The little creature that was just curled up on the ground has now gotten up and is quietly sweeping up the broken flower pots on the ground.

Yuan Keyi didn't speak to him. She found a chair and sat down, calmly looking around the shop. It wasn't very big, with only two rows of shelves against the wall, sparsely displaying some flowers and plants. There weren't many in bloom, unlike other shops that displayed their most vibrant flowers at the entrance.

The location is bad, and business is bad. No customers have come in. Occasionally, a few people will pass by, but they will only glance at the passersby and not come in.

In the guide for this dungeon, someone mentioned this shop. The owner is stingy, irritable, and likes to beat people. He doesn't hire outsiders, and he's simple-minded. He seems to know nothing and you can't get any information out of him. Skilled dungeon runners won't waste their time here.

Yuan Keyi didn't have time to make her own strategy guide, so the team only showed her a part of the guide they had made.

The shop owner went upstairs and didn't come down, and the sky gradually began to darken.

"Little one, go upstairs and call the shop owner down; it's time to prepare dinner."

The little weirdo, who had been working, froze for a moment. He looked at the bell in Yuan Keyi's hand, then at the stairs in the corner, his expression shifting between fear and confusion.

"Hurry up, it'll get dark soon," Yuan Keyi urged coldly.

The little monster stood ramrod straight and slowly walked toward the stairs. A moment later, Yuan Keyi downstairs heard the shop owner's furious cursing and the sound of something rolling down the stairs.

The little monster skillfully rolled down the stairs, clutching its own head. Yuan Keyi stood two steps away, looking up at the shop owner coming down the stairs.

"Boss, you promised to include food and lodging, are you going back on your word?"

The shopkeeper looked at the bell in her hand, his anger almost overflowing: "Wait."

After saying that, she went out the door. Yuan Keyi leaned against the pillar by the door, a position that allowed her to attack or defend as needed.

A few minutes later, the shop owner returned with two boxes, his footsteps heavy. He shoved one of them into Yuan Keyi's hand with a rude shove: "Hmph, don't choke!"

"It's getting dark outside, let's close the door and go upstairs for dinner." Yuan Keyi held the box but didn't open it.

At first, no one dared to eat the food in the instance. Later, someone took some out, and the researchers outside tested it. The conclusion was that it was not poisonous and could be eaten, but the nutritional composition was limited.

This appears to be a normal town with food shops offering a full range of dishes. However, actual tests reveal that these items are just a substance that mimics the taste and appearance of real food. Humans can only eat it to feel full. If you need to stay in a dungeon for a long time, you must bring compressed nutrient solutions, otherwise your body will not be able to handle it.

The original owner definitely didn't have the money to buy that thing, while the current Yuan Keyi has plenty of food.

"Are you the shop owner or am I the shop owner?" the shop owner shouted in a loud voice, his mouth agape almost reaching his ears.

"You are, but it's dark!" Yuan Keyi looked outside calmly.

The shop owner angrily kicked the little weirdo: "Go close the shop now!"

The little monster scrambled to the door, closed it, and drew the curtain. Its small body was clumsy but nimble.

After the door closed, it got dark on the first floor. Yuan Keyi took out a small flashlight and turned it on: "Let's go, everyone, upstairs."

The shop owner glanced at the bell hanging on her wrist, his smile widening, and then turned and led them upstairs.

Xiao Wei hesitated for a moment. The shop owner usually didn't let him go upstairs, but this even more terrifying person said everyone should go upstairs. In the end, he chose to listen to the more terrifying person and quietly followed him upstairs.

"You'll stay in this room," the shopkeeper said, pointing to an open room. "Be careful tonight!"

Yuan Keyi pointed to the room next door: "Whose is that?"

Both rooms had their doors open and were similarly furnished, each containing only a bed. The room the innkeeper assigned to Yuan Keyi at least had bedding, while the other room only had a bed board.

The shopkeeper was about to speak when he suddenly noticed a small figure huddled in the shadows and changed his mind: "He lives there."

"Oh, then let's switch rooms. I'll stay in this one."

"Hmph, you tell him yourself." The shop owner angrily went into his room and slammed the door shut with a loud bang.

"Here's some food. Can you switch rooms with me?" Yuan Keyi handed over the lunchbox in her hand.

The little monster looked up at her, its eyes blank, a bruise on its chubby face, and bloodstains on its forehead.

"That's not my room. The shop owner won't let me come up." The voice was a soft, childlike one.

"Oh, I don't want his food, you can have it. If you don't want to stay here, go to your usual sleeping place."

Watching her retreating figure as she headed into the room, the child's voice softened even more, tinged with a hint of grievance: "There's nowhere to sleep; the shopkeeper only lets me sleep on the floor."

There was no answer. Then came the sound of the door closing. The little thing looked down, touched the lunchbox, turned around, and carefully went downstairs.

Yuan Keyi in the room was unaffected. She carefully checked the small room, took out a box of rice balls from her space, ate a simple dinner, drew the curtains, and stood to one side, looking down at the street through a small gap.

As darkness fell, Yuan Keyi looked at the 'sun' that hung in the very center of the town. Unlike the rising and setting sun of the human world, it remained motionless in the middle, its dimming appearance resembling a light bulb gradually losing power.

The streets were completely quiet. That's how this instance works; the eerie creatures never go out at night, keeping their doors and windows locked, and there aren't even any lights on.

Yuan Keyi observed for two hours, but couldn't see anything unusual with the naked eye, since it was pitch black. However, she seemed to hear some sounds, like the sound of a breeze rustling through trees, or the sound of vines growing rapidly.

A flower town? Or perhaps a plant town would be a more fitting name?

Yuan Keyi took one last look at the center of the sky. The darkened 'sun' was no longer visible. She had night vision goggles in her space, but she didn't take them out. Instead, she disappeared from the spot in the next second.

There was a soft rustling sound outside the door. A minute later, the door opened, and the shop owner appeared in the doorway. His mouth was so wide it extended past his ears, and a bright red flower bloomed on his forehead. Red liquid dripped from the center of the flower's stamen. His eyes bulged out, and his eyeballs seemed about to fall out.

"Haha, go down and keep that old man company, uh, where is he?" The shrill, eerie voice abruptly stopped.

The room was too small and had no extra decorations. It was completely empty and deserted. The owner, unwilling to give up, lifted the wooden bed, searched the next room, and finally went downstairs.

Yuan Keyi, inside the space, couldn't hear the sounds downstairs. The shop owner seemed to be questioning the little thing in a low voice.
