"Do you think that kid will dare to come tonight?" Scarface glanced sideways at Blackie.

"It's risky." Blackie curled his lip. "That kid may have some skills, but he's just a security guard. What kind of place is Hongfa? It's a den of dragons and tigers. Even if he had ten times the courage, he wouldn't dare to barge in alone. I bet he's scrambling to raise money right now, or trying to ask Sister Hong to step in."

"Sister Hong?" Scarface scoffed. "Even if Jiang Hong comes, paying back debts is a matter of course. It's all in writing, with a red fingerprint. Even the Emperor himself would have to acknowledge it."

"Bang!"

Just then, a loud crash came from downstairs, like the sound of the door being violently kicked open.

Immediately following was a cacophony of exclamations and the sound of a heavy object falling to the ground.

Scarface frowned and put his leg down. "What happened? Those brats online got into another fight?"

"I'll go take a look." One of the henchmen grabbed a steel pipe and walked towards the stairwell, cursing as he went.

However, as soon as he reached the top of the stairs, he was thrown back as if he had been hit by a train.

"Clang!"

The younger brother slammed his fist on the mahjong table, scattering the tiles everywhere. He curled up on the ground, groaning in pain, with a large footprint clearly visible on his chest.

The air in the room froze instantly.

All the thugs stopped what they were doing, picked up their weapons, and stared intently at the stairwell.

Heavy footsteps sounded.

"Da, da, da."

Every step felt like stepping on everyone's heartbeats.

First, a black figure appeared at the top of the stairs.

Da Zhuang stood there like an iron tower, holding two sharpened entrenching tools in his hands. His face was expressionless, except for his wide, bulging eyes that radiated a ferocious, beast-like light.

Behind him, a monkey peeked out, trembling, holding an iron rod it had picked up from somewhere. Despite its shaking legs, it stubbornly refused to run away.

Between the two, Chen Feng slowly walked up.

He was wearing the white shirt that had been soaked and dried by Lin Fang's tears, the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, revealing his muscular forearms. He wasn't carrying any weapon; it just hung casually at his sides.

But his aura was even more terrifying than that of Da Zhuang, who was wielding two shovels.

It was a suppressed rage, like a volcano about to erupt.

Chen Feng walked into the hall, his gaze sweeping over the group of fierce-looking thugs before finally settling on Scarface and Blackie, who were sitting in the office.

The moment Chen Feng saw the black skin, he smiled.

Her smile was radiant, yet it sent chills down one's spine.

"They're all here."

Chen Feng's voice was soft, yet it carried clearly throughout the entire hall.

"That's good, saves me the trouble of looking for them one by one."

The moment Hei Pi saw Chen Feng, the teacup in his hand fell to the ground with a "crash" and shattered into pieces.

"Chen...Chen Feng?!" Dark-skinned man's voice trembled, like a rooster being choked. "You...how dare you..."

Scarface, being a man of the world, was surprised but quickly regained his composure. He pulled out a butterfly knife from the table, stood up, and pointed it at Chen Feng through the glass door:

"Kid, you've got a path to heaven but you choose the gates to hell. You think you can just barge into Hongfa with only two people? You've got a death wish!"

Chen Feng ignored Scarface's shouts.

He took the IOU out of his pocket and shook it gently.

"I'll pay back the money."

As Chen Feng spoke, he walked step by step toward his office.

The thugs around tried to surround him, but were forced back by the sound of Da Zhuang swinging his shovel.

"The principal of 50,000 yuan," Chen Feng said as he walked, "plus the interest from the slap Lin Fang gave me."

He stopped at the office door, staring intently at Scarface through the glass door.

"Let's do the math properly today."

Scarface felt a chill run down his spine under Chen Feng's gaze. He'd seen that look in the eyes of death row inmates in prison—a look of indifference to life, a look of preparedness to die together with them.

"Cripple him!" Scarface roared, trying to mask the fear in his heart.

Upon hearing the order, a dozen thugs roared and charged forward, brandishing machetes and steel pipes.

"Dazhuang, guard the door!"

Chen Feng let out a low shout, his figure moving like lightning, advancing instead of retreating, charging into the midst of the flashing swords and shadows.

A dozen steel pipes and machetes came crashing down almost simultaneously, and the air seemed to whistle as they were struck.

Chen Feng did not back down.

He slipped and, like a fish, slipped between two steel pipes. The telescopic baton snapped open with a "whoosh," flashing cold light.

"Bang!"

The first blow struck a thug squarely in the calf, and the man screamed and fell to his knees.

"when!"

The second swing deflected the oncoming cleaver, and the blow slammed back, striking the opponent squarely in the ribs. The thug immediately clutched his chest and flew backward, crashing into the sofa behind him.

"Monkey, stay close to the wall, don't run around!" Chen Feng shouted in a deep voice.

"Oh, oh!" The monkey was so scared that its legs went weak, but it still gritted its teeth and rushed to the corner, tightly gripping the iron rod in its hand, but its eyes never left Chen Feng's back.

"Dazhuang, guard the goal!" Chen Feng roared as he swung his stick.

"good!"

Dazhuang stood horizontally at the top of the stairs, holding an entrenching tool in each hand, blocking the way like two iron gates. Several thugs who tried to rush out to call for backup were pushed back by him, each one shovelful of their own.

"Anyone who dares to come downstairs will have to get past me with this shovel first!" Da Zhuang's eyes were red, and his voice was like muffled thunder.

In an instant, the situation reversed.

The dozen or so thugs who had been so aggressive just moments before were suddenly torn apart by Chen Feng's charge and disruption. Steel pipes and machetes flew through the air, and shouts, screams, and the thuds of tables and chairs falling over mingled together.

"Damn it, let's all go together! Don't be afraid of him being alone!" someone yelled.

Three steel pipes simultaneously struck Chen Feng's head, waist, and legs from three directions, blocking his escape route.

Chen Feng's gaze turned cold, his steps suddenly halted, and he leaned back sharply, his back almost touching the wall behind him.

"Clang, clang—"

The three steel pipes struck empty air almost simultaneously, grazing his clothes before hitting the wall and table, sparks flying everywhere.

Just when everyone thought he was going to be unable to dodge, Chen Feng tightened his waist and abdomen, and his whole body sprang up like a spring, striking twice from bottom to top with his baton.

"Slap! Slap!"

Two steel pipes were knocked away, and the last one was only halfway through when he grabbed it and twisted it sharply.

"Snap!"

The man's wrist was twisted and dislocated, and the steel pipe slipped from his hand.

"Ahhhhh—"

Screams echoed throughout the room.

"If anyone dares to slash me today, I'll cripple their leg!" Chen Feng's voice was deep as he swung his baton in an arc through the air, slamming it hard into the knee of a thug who tried to sneak up on him from behind.

"Click!"

The man's legs went weak, and he knelt down, hugging his knees and rolling around.

In just three minutes, the ground was covered with people, wailing in pain.

The remaining thugs looked at each other, their knives no longer swung.

"What the hell are you all standing there for? Get him!" Scarface roared as he charged out of the office, his butterfly knife flashing coldly between his fingers.
