I rested all night.

The next morning, Lin Feng woke up earlier than the chickens.

Actually, there are no chickens in Yunhai City, at least not on the street where they live.

But he did wake up. The sky was still gray, and a little light shone through the window paper, allowing him to see the outlines of the tables and chairs in the room.

He lay on the bed in a daze for a while, still thinking about the shopkeeper's reaction yesterday.

"Kid, stop thinking about it."

Master Yu Yuan's voice rang out at just the right moment, still groggy from just waking up.

"Eat when you're supposed to, sleep when you're supposed to, cultivate when you're supposed to. Your father, your Uncle Qinglong, the shopkeeper... you can't figure these things out even if you rack your brains."

Lin Feng turned over and didn't reply.

He understands the reasoning, but he just can't let it go.

As the sky outside the window gradually brightened, the streets began to stir. The sounds of vendors pushing their carts across the stone pavement filled the air, and the calls of soy milk vendors drifted from afar. Someone was lighting a fire, the wood crackling and popping.

He sat up, put on his clothes, and went out the door.

Qinglong was already sitting downstairs, in the same spot by the window, with a bowl of porridge in front of him, which he was sipping slowly. He nodded when he saw him come down.

"Good morning, Uncle Qinglong," Lin Feng greeted.

"Good morning." Qinglong pointed to the opposite side.

"The porridge is in the pot, go get some yourself."

Lin Feng ladled out a bowl of porridge, took two steamed buns, and sat down opposite Qinglong.

The porridge was made of white rice and was cooked until thick. The steamed buns were freshly steamed, warm, and soft.

He took a big bite and asked, his words muffled, "Uncle Qinglong, what are we doing today?"

Qinglong put down his bowl, wiped his mouth, and asked, "What do you want to do?"

"I..." Lin Feng thought for a moment.

"I want to stroll around Cloud Sea City."

It would be a shame not to explore such a big place.

He had already explored Qingyang County, and Yunhai City was even bigger than Qingyang County, so it was bound to be more interesting.

Qinglong nodded: "Alright, that's exactly what I was thinking too."

The two left after finishing their meal.

Yunhai City was bustling yet refreshing in the morning. There weren't many pedestrians on the streets yet, but the shops had already started to open one after another.

A crowd gathered in front of the breakfast stall, the aroma of fried dough sticks mingling with the fragrance of soy milk filling the street.

The vegetable vendors carried their loads on shoulder poles, walking and calling out their wares in a loud voice.

Lin Feng walked and looked around, his eyes too busy to take it all in.

He saw a jewelry shop. The storefront was small, but the window was filled with all kinds of hairpins, earrings, and bracelets, made of gold, silver, and jade, which glittered in the morning light.

The shopkeeper was a chubby middle-aged man who was carefully wiping a jade bracelet with a soft cloth, his movements as gentle as if he were stroking a baby.

He saw a sugar figurine stall, the owner of which was a thin old man whose fingers were so nimble they seemed to be performing magic tricks.

With a spoonful of syrup and a flick of the wrist, a lifelike monkey is blown out in no time and stuck on a straw target, attracting several children to gather around and watch, their mouths watering.

He also saw a martial arts school with two majestic stone lions standing at the entrance.

The shouts of martial arts practitioners echoed from the gym, their rhythmic and powerful calls audible even across the street.

As they walked, a commotion arose ahead.

The place was bustling with noise, as if everyone was watching something.

Lin Feng stood on tiptoe to look over and saw a fighting ring set up in the open space at the street corner in front of him. Two people on the ring were fighting fiercely and evenly. The crowd below the ring was three or four layers deep, all pointing and talking.

"Let's go take a look," said Qinglong.

The two squeezed into the crowd.

Raymond Lam isn't very tall; he has to stand on tiptoe to see what's happening on stage.

On the stage, two figures, one in black and one in white, were exchanging blows, their fists and feet clashing fiercely.

The man in white looked to be in his early twenties, handsome, with steady and methodical moves.

The man in black was about the same age, but he had a fierce look in his eyes and his attacks were ruthless, each move aimed at vital points.

"Wow, this looks like a lively fight."

A middle-aged man next to Lin Feng stroked his chin and said.

"you do not say."

Someone nearby chimed in.

"See that guy in white? He's the only son of the Iron Blood Sect's leader, known as the Iron Blood Young Master. He's only twenty this year, but he's already at the eighth level of the Dayafter Heaven Realm. That's incredible!"

