"Follow me." He turned around, and the whirlwind wheels beneath his feet spun.

The little white mouse cheered, but didn't follow immediately. Instead, it darted up his arm and onto his head, found a comfortable spot, curled up in his soft hair, and tugged at a few strands with its little paws.

Nezha froze, raising his hand to pull her down: "Get down!"

"No, no!" Bai Yeying, taking advantage of being in her original form, acted shamelessly without any pressure, clinging even tighter with her little paws. "The view is better this way! And the wind is strong, I'm afraid I'll be blown away! Third Prince, you're the best, just let me stay for a little while!"

Nezha's ears hurt from her noise, but he was worried that if he pulled too hard he would hurt her. After a moment of stalemate, he finally snorted and let her be, but warned her: "Behave yourself and don't move around."

"Mmm-hmm!" The little mouse immediately became obedient and lay down quietly.

A crimson streak of light once again pierced the sky, heading towards the Kingdom of Wuji.

.................

Baolin Temple is located on the outskirts of the capital of Wuji Kingdom, backed by green mountains, and is quite large.

With the ornament on its head, Nezha landed silently on the eaves of a pavilion in the temple.

The little white mouse was perched among Nezha's soft hair, enjoying the supreme view with delight, its little paws unconsciously playing with a few strands of his hair.

Suddenly, her ears twitched, and her round, dark eyes looked toward the temple gate.

A group of people slowly walked along the mountain path. The monk at the head of the group was handsome and rode a white horse; it was none other than Tang Sanzang.

Pigsy carried the rake in front, Sandy followed behind with the luggage. And walking beside Tang Sanzang, carrying the golden cudgel, who else could it be but Sun Wukong?

"Great Sage!"

Bai Yeying's eyes lit up instantly. She kicked off Nezha's head with her hind legs and her body shot straight down at the furry monkey head below!

Sun Wukong, who was intently observing the environment of Baolin Temple, suddenly felt a weight on his head—a warm little thing had appeared. He rolled his golden eyes upwards, clicked his tongue in annoyance, and simply shook his head: "Tsk, little mouse, where did you come from again?"

"Great Sage! Great Sage!" Bai Yeying squatted on Sun Wukong's head, excitedly patting his fur with her little paws, her voice crisp and bright, "Long time no see!"

She wriggled her furry body, found a comfortable spot on Sun Wukong's head, and looked smug.

On the eaves, Nezha's outstretched hand remained frozen in mid-air, the warmth of the touch still lingering on his head. He watched helplessly as the ball of white fur abandoned him without hesitation, jumping onto Sun Wukong's head, rubbing against him so happily and laughing so joyfully.

The young man narrowed his phoenix eyes slightly, staring at the white decoration that had appeared on the monkey's head below, his lips pressed into a straight line. His red robes fluttered in the evening breeze, and his aura inexplicably dropped a few degrees.

Why is he so excited as soon as he sees that monkey? Does he have a peach growing on his head or something? He was sitting on it so comfortably just now, but he's running away so fast!

He stood with his arms crossed, his figure appearing somewhat lonely in the shadow of the eaves, only his eyes fixed unblinkingly on the tuft of white fur below.

Below, Pigsy also noticed the new decoration on his elder brother's head. He blinked his little eyes and greeted him in a muffled voice, "Yo, little mouse, you're here again? Why are you perched on my elder brother's head again? You can perch on my head too!"

Bai Yeying peeked her little head out from Sun Wukong's hair and smiled at Zhu Bajie: "No need, I just like squatting on the Great Sage's head! The view is better!"

Sha Wujing smiled憨厚ly and nodded to the white mouse as a greeting.

Tang Sanzang also saw the intelligent little white mouse on Sun Wukong's head. He recognized it as Bai Yeying, who had helped them many times. He put his hands together and said gently, "Young benefactor Bai, how have you been?"

"Greetings, Holy Monk!" Bai Yeying replied politely, then shrank back onto Sun Wukong's head, her little paws scratching at his hair.

