Entertainment to the death, make a tokusatsu film that will crush the entire internet.

The reception room of the Land of Light Animation Studio.

Li Lin, unusually, didn't engage in the usual polite small talk.

He handed a document with a red seal to Yang Qian.

"Director Yang, the premiere date for 'Those Years, Those Rabbits, Those Things' has been set."

He pointed to the date marked in bold on the document.

"On this day."

Yang Qian's gaze fell on that date.

"At this point in time..."

He hesitated for a moment, then looked up at Li Lin.

"Isn't this a bit too unusual?"

Upon hearing this, Li Lin was taken aback at first, then couldn't help but laugh.

"Director Yang, this isn't like you at all."

He shook his head, his tone tinged with emotion.

Ah Guang, who used to be reckless and act on a whim, is now starting to consider the bigger picture and the consequences.

I have indeed grown up.

Li Lin was very pleased.

"I mean, at that time, it would be difficult for the public to focus their attention on an animated film."

"I'm worried that the publicity effect will be diminished, wasting such a good topic."

Li Lin's smile froze on his face: "So you don't think it's sensitive, you're just afraid no one will see it?"

"Otherwise what?"

Yang Qian countered with a question.

Li Lin: "..."

Well, all that emotion for nothing.

I should have known this would happen.

"cough."

Li Lin cleared his throat and said seriously.

"The timing was set after comprehensive consideration from above, and it has its own profound meaning. You and I shouldn't worry about it. Just carry it out."

He lowered his voice slightly and reminded him.

"In addition, there is another requirement from above: we hope you will open a completely new account specifically for publishing 'That Rabbit' and related content."

"This time, do not directly link the Land of Light and Hikaru's accounts."

Yang Qian nodded, not surprised by this.

Li Lin continued, "Of course, the organization has seen your efforts and sacrifices."

"In the future, policy support, project approval, and resource allocation will naturally take this into consideration."

"This is a kind of compensation, and also a kind of recognition."

He gave Yang Qian a knowing look.

Yang Qian understood: "Understood. I'll arrange the account."

"Um."

Li Lin relaxed and leaned back on the sofa.

"You've been given autonomy over specific broadcast frequencies and pricing strategies; it's a small privilege."

"You have experience in this area."

Yang Qian's eyes lit up slightly: "I can set the price myself? Even if I set it very high?"

Li Lin glanced at him and laughed irritably: "Go ahead and set the price. I know you definitely can't come up with a high price."

Yang Qian: "..."

I feel like I'm being manipulated.

"Manager Li, that's a stereotype."

Yang Qian protested.

"Whether it's a stereotype or not, you know in your heart."

Li Lin remained calm and composed.

"So, what are you planning to do? I'm quite curious."

Yang Qian sat up straight, his expression becoming serious.

"

It will be broadcast simultaneously on all platforms, without any exclusive or time-limited exclusivity.

Completely free to watch, with no payment requirements;

The first season consists of 12 episodes, all of which were released at once.

The copyright of this work is permanently and freely available for licensing to all legitimate platforms, allowing non-commercial secondary distribution and editing.

He paused, then added.

"In addition, I will remove the logo of the Land of Light Animation Studio from the opening and ending credits of the main feature."

"Only the director/screenwriter, the complete creative team, and the voice actor list will be retained."

"This is a basic respect and recognition for everyone's hard work."

After hearing this, Li Lin's smile faded, and he leaned forward, staring intently at Yang Qian.

"are you serious?"

It's completely free across all platforms, released all at once, with permanent free licensing, and even hides the company logo...

This means that the Land of Light will almost completely detach itself from the commercial aspects of this project, presenting itself purely as a content platform.

The effort and costs invested are almost impossible to recoup directly through the work itself.

Yang Qian met his gaze, her tone calm.

"If I'm lying to you, you can bring your people to investigate my Land of Light, and I won't say a word."

Li Lin remained silent for a full five or six seconds.

Then, he stood up abruptly, his face solemn.

He faced Yang Qian and nodded slightly.

"Comrade Yang Qian, on behalf of... I thank you for your understanding, support and cooperation."

The sudden formality in address and demeanor made Yang Qian feel somewhat uncomfortable.

He quickly waved his hand.

"Hey, Manager Li, don't be so serious, sit down and let's talk."

"I'm just an animator, and I just felt that this was the most suitable way to do it."

Li Lin then sat down again, but the admiration and emotion in his eyes were unmistakable.

"Director Yang."

He changed his form of address back to what he used.

"Honestly, don't you even have the slightest idea of joining the team? With your awareness and ability, I can introduce you."

"You can play a greater role here."

He genuinely wanted to recruit and retain his talent.

There are many capable people, but few possess such vision and childlike innocence.

not much.

Yang Qian shook his head decisively.

"Alright, alright, Manager Li, don't flatter me."

"I'm used to being free and easy, so I'm better suited to staying in the studio drawing storyboards and working on scripts."

"I really can't stand those meeting documents. I'm good at animation, but other things are really difficult."

Seeing his resolute attitude, Li Lin knew that he couldn't force the issue, so he sighed regretfully and didn't bring it up again.

"Oh, right."

Yang Qian remembered the important matter at hand.

"I'll talk to Dami about Starlight Video; there shouldn't be any problems."

"But Tencent Video has several other platforms, and you know, there's a business competition relationship between them. They might not be willing to accept the offer of free streaming across all platforms."

