, the room was still completely dark.
Sueno was immediately furious. He slapped away Revol's hand that was shaking him and said angrily.
"Brother, what are you doing? Why aren't you sleeping at this hour? And even if you're not sleeping, why are you bothering me?"
Revol completely ignored Sueno's tone and spoke to Sueno mysteriously.
"Little brother, I just discovered that Brother Lynn and the others secretly left the orphanage. It seems they're going to do something they can't let the other insects know about."
Sueno said impatiently, "Let them leave, what's it to us?"
After saying that, Sueno turned over and closed his eyes. He was so sleepy that all he wanted to do was sleep.
But Revol wasn't going to let Sueno off so easily, and he pulled Sueno up again.
"Little brother, let's go see what Brother Lynn and the others are up to. I'm so curious!" Revol said, his eyes sparkling.
Although the various experiences he has had during this period have helped Revol grow a bit, his love of watching the drama is not so easy to change.
If the other party is a strange insect, Revol might be able to suppress his curiosity, but if the other party is a familiar insect, then Revol can't help but gossip.
"No, I want to sleep."
"Go on, go on, you can sleep anytime. You'll miss out on the excitement if you don't go now."
Although Sueno was extremely unwilling, he still couldn't win against Revol.
And with Revol's commotion, he was wide awake and had no choice but to sit up and agree to go with Revol to see what Lynn and the others were up to.
However, before setting off, Sueno didn't forget to give one last instruction.
"We can only follow them from a distance. It's so late. If we find out that Brother Lynn and the others have gone to some dangerous place, we have to come back immediately."
"Okay, I understand."
Revol immediately agreed.
So Revol and Sueno flapped their little wings and followed Lynn and the others at a distance.
Although the guards felt it was a bit unsafe for the two young masters to go out so late, they remembered Rhine's instructions that they could only intervene when the young masters' lives were threatened. So the guards did not step forward to stop them, but silently followed behind Revol and Sueno.
Lynn and his group were unaware that a trail of tails was following them. The reason they were able to spot Revol and Sueno when they came to Kami Star was because they had received a warning from Lu Yuan.
Without any preparation, Lynn and his team, at their current level, would not be able to find Revol and Sueno.
The two children followed Lynn and the others as they wandered through the streets late at night, getting further and further away from the main streets.
After walking for about an hour, Lynn and his group still showed no sign of stopping, and Revol began to get impatient.
"Where are Lynn and the others going? Why aren't they here yet?" Revol complained softly.
Sueno was also getting impatient, and after walking for so long, his drowsiness had returned. He wanted to go back to sleep, so he said to Revol.
"Brother, I'll follow for another fifteen minutes at most. If we haven't reached our destination by then, I'm not going to continue. I'm sleepy and want to go back to sleep."
Revol nodded in agreement.
However, just as the two children were about to head home, Lynn and the others finally stopped.
What appeared before the two children was a very simple-looking spaceship docking port, where a black spaceship was also docked.
When Revol and Sueno saw Lynn and the others, they didn't head straight for the spaceship, but instead found a secluded spot to hide.
The two children were even more afraid to go forward. They stayed far behind a wall, only daring to peek out a little to see what was happening in front of them.
The two children saw that although it was late at night, there were many insects working under the spaceship, constantly moving boxes into the spaceship.
The insects that were working were all burly and had a fierce aura, completely different from the insects they encountered when doing odd jobs.
Sueno felt a little flustered and whispered to Revol.
"Brother, this place feels weird. Let's not stay here any longer and go back."
Revol bit his lip and hesitated for a moment, but the atmosphere on the other side of the spaceship made him feel a little scared, so he nodded in agreement.
But just as the two children were about to leave, Lynn and his group began to make their move.
