Many children, many blessings; the twelve ancestral witches forced marriages throughout the primordi

The Longde Hall of the Great Shang Dynasty Royal Palace.

The atmosphere at today's morning court session was a bit strange.

The civil and military officials stood in two rows, each with their eyes downcast and their minds closed. They had heard that three new women were to be appointed to the court that day.

This was unprecedented in the Great Shang Dynasty.

Although the Shang Dynasty was known for its open-mindedness and Fu Hao was a female general, the origins of these three women were unknown, and it was said that they were personally arranged by Lord Lin Xuan.

"Summon Su Daji, Hu Ximei, and Consort Wang to the palace!"

At the eunuch's shout, three figures walked in through the entrance of the main hall.

Everyone couldn't help but look up, and what they saw made them gasp in shock.

nice!So beautiful!

The one in the lead was none other than Su Daji, the nine-tailed fox in disguise. But she was not dressed provocatively or seductively bewitching the ruler as the legends portrayed her.

On the contrary, she was dressed in a well-tailored, fitted robe, somewhat like a business suit in Lin Xuan's world. Her hair was neatly styled, she wore light makeup, and she was carrying a thick ledger in her hand.

Although her innate allure was still faintly visible, it was suppressed by this formal attire, instead exuding a sophisticated, ascetic feel.

Hu Ximei (the pheasant spirit) and Wang Guiren (the pipa spirit) behind them were also dressed smartly, holding an abacus and a pen.

"This humble woman, Su Daji, greets Your Majesty." Su Daji bowed gracefully, her voice clear and melodious, without a trace of decadence.

Di Xin sat atop it, initially feeling a bit apprehensive. After all, he was somewhat intimidated by the demon sent by the Goddess Nuwa. But upon seeing her demeanor, he realized this wasn't a demon at all; she was clearly a powerful woman.

"Rise." Di Xin waved his hand. "Minister Lin said you have the talent to govern a country. May I ask what your abilities are?"

Su Daji straightened up, opened the account book in her hand, and exuded her aura.

"Your Majesty, I am not very talented, but I have some knowledge of numbers. These past few days, I have been auditing the accounts of the Shang Dynasty's treasury and have found many loopholes."

"Firstly, although the salt and iron monopoly was profitable, losses in the middle were as high as 30%, and most of it was exploited by layers of intermediaries."

"Secondly, the valuation standards for the spiritual items offered as tribute from various regions differed, leading to a deficit in the national treasury."

"Thirdly, instead of making the people perform corvée labor, it would be better to implement a commercial tax to encourage circulation..."

As soon as Su Daji opened her mouth, she launched into a series of data and charts (Lin Xuan's PPT presentation method; although there was no projector, she used illusion magic to create a light screen).

The entire court was stunned.

The few senior officials who had originally intended to stand up against "women's interference in politics" opened their mouths but found themselves unable to get a word in edgewise. They had never even heard of the data the other party was referring to.

Only Bi Gan and Shang Rong, a few knowledgeable individuals, became increasingly excited as they listened.

"Brilliant! That's spot on!" Bigan couldn't help but clap his hands and cheer.

Lin Xuan stood to the side, watching Su Daji speak eloquently, and nodded in satisfaction.

The month-long "tutoring session" wasn't in vain. He wasn't instilling any seductive arts into these three fairies; instead, he taught them Macroeconomics, Accounting Fundamentals, and Business Etiquette.

The nine-tailed fox was naturally clever, and she learned it quickly. Now, she was no longer the wicked fox spirit who brought ruin to the country; she was clearly the first "Minister of Commerce" of the Great Shang Dynasty.

"Very well!" Di Xin waved his hand after hearing this. "Su Daji, I hereby appoint you as Minister of Commerce, ranking among the Nine Ministers! You will be in charge of the Shang Dynasty's finances!"

"Hu Ximei and Consort Wang will serve as Vice Ministers of Commerce, assisting Minister Su!"

"Thank you, Your Majesty!" the three demons replied in unison.

Su Daji turned her head and glanced at Lin Xuan, her eyes filled with gratitude and... a hint of indescribable emotion.

If it weren't for Lin Xuan, they might have already entered the harem, becoming hated concubines, and ultimately abandoned by the goddess Nuwa.

Now, they have dignity, status, and can showcase their talents at Dashang.

This is truly the life of a demon!

[Ding! Su Daji has successfully joined the company, marking the start of the Great Shang business empire.]

[Su Daji's favorability towards the host has increased to 99%.]

[Note: She now thinks you are ten thousand times more handsome than Di Xin, and has already regarded you as a guiding light for her demonic life.]

Lin Xuan touched his nose. This favorability rating has risen a bit too fast. He'd better tell his wives when he gets home, lest things get messy at home.