"What about the one in the black clothes?" someone asked.

"That..." the person speaking said in a low voice.

"That's Lin Aotian, the young master of the Lin family. He used to be a notorious good-for-nothing, stuck at the first level of the Acquired Realm at seventeen or eighteen, spending his days idly and arrogantly. But for some reason, he suddenly had an epiphany half a year ago, and his cultivation level skyrocketed. Now he's at the eighth level of the Acquired Realm!"

"A sudden enlightenment overnight?" someone exclaimed.

"Who knows?"

The man pursed his lips.

"Anyway, he's more formidable now, but his temper is still the same. He'll argue with anyone he meets and he's incredibly arrogant."

On the stage, the Iron-Blooded Prince struck out with another palm, the wind from which was fierce.

Lin Aotian dodged to the side and then threw a punch at his opponent's ribs.

The two men's fists collided with each other, producing a muffled "bang," and each took two steps back.

A cheer erupted from the audience.

Standing to Lin Feng's right was an old man with a white beard, stroking his beard and shaking his head: "In my opinion, the Iron-Blooded Young Master is clearly handling this with ease, using only a fraction of his strength. Although Lin Aotian's attacks are fierce, his defeat is only a matter of time."

The sound was quite loud; both people on stage heard it.

The Iron-Blooded Prince smiled slightly, and his movements were indeed more composed.

Lin Aotian's face darkened, his teeth clenched, and his attack suddenly accelerated, his fists becoming even more powerful, as if he wanted to throw back his words.

"Heh, getting impatient." The old man chuckled.

At this moment, someone to Lin Feng's left spoke up again: "Why do I feel like... Iron-Blooded Young Master is a bit overwhelmed? Is he really going to lose to Lin Aotian?"

"Could it be...?"

No sooner had he said that than the situation on stage suddenly changed.

The Iron-Blooded Young Master staggered after taking a punch from Lin Aotian, sweat beading on his forehead.

Hearing the murmurs from below the stage, his eyes flashed with a sharp light, and he abruptly changed his tactics!

An earthy yellow luster appeared on his fists, and his punches suddenly became fierce and domineering. Each punch was accompanied by a sound of tearing through the air, like heavy rocks crashing down!

"It's Iron Rock Fist!"

Someone exclaimed,

"The Iron Blood Sect's family secret technique, mid-grade Xuan level! Its attacks are fierce and powerful; it's said that at its highest level, a single punch can split a mountain!"

"It seems the Iron-Blooded Prince is about to show his strength."

Someone exclaimed in surprise.

The Iron-Blooded Prince unleashed three punches, each one heavier than the last.

Lin Aotian was clearly caught off guard by the sudden burst of power from his opponent, and was forced to retreat repeatedly, a look of astonishment on his face.

A round of cheers erupted from the audience.

But Lin Aotian quickly regained his composure, let out a cold laugh, and his aura suddenly surged.

The two clashed again, their fists and feet exchanging blows as densely as raindrops, a dazzling spectacle.

In the end, Lin Aotian proved to be the more skilled one.

He delivered a tricky side kick, striking the Iron-Blooded Prince squarely in the chest.

The Iron-Blooded Prince grunted and flew backward, landing on the edge of the arena. He struggled for a moment but couldn't get up.

Several servants rushed onto the stage and helped him down.

Lin Aotian stood in the center of the arena, hands on his hips, laughing loudly, "That's it? Not enough to fight!"

He laughed wildly, his eyes sweeping over the crowd below, pointing casually with his finger: "You? You think you can do it? You?"

My finger spun around and unexpectedly landed on the Azure Dragon.

Qinglong stood in the crowd, expressionless, only smiling slightly.

Lin Aotian's finger twirled again, finally stopping on... Lin Feng.

Lin Feng looked around, trying to see who he was referring to, only to find everyone around him staring at him. He paused, then pointed at himself: "Me?"

Lin Aotian said with a grin, "Come on up, I'll beat the shit out of you!"

Lin Feng's face turned pale.

He's at the second level of the Acquired Realm, while his opponent is at the eighth level. How can he possibly win? Going up there would just be suicide.

Before he could speak, Lin Aotian suddenly stopped smiling and waved his hand, "Just kidding! That's it for today, I'm leaving!"

After saying that, he jumped off the stage, pushed through the crowd, and ran away in a flash.

That speed was so fast it felt like a dog was chasing you.

Lin Feng stood there, completely bewildered.

That's... that's it?
