Ultraman Jack Episode 1: Monsters' All-Out Attack

Abnormal weather is affecting all parts of the world.

Finally, the monsters all revived.

The oil monster Tegon and the rock monster Zazen awaken simultaneously, destroying port facilities and attacking the city, causing widespread panic.

Team MAT was deployed for the first time to fight, but conventional weapons were ineffective against the monster, and the battle reached a stalemate.

Hideki, a young man, risked his life to rush into the war zone to save a trapped boy and a puppy, but was fatally wounded by Tegon.

In the hospital morgue, a mysterious flash appeared again, lifting the white sheet covering Xiang's body.

After the light disappeared, a silver giant appeared in the room.

Ultraman Jack.

Ultraman Jack was moved by Go's courage and kindness, and believed that Go was a true warrior.

[Hideki Go, I witnessed your courageous act. Your selfless act of saving the children, regardless of your own safety, is truly moving.]

Moved by his courage, Ultraman Jack merged with the village in the form of "life fusion," reviving him.

Go transforms into Ultraman for the first time and kills Zazan with the Specium Ray, but Tegon escapes by diving into the sea.

MAT Captain Kato witnessed Go's heroic act and made an exception by inviting him to join the defense.

Ultraman Jack Episode 2: "Tego's Great Counterattack"

During a training session, Go surprisingly defeated Yuriko, a fourth-dan swordsman, Minami, who is skilled in judo, and Kishida, who is skilled in marksmanship. Everyone was astonished.

Captain Kato is proud to have such a teammate.

The oil monster Tegon was not dead and continued to attack oil tankers on the sea. MAT decided to annihilate it.

Before the battle, Captain Kato instructed Go to listen to Minami, but Go, out of pride, pressed the launch button without waiting for another submarine, injuring the monster with a missile, and Minami was also injured.

Xiang wanted to become Ultraman Jack, but for some reason he couldn't succeed.

Back at headquarters, Captain Kato revoked Go's MAT membership and sent him back to Sakata-kun's team.

Akiko received the villagers.

But Sakata-kun, wanting Go to realize his mistake, refused to let Go continue living with him, so Go left again.

The monster Tegon has landed and attacked the oil field.

Nan tried to rescue the workers trapped in the oil well, but he was also overcome by the smoke.

At the critical moment, Xiang arrived, rescued the trapped people, transformed into Ultraman, and defeated the monster with the Specium Ray.

Captain Kato agreed to return to MAT.

I was indeed complacent; I always thought I was Ultraman. Before that, I was Hideki Go.

Xiang realized his mistake in being proud and returned to MAT.

Everyone was very happy.

In front of the Sakata family's house.

Akiko and Ichiro Sakata stood at the door, watching Hideki Go walk towards them from a distance.

In the sky, the clouds dispersed, and sunlight shone down.

In their eyes, Hideki Go's figure seemed to overlap with the light in the sky, handsome and resolute.

Sakata Ichiro smiled.

"Welcome home, hometown."

The two-episode run has ended.

When the ending theme song, "Ultraman Song," started playing, the comments section went completely crazy.

"Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit!"

"Hideki Go is so handsome! His mixed-race look is amazing!"

"That's what a real man is! Those weak, pretty-boy idols in the Chinese entertainment industry should take a look!"

"I cried during the scene where they rescued the child and the dog..."

"The growth arc, from complacency to awakening, is so well-written!"

"Jack doesn't have a transformation device? How does he transform?"

"It seems like all I have to do is raise my hand? I'll give it a try..."

"Don't try it upstairs. I just came back from the hospital. The doctor said I have a sprained ligament."

"It must be because your synchronization rate is not high enough. I just succeeded."

"Don't rush it, you're already hallucinating."

The Land of Light, Yang Qian's office.

Yang Qian closed the playback page on her computer, picked up her teacup, and took a sip.

Su Xiaoran stood to the side, a smile on her face.

"Director Yang, Jack's premiere ratings are excellent."

"According to Starlight Video, the number of views is already 1.5 times that of the same period when 'Ultraman Tiga' premiered, and the paid membership conversion rate has also reached a new high."

"Yes, as expected."

Yang Qian put down her teacup.

"Jack's human form is more relatable to ordinary people, with a more complete growth arc, making it easier to resonate with the audience."

"Tell everyone not to stay up too late."

Yang Qian said.

"Leave work when it's time to leave."

"I've already reminded you."

Su Xiaoran was helpless.

"But everyone said they wanted to do more while they were inspired at night."

Yang Qian shook his head and chuckled.

The overtime culture in the Land of Light is a bit unique.