Sun Wukong's scalp itched from her tickling, and he raised his hand to grab her off: "Alright, alright, stop moving, it tickles. What are you doing here? Watching the fun again?"

"Mmm!" Bai Yeying nodded vigorously, then remembered something, lowered her voice, and whispered in a voice only Sun Wukong could hear, "Great Sage, I came with the Third Prince, he's watching from up there." She secretly pointed her little paw towards the direction of the eaves.

Sun Wukong casually glanced at the eaves with his golden eyes and, sure enough, saw that familiar red figure. He grinned, but didn't ask any further questions, tacitly understanding the situation.

By this time, the group had arrived at the imposing gate of Baolin Temple. The temple had many halls and the incense seemed to be burning brightly, but the gate was tightly closed, and the sound of chanting could be faintly heard from inside.

Tang Sanzang dismounted, straightened his monk's robes, entered the temple, and asked if he could stay overnight.

After a while, a middle-aged monk came out. He was wearing a brand-new monk's robe, had a fair complexion, and a somewhat arrogant look in his eyes.

He glanced at Tang Sanzang, noticing his travel-worn appearance and worn-out monk's robes, and immediately frowned.

"Where did this wandering monk come from? Don't you know that Baolin Temple is a royal temple and doesn't accept outsiders for lodging? Go away, go find somewhere else to stay!" The monk official said impatiently, and then turned to leave.

Tang Sanzang quickly put his palms together in a gesture of respect: "Amitabha, this humble monk comes from the Great Tang Dynasty in the East, and wishes to travel to the Western Paradise to worship Buddha and seek scriptures. We are passing through this blessed land, and it is already late. I humbly request that the Master grant us the privilege of staying overnight, as we will depart early tomorrow morning."

"The Great Tang Dynasty of the East?" The monk official scoffed, his voice rising slightly with obvious disdain. "So what? Since you're wandering monks, you should know the rules. My Baolin Temple is frequented by high-ranking officials and nobles, and its incense is always burning brightly. How could it be a place for slovenly traveling monks like you? Hurry up and leave, don't disturb the peace of the temple!" As he spoke, he gestured with his eyes to several guest monks who were peeking around, preparing to drive Tang Sanzang out.

Tang Sanzang's face darkened at the monk official's blunt order to leave, but years of cultivation had given him great composure. He simply put his hands together, uttered a low Buddhist chant, and left the mountain gate without saying another word.

Pigsy, who had been waiting impatiently, saw his master come out so quickly, looking like he'd been wronged, and immediately rushed over and shouted, "Master, how did it go? Did they arrange a good room for us? Was there any vegetarian food? My stomach has been rumbling for ages!"

Sha Wujing also put down his load and looked at Tang Sanzang.

Sun Wukong's golden eyes had already heard the conversation inside the mountain gate clearly. Now, seeing his master being bullied, although his face was expressionless, the frequency of his scratching his ears and cheeks increased, clearly indicating that he was unhappy.

Tang Sanzang sighed, a hint of helplessness and weariness in his eyes: "Amitabha, never mind. The monk official said that this is a royal temple and does not accept wandering monks for lodging. We'll find somewhere else."

Bai Yeying, who was squatting on his head, knew what was going on: "What royal temple? They're clearly looking down on people just because Master is dressed simply."

She tugged at Sun Wukong's fur with her little paws and whispered in his ear, "Great Sage, Great Sage! Look at them! They look down on us just because they're from the royal temple! You are the Great Sage Equal to Heaven! How can you tolerate this? Shouldn't you intimidate them a little?"

Her voice was soft and quick, full of encouragement, and her little tail wagged excitedly.

Her words struck a chord with Sun Wukong. He was never one to swallow his anger, and if it weren't for saving face for his master, he would have already smashed open the mountain gate with his staff. Now, with Bai Yeying's quick wit and encouragement, his displeasure immediately turned into action.
