Tian Yangyi gripped the steering wheel with one hand, his gaze fixed straight ahead: "Back to Lubers Castle."

Tian Yangyi ignored his comment, pressed the accelerator slightly deeper, and the Hummer climbed up the winding mountain road, once again entering the gates of Lubers Castle.

After stopping in front of the main building, Tian Yangyi turned off the engine and got out of the car. Jackie followed him quietly, sneakily eyeing the familiar stone walls and towers, his eyes filled with a kind of vigilance that came after surviving a disaster.

Giovanni, the butler, was already waiting at the door. When he saw Tian Yangyi approaching, he bowed slightly and greeted him politely. However, when his gaze swept over Jackie behind Tian Yangyi, the smile on his lips noticeably faded, and his eyes clearly conveyed one word—"annoyed."

Jackie felt a chill run down her spine from the old butler's piercing gaze. She forced a smile and greeted him, "Mr. Giovanni, long time no see..."

"Please, gentlemen." Giovanni pushed open the door and stepped aside to make way for them.

The study was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves on three walls, filled with ancient books and scrolls with leather covers. Sophia sat behind the desk, wearing a dark purple silk shirt, holding a document in her hand.

The setting sun slanted in through the window behind her, casting a soft halo around the edges of her silhouette.

Seven years have passed, and Sophia is no longer the illegitimate daughter of the Lubers family who needed Lu Chen's protection and lived a precarious life. Having weathered numerous bloody storms, she is now a formidable figure, one of the most untouchable women in the entire underground world of Europe.

Half a step behind her, Paloma stood quietly in a smart business suit, holding a folder lightly in her hand, her eyes clear and focused.

"Madame Sophia," Tian Yangyi bowed slightly.

Jackie quickly followed suit, bowing deeply and forcing a fawning smile at Sofia: "Hello, Madam."

Perhaps the trauma from last time was too great, because the usually carefree Jackie was as timid as a mouse in front of a cat when she saw Sophia, afraid of displeasing her and being hung up again.

Sophia raised her head, her gaze sweeping over the two of them before finally settling on Jackie. She chuckled softly, "I can lend you the three pieces of God's Armor."

Jackie's eyes lit up instantly: "That's wonderful! Thank you, Madam! Thank you, Madam!"

"Don't thank me yet," Sofia interrupted him calmly, her eyes now scrutinizing him. "I can give you the things. But how do you plan to guarantee they'll be returned intact?"

Jackie instinctively straightened his back, patted his chest, and said, "I swear on the honor and life of 'Asian Eagle,' I will return it all intact!"

However, Sofia scoffed, "Mr. Jackie, your reputation and life are probably only worth three hundred dollars to me—not even enough to buy a loaf of bread."

"This..." Jackie's face flushed red.

He instinctively wanted to refute, but after thinking it over, he realized that he really didn't have any decent bargaining chips to offer.

As the two stepped out of the castle gates once more, the Mediterranean twilight had completely enveloped the land. Giovanni had already had the three God's Armor items packed into a specially made black metal box and loaded into the trunk of the car.

After saying goodbye to Giovanni, Tian Yangyi and Jackie started the car. The headlights drew two parallel warm white beams on the asphalt road ahead. The outline of Lubers Castle grew smaller and smaller in the rearview mirror, eventually being swallowed by the night.

Jackie leaned back in the passenger seat, remained silent for a moment, and then suddenly said, "Thanks."
