The crisp sound of breaking seemed somewhat abrupt in the quiet mansion.

Emilia's gaze was naturally drawn to it.

"Good morning, Green and Subaru!"

Emilia, dressed in casual white clothes, stood up and waved vigorously toward Grimm, like a white rose swaying in the wind.

Natsuki Subaru immediately reacted as if struck in the heart by some mysterious force, clutching his chest with both hands and saying in ecstasy:

"Ah, Emilia's smile is so dazzling, it warms my whole body, and makes me want to worship at her feet."

Green, with a look of utter amusement, said, "You little rascal, being a male servant and yet you're infatuated with the mistress? That's practically embezzling from your post!"

Natsuki Subaru turned his head awkwardly: "Ha~ I forgot you were still here. Please forget what I just said right now."

Green grinned mischievously and snapped his fingers. A purple-black magic circle, characteristic of Transfiguration, lit up from the soles of his feet.

His body and face gradually began to distort, eventually turning into the appearance of Subaru Natsuki.

"Ah, Emilia's smile is so amazing, it makes me want to kneel down and lick her boots! Hahahaha! You pervert!"

Green imitated Subaru Natsuki's voice, resting his chin on his hands and swaying his waist seductively, looking smug.

Natsuki Subaru exclaimed in surprise, "Wow, don't mess with me! That's not what I said!"

"Sigh~ They all mean roughly the same thing, ah, Emilia's smile is just..."

"Hey you two, that's enough!"

Emilia's voice sounded behind the two of them, her exquisitely beautiful face still flushed with a blush that hadn't yet faded.

Natsuki Subaru stammered a bit, like a pilot whose mother had found erotic books in his room.

So embarrassed I was gripping the ground with my toes; I reckon I could probably dig out a three-bedroom apartment in a minute.

"Emilia-tan! When...when did you get up here?"

Emilia adopted a stern expression: "Just when someone was trying to do something weird with my boots."

Seeing that there were two Subaru Natsukis in front of her, she quickly thought of some kind of mirror magic.

After observing for a moment, he focused his gaze on "Grimm's" true form.

Green met Emilia's reproachful gaze and felt incredibly frustrated.

"Seriously, Emilia? How did you figure that out?"

Emilia puffed out her cute cheeks: "Because Grimm is a bad boy!"

Parker popped out from behind Emilia's long hair with a "poof" and softly nestled on her head:

"Haha, as expected of my lovely daughter, her observation skills are so sharp."

"Grimm, your smile was so wicked when you said you were going to kiss Leah's shoes as a gift, and Leah just happened to see it."

In Parker and Emilia's eyes, Grimm had a criminal record; he had previously sent magical creatures to steal Emilia's socks.

Green sensed something was wrong and took two steps back towards the stairwell, the effects of the transformation slowly fading away.

"Can I offer a defense, Emilia?"

Parker leaped lightly and landed steadily on Green's shoulder:

"Young man Green, starting your job by messing with the lady of the house isn't a good start!"

"You idiot, you heard everything!"

"Haha, who knows? Parker is just a harmless little feline."

Natsuki Subaru had always assumed Grin was a guest at the mansion, so upon hearing Grin and Puck's conversation, he immediately asked in surprise:

"What kind of work is it? Does Green have to stay at the mansion to work?"

Emilia took a few deep breaths and her fluctuating emotions calmed down: "Yes, Subaru, so you two need to get along well from now on."

Subaru Natsuki sensed a sense of crisis. Could it be that Grimm was also after Emilia-tan?

After all, Emilia-tan is so pure and kind, it's inevitable that she'll attract unwanted attention.

"I see……"

Subaru Natsuki thought about it more and more and found it made sense, and while talking, he looked Green up and down.

"Grimm, I will not lose to you."

Green sighed: "There's definitely something wrong with you, kid."

Natsuki Subaru struck his signature pose with high spirits, twisting his hips, pointing his right hand at the ceiling, and laughing somewhat fiercely.

"Hahaha, Green, even if you're more handsome, taller, and stronger than me... damn it, you're making me feel a little inferior... but, despite all that, you can never shake my position as the number one male servant in the Roswaal mansion!"

"Whoa!" Puck cheered as he flew above the crowd. "Young people are so energetic! Well then, I declare the contest for Emilia's number one follower now open!"

Natsuki Subaru got even more excited, clenching his fists to encourage himself: "Yoshi! This is the one match I absolutely must win!"

Grimm watched Natsuki Subaru's comical performance and felt utterly listless.

"Don't worry, Subaru, I'm not interested in your title of number one male servant."

Now it was Subaru Natsuki's turn to be confused. He scratched his head helplessly, feeling like he had bumped into a pillow.

"Aren't you a male servant? Then what exactly is your role in the manor, Green?"

Green felt like Subaru Natsuki was clinging to him, and said helplessly:

"If I had to be a plant, I'd want to be a cactus. Please let me photosynthesize in peace and quiet, and stop torturing me."

"Ha ha."

Emilia couldn't help but laugh, but then covered her mouth in embarrassment after realizing she had attracted everyone's attention.

"Grimm, it's so strange that he can say he wants to be a cactus with such a serious expression, hahaha."

Parker was in a great mood when he saw his beloved daughter smiling happily, which was a rare sight for him.

He gave Green a thumbs-up with his furry little paws.

"Well done, Green, add one point!"

"Damn it, Grimm beat me to it! Emilia-tan can actually tell jokes too!"

Natsuki Subaru was a little anxious. He put his hands together, spun around a few times, and ended up next to Emilia.

Just as Green was wondering how to get out of his current predicament, he suddenly saw a blue-haired figure walking towards them.

"Great, reinforcements have arrived!"

Grimm breathed a sigh of relief. He was at his wit's end with Subaru Natsuki, who was so excited to see Emilia.

The blue-haired figure drew closer, sunlight scattering into tiny, watery shimmering spots on the tips of her hair—it was none other than Rem, the adorable little girl, coming out of the kitchen.

She first gave Emilia a slight bow, then held the tray of breakfast to her chest, her voice soft yet carrying an innate coolness.

"Lady Emilia, breakfast is ready. Would you like to proceed to the dining room?"

Upon hearing Rem's voice, Natsuki Subaru visibly trembled and scurried behind Emilia like a mouse before a cat.

"Rem, you... how come you appear out of nowhere? Please don't suddenly appear next to me, it's too scary."