Tencent Video, in particular, is preparing to go head-to-head with Land of Light in the 3D arena.

Li Lin waved his hand, his tone somewhat dismissive.

"I will personally communicate with Tencent and other platforms, if my level is not high enough..."

He raised his hand and pointed his index finger upwards.

"Of course, there are still people we can contact."

"This matter is of concern and support to the entire province and even higher levels, and the platform will consider the overall situation."

"That's good."

Yang Qian felt relieved.

With this powerful tool, the resistance will be much less.

"Alright, that's about it. You get back to making the final adjustments and submitting it for review as soon as possible. I'll be busy these next few days too."

Li Lin stood up, preparing to take his leave.

"Wait a minute, let me grab some local specialties."

"Anything else? My wife has already warned me that I can't buy any more toys for the kids lately."

"This time it's not a toy."

Yang Qian turned around, picked up a cardboard box with a cartoon cat pattern printed on it from the corner of the wall, and placed it in front of Li Lin.

【Hakimi North and South Green Bean Milk】.

Li Lin's eyelids twitched as he looked at the words on the cardboard box and the image of a round, milky-white kitten.

Manufacturer: Shiyang Soy Milk Factory.

"This is……?"

He remembered this factory; it was another old factory in the district that was on the verge of bankruptcy.

He casually mentioned to Yang Qian that he wondered if the Kingdom of Light could be included.

"The new product from that soy milk factory you mentioned last time."

Yang Qian explained.

"I designed the packaging and also got some of their soy milk as a studio perk."

"It tastes good, made with high-quality ingredients, and has zero additives."

"Take this back and let your sister-in-law and children try it; they can drink it as a side dish."

Li Lin examined the kitten closely, and the more he looked at it, the more familiar it seemed.

"Is this cat design copyrighted?"

"Don't worry, the prototype is Shijiu from the Land of Light, the one that patrols."

Yang Qian pointed out the window.

Just then, Shi Jiu, dressed in milky white, was walking gracefully down the corridor.

I glanced at them during that time.

His expression was exactly the same as on the packaging.

Li Lin: It really does look like it...

"How much?"

He skillfully pulled out his phone.

"A box contains 20 packs, each pack contains 250ml, and the total price is 34.9 yuan."

"I transferred the money to you via WeChat."

"receive."

……

Li Lin left with the box of "Hakimi" soy milk.

Yang Qian glanced at the calendar after returning to her office.

A hint of emotion also appeared on his face.

Unexpectedly, the date was ultimately set for this day.

Yeah.

"Director Yang."

Su Xiaoran knocked on the door and came in to report on her work.

"Tomorrow night at 8 PM is the official premiere of 'Lolo's Adventure'."

"Everything is ready on Starlight Video's end, and their pre-launch promotions have already climbed into the top three trending topics on major platforms."

"Okay, I understand."

Yang Qian nodded, but his gaze remained fixed on the calendar.

Su Xiaoran noticed his gaze, but didn't ask any further questions, and continued to report on another matter.

"In addition, I have placed the project proposal for the 'Spay-Neuter-Before-Adoption, Adopt-Dont-Shop-The Land of Light Stray Animal Care and Rescue Charity Project' on your desk. Please take a look when you have time."

Yang Qian snapped out of her reverie and glanced at the desk.

"Where? I don't see it."

Su Xiaoran pointed to a corner of his desk, looking somewhat embarrassed.

"Um... it's the document that the second boss is lying on."

Yang Qian looked down.

Shi Jiu had somehow jumped onto his desk and was now comfortably sprawled on a folder, dozing off with her eyes half-closed.

The title of the project was printed on the cover of that folder.

Yang Qian: "..."

As if sensing his gaze, Shi Jiu lazily opened one eye and glanced at him.

Then I changed to a more comfortable position and pressed the file down even more tightly.

Yang Qian rubbed his temples helplessly.

Su Xiaoran suppressed a laugh.

"Then I'll head out first. Director Yang, you can continue reading."

……

Meanwhile, in the official live stream room of Shiyang Soymilk Factory.

The live stream room, which originally had only a few dozen viewers, now has more than five thousand online viewers, and the barrage of comments is flying by.

"Hey host! Do you still have any Hakimi North-South Green Bean Milk? Give me ten cases!"

"I want one too! Give me the link! The packaging is so cute!"

"I came here after seeing A-Guang's Weibo post! The Land of Light co-branded soy milk? I'll buy it to support them!"

"Where's the link? Why is it only the original packaging soy milk? I want the kitten packaging!"

"I bought it for my child, and he saw the kitten on the packaging and insisted on having it!"

"What are you spacing out for, streamer! Hurry up and put it on sale!"

"Holy crap, sold out? I just clicked in and it's gone? Even the donkeys in the production team wouldn't dare rest like this!"

In the live stream, the factory manager of Shiyang Soymilk Factory looked bewildered at the frantically scrolling barrage of comments and the inventory that was instantly cleared in the background.

He was merely following the advice of the Land of Light.

How did a new packaging design suddenly become so popular?

These days, printing a cat on a soy milk package can make the inventory sell out in seconds?

Isn't that just too unreasonable?!

Faced with barrage of comments urging for the book to be released.

The factory manager's voice was excited: "Everyone, don't worry! Don't worry! I'll contact the production line immediately and get them to work overtime! We'll start production right away! The new link will be up and running soon! Thank you! Thank you all for your support!"