It wasn't coercion or exploitation, but rather the employees' spontaneous enthusiasm.

The cafeteria has delicious food and a great atmosphere, the projects are rewarding, and overtime pay is generous.

As a result, when it's time to leave work, many people are still reluctant to go.

Yang Qian repeatedly emphasized that mandatory overtime was not allowed, and the heads of various departments strictly enforced this rule.

But the employees themselves were happy to do it.

"Then let's ensure good logistical support."

Yang Qian said.

"Late-night snacks, taxi reimbursement, and weekend time off in lieu are all in place."

"Especially for weekend overtime work, prior approval is required, and consecutive overtime is not allowed."

"clear."

Su Xiaoran nodded.

"By the way, the finance department just submitted last week's overtime pay report, I've put it on your desk."

Yang Qian glanced at the numbers on the report without changing his expression.

The Land of Light is never stingy when it comes to employee benefits.

996?

Sweatshop?

nonexistent.

What he wants to do is to enable employees to find value, grow, and enjoy their work here.

This is the only long-term solution.

"Alright, Jack's finished his broadcast, I'm going home now."

Yang Qian stood up.

"You should go back and rest early too."

"Take care, Director Yang."

Yang Qian walked out of the office, but instead of leaving the park directly, he went to the technical department on the second floor.

Several programmers were still coding when they saw Yang Qian come in and quickly got up.

"Director Yang!"

"It's alright, you guys go ahead with your work."

Yang Qian waved her hand.

"I just came to check on the progress of the new system."

Technical lead Lao Li walked over and said, "Director Yang, the database of characters from the Land of Light IP universe that you mentioned has been set up."

"As per your request, the settings, characters, relationships, and timelines of all works that have appeared and those that are planned have been entered, and intelligent search and correlation analysis are supported."

Yang Qian nodded: "Very good, what about the actor contract module?"

"It's done."

Old Li brought up the interface.

"Based on the list you provided, we have signed long-term cooperation agreements with all the main actors and human hosts of the Ultraman, Kamen Rider, and Armor Hero series in advance, and entered them into the system."

Ultraman series:

Hayata Susumu (original actor) played by: Kurobe Susumu (signed)

Dan Moroboshi (Seven) Actor: Koji Moritsugu (signed)

Hideki Go (Jack) Actor: Danjiro (signed)

Hokuto Seiji, Minami Yuko (Ace) Actors: Takamine Keiji, Hoshi Ryoko (planned contact)

Shin Asuka (Dyna) - Actor: Miriam Yeung (temporarily)

……

If it weren't for the actor issue, he would prefer to play the Hunter Knight Sword.

But what if?

Yang Qian looked at the list and felt a surge of emotions.

In its previous life, the Ultraman series left behind too many regrets due to reasons such as fragmented copyrights, changes in actors, and changes in production companies.

In particular, the Super 8 movie brought together many human hosts from the Showa to Heisei eras.

However, due to various reasons, the original cast could not be reunited, which became a source of pain for countless Ultraman fans.

In this lifetime, he will never let such a thing happen.

He wants to build a complete talent pool for the Land of Light.

Ensure that every human host and every actor playing an important role is deeply bound to the Land of Light.

In this way, whether it's filming a theatrical version, a special episode, or producing an all-star production in the future, the original cast and crew can be mobilized at any time.

Ace, Taro, Leo, 80, Mebius, Dyna, Gaia...

These all need to be filmed.

And it had to be filmed according to his ideal version.

As for Zero Rabbit, he's a real crowd favorite, so we need to plan things out carefully.

The new generation also needs to plan ahead.

As for Omega, let's not even mention him.

In short, the task is arduous and the road ahead is long.

Yang Qian closed the system interface and said to Lao Li.

"Thank you for your hard work. This system is a top secret, so access control must be done well."

"Understood, Director Yang."

Leaving the technology department, Yang Qian walked through the quiet park.

It's the weekend.

A busy week has finally come to an end.

I can sleep in tomorrow, or go see Mr. Shi Tiesheng and ask him for his opinion on the script for the sequel to "Qin's Moon".

Or perhaps you could simply take a day off, play some games, or read some books?

Yang Qian smiled.

Weekends should be treated like weekends.

The Land of Light is not a sweatshop, and he is not a workaholic.

When it's time to work hard, work hard; when it's time to relax, relax.

This is what a healthy life is all about.

……

Meanwhile, Tencent Video's Wisteria has already decided on the theme for its next animated series.

Girl band.

Aren't you, Ah-Guang, going to release a series of teen idol dramas?

Then I'll use an anime like Girls Band, which is closer to reality, to target you.
