He was selling gashapon toys in Marvel Studios, and at the beginning, Tony turned into Kuuga.
Chapter 561 Spider-Man with a mixed resume takes on the toughest part-time job.
Peter nearly stepped on the energy lines at the edge of the teleportation platform when he landed, so he quickly raised his hand and shot out a spider web to lift himself back into the air.
He spun halfway through the air, landed steadily, and politely waved to those around him.
"Am I a little late?"
"You've come at the right time." Tony pointed to the sky. "See those openings? The aliens are getting ready to dump their garbage on Earth."
Peter looked up.
The crimson crack above Longhu Mountain has expanded to nearly a kilometer, with dark red thunderclouds churning inside and occasionally flashing by huge black shadows.
He then looked at the holographic map projected by the steel skeleton.
Seven red dots span the entire planet.
"Okay." A light cough came from behind Peter's mask. "This assignment is a bit over the top."
"How is your aunt?" Natasha walked to his side, her tone calm.
"Great, she also told me not to push myself too hard." Peter scratched the back of his head.
Tony paused for a second upon hearing this.
"Then you'd better listen to her." Tony tossed a metal disc to Peter. "Come back alive, or I'll have to explain why her nephew went off to fight alien monsters."
Peter caught the disc and discovered it was a silver-gray spider badge.
"What is this?"
"Temporary access card, connect to my battlefield network. There's a spare set of nanotech armor inside." Tony pointed at his chest. "Don't mind it, although it doesn't have the same youthful feel as your bodysuit."
"I don't mean it's bad." Peter affixed the badge to the front of his suit. "I just wanted to check if it would suddenly sprout four mechanical legs to help me?"
"meeting."
"That's pretty cool."
"This kid's adapting faster than I expected," Quill whistled. "It took me two days to get used to the alien equipment I first received."
As Rocket passed by, carrying a heavy cannon barrel, he casually kicked Rocket in the shin.
"You still haven't learned it."
"I am Groot."
Groot raised a branch and nodded amicably to Peter.
"He said welcome," Rocket translated, then looked Peter up and down. "Hey kid, can you shoot?"
"I don't usually use guns."
"Did you bring a knife?"
"No, not at all."
Rocket's ears twitched, and his expression gradually turned to disgust.
"How have you managed to survive until now?"
"It's all thanks to spider silk, reaction speed, and a bit of luck."
"That sounds very unreliable."
"I agree."
Peter shrugged, but his gaze fell on the gashapon machine in the distance.
The machine stood in the center of the makeshift platform, its shell reflecting colorful light, a stark contrast to the grim atmosphere of the battlefield.
Some people gain power from it.
Some people have changed their destiny with it.
Some people have even used it to transform themselves from ordinary superhumans into giants capable of crushing valleys.
Peter suddenly understood why Tony always carried that black card with him.
"Mr. Leon," Peter took a few steps forward, "may I have a chance to draw one?"
"You have money?" Li Ang asked, holding his teacup and looking at him.
"I don't have that much," Peter said, a little embarrassed. "But I can work."
What can you do?
"I repair computers, conduct experiments, deliver food, catch criminals, and occasionally do some photography."
"Anything else?"
"I can make waffles."
Li Ang fell silent. "Your resume is quite varied."
"So, is there a chance?"
"Yes." Li Ang raised his hand, and the gashapon machine automatically turned towards Peter. "But you don't have time to wait in line right now."
Just as Peter was about to nod, Li Ang added another sentence.
"Finish this battle first, then you'll have money to draw gashapon capsules."
Peter looked at him and nodded seriously.
"make a deal."
Suddenly, the steel skeleton in the distance raised its head, and half of its mechanical face lit up with dense red lines.
"A new spatial fluctuation has emerged."
All eyes immediately turned to them.
With his steel-boned hands pressed against the ground, his mechanical nerves connected to the underground equipment, and the holographic map rapidly zoomed in.
Of the seven cracks, the data changed in three of them.
"There are signs of a large-scale release in the eastern rift. The first batch of Parademons is expected to enter the atmosphere in three minutes."
"Underwater energy fluctuations have been observed in the cracks in the southern sea area, which may indicate the presence of an Apokolips warship."
"High-intensity omega radiation was detected near the western fissure."
Tony walked in front of the projection, and the mask automatically covered his face.
"What level is the last one?"
"At least three Omega bodyguards," Cyborg pulled up the calculation results, "and possibly more."
"They've learned their lesson." Wayne stood at the back, holding a tactical tablet in his hand. "Last time, the three guards split up and launched a surprise attack, focusing their targets on Banner, the mobile construction vehicle, and Leon."
"This time they are no longer fixated on beheading."
"They want to use a large-scale invasion to contain us, and then send high-level units to cut off key nodes."
Gong Qing adjusted his glasses, his expression calm.
Darkseid's objective is clear.
"He wants to hold off Longhu Mountain so that we can't attack Tianqixing again."
"The delivery system is damaged; he has to hold onto it," Tony continued. "Otherwise, this war is over."
"Then let's go again."
Clark stepped out of the crowd, the solar furnace on his chest radiating a steady orange-gold light.
The blue and black tight-fitting combat suit has an additional layer of nano-compression armor on the outside.
This is a temporary modification that Tony just made based on Clark's physique.
"Greven and Stephen Wolf are still holding out there," Diana said, looking at him. "Last time, even with our whole team working together, we still couldn't break through."
"I was injured last time." Clark raised his hand, his palm slowly closing. "This time, I won't."
Banner stood not far from him, his golden aura not emanating, but his gaze was deeper than usual.
"Gravien's Omega core will consume solar energy."
"The Solar Furnace has completed its self-circulation." Clark looked at Banner. "With his newly acquired power, he has no chance to suppress me anymore."
Are you sure?
"Sure."
Tony raised his hand to interrupt their conversation.
"Don't be so quick to speak. Those two guys from Apokolips aren't stupid."
"Stephen Wolf has already witnessed our capabilities last time, and he will prepare countermeasures."
"Gravien is more troublesome." Wayne switched to a diagram of the pyramid's internal structure. "His core and delivery device share some of the energy circuitry."
"He can mobilize the entire pyramid's defense system."
"In other words," Quill leaned closer for a look, "we have to go into someone else's hometown, dismantle their power switch, and then deal with two security guards who can fight their way through mountains."
"That's a good summary." Tony glanced at him. "Next time, you can say less."
"I was trying to ease the tension."
"Nobody here needs to ease the tension."
"I need it," Peter said, raising his hand. "I'm so nervous I almost sprayed the spider silk in the wrong place."
"Then don't go." Natasha looked at him.
“I have to go.” Peter paused. “If those things fall into the city through the cracks, ordinary people will have nowhere to run.”
