This discourse has been going on for a century without anyone realizing it.

On this day, Zhen Yuanzi finally stopped, looked up at Chen Yu, and a hint of smugness appeared in his eyes.

This sermon not only answers the questions of others, but also clarifies one's own path, enabling one to gain a deeper understanding of the Way of the Earth.

Upon seeing this, Chen Yu smiled calmly.

"Now that you have finished, fellow Daoist, it is my turn to tell your story."

Upon hearing this, Zhen Yuanzi immediately calmed his mind and listened attentively.

Chen Yu pondered for a moment, then looked calmly at the other person and slowly spoke:

"The Tao begins with one, simple and not complicated; it extends to all things, and returns to its origin."

"The Great Dao gives birth to One, which gives birth to Yin and Yang. When Yin and Yang interact, they give birth to the Three Powers (Heaven, Earth, and Man). When the Three Powers operate, all things are formed."

The moment the words were spoken, a strange phenomenon occurred—

Behind Chen Yu, a vast river slowly emerged, its surface shimmering. Every ripple was formed from pure laws, and as it flowed, it exuded a breathtaking aura of the Dao.

Zhen Yuanzi's pupils shrank suddenly, and he froze on the spot, unable to utter a word.

He recognized what it was—it was the embodiment of the law!

Every drop of river water is a condensation of the true meaning of the Great Dao, which cannot be seen by those who have not thoroughly comprehended the laws.

He once traveled through the primordial world with his primordial spirit and witnessed Chen Yu kill a Great Luo Golden Immortal with a single sword. At that time, he knew that this person was unfathomable.

But he never imagined that Chen Yu's understanding of the Great Dao had reached such a level!

The laws flowed like a river, endlessly; such a sight was something even a sage could not match.

In that instant, an unbelievable thought surfaced in my mind—

Could it be... that he has already reached the realm of Hunyuan?

But he forcibly suppressed the thought as soon as it arose.

The Great Golden Immortal of Primordial Chaos is not easily attained. Since the beginning of time, no one has ever set foot in this realm.

If anyone truly attains the Primordial Chaos, extraordinary phenomena will surely appear in the heavens and earth, the Great Dao will resound, and all spirits will sing its praises.

In the past, when the six sages attained enlightenment, auspicious omens descended from the heavens, golden lotuses sprang from the earth, bells rang in the nine heavens, and heaven and earth celebrated together.

But so far, apart from those six, no one else has triggered such a symptom.

At this moment, his gaze fell on Chen Yu, and he understood—Chen Yu was only one step away from the realm of the Primordial Golden Immortal.

As he listened to Chen Yu's words, he felt that they were profound and boundless, each word like the true essence of the Dao, each sentence containing the ultimate truth of heaven and earth, which made his heart tremble slightly, as if he had been enlightened.

And so, a century passed quietly. After preaching for a hundred years, Chen Yu stopped and never spoke again.

Zhen Yuanzi was still immersed in the lingering echoes of the Great Dao. He closed his eyes, concentrated, and carefully pondered the principles he had been taught, comparing them with the Dao of the Earth that he himself cultivated. Suddenly, he felt enlightened and gained a great deal.

Chen Yu glanced at the jade cup beside the table, reached out and gently picked it up, took a slow sip, then looked at Zhen Yuanzi with a calm gaze, before slowly closing his eyes and falling into deep thought.

Although this discourse did not trigger the opportunity to condense the supreme Dharma form, nor did it induce the manifestation of the past, present, and future bodies, nor did it lead to the birth of the microcosm or the creation of infinite dust, his understanding of the Way of the Earth has been further refined.

The many related principles have also been understood more thoroughly and profoundly.

This conversation caused the river of laws within his body to widen quietly, and the surging power of laws within it also grew stronger.

Chen Yu sighed softly to himself and shook his head slightly.

"Ugh!"

"Thousands of years have passed, and even after discussing the Dao with a great master like Zhen Yuanzi, I still haven't been able to reach that ultimate realm."

"To condense the supreme Dharma form, differentiate into three bodies, construct a microcosm, and evolve into countless particles... this is no easy task."

He murmured to himself, feeling a pang of emotion, wondering when he would finally achieve true fulfillment.

But he knew that this matter could not be forced. If the mind is impatient, it will disrupt the foundation of the path; only by calmly guarding one's true nature and waiting for the opportune moment to arrive can one succeed.

Once the opportunity arises, everything will fall into place naturally.

Time flows silently, and several months have passed in the blink of an eye.

Zhen Yuanzi opened his eyes, his gaze clear as a spring, looking at Chen Yu with eyes full of respect.

"I have benefited greatly from the Great Dao transmitted by Fellow Daoist Chen Yu. Your understanding of the Dao is truly unfathomable, far beyond my reach."

"Today's teachings have deepened my understanding of the ways of the earth, a truly rare opportunity."

Upon hearing this, Chen Yu simply smiled calmly.

"It is good that you have gained some insight, fellow Daoist. I am merely stating what I have seen. If it can help you understand even a little bit, it is because you have profound wisdom."

Upon hearing this, Zhen Yuanzi quickly waved his hand and laughed:

"Fellow Daoist is too modest. Your understanding of the Great Dao far surpasses mine. It is truly my honor to be able to discuss the Great Dao with you."

After speaking, he stood up, straightened his clothes, and solemnly bowed to Chen Yu.

"Fellow Daoist's guidance today has enabled me to advance further on my path of cultivation. Please accept this bow."

"Later, I will order Qingfeng and Mingyue to pick ten more ginseng fruits. Please accept them."

Upon hearing this, Chen Yu did not refuse and nodded with a smile in agreement.

Zhen Yuanzi was relieved to see that he had agreed, but then raised the doubts that still lingered in his mind.

Chen Yu did not hesitate and explained everything to him one by one.

From then on, the two continued to communicate in a question-and-answer format.

At the top of Longevity Hill, inside the Wuzhuang Temple.

Chen Yu and Zhen Yuanzi asked and answered each other, and before they knew it, ten years had passed like flowing water.

Ten years passed quickly; both were immersed in the Daoist philosophy and were unaware of the passage of time.

On this day, Zhen Yuanzi finally stopped asking questions, slowly stood up, and bowed deeply to Chen Yu.

"Fellow Daoist Chen Yu's cultivation is profound. He has resolved all my long-standing doubts in a short period of time. I am truly impressed."

"Zhen Yuanzi will never forget this kindness and virtue."

After hearing this, Chen Yu merely smiled and remained silent.

He has now integrated countless laws into his own Great Dao. When one law is mastered, all laws become clear; when one path is perfected, all paths follow. Therefore, no matter how profound the question Zhen Yuanzi asks, he can answer it with ease.

In this question and answer, he himself did not gain nothing; his understanding of the essence of the Great Dao also deepened somewhat.

Zhen Yuanzi sat down again, looked up at the door, and spoke in a gentle voice:

"Gentle breeze, bright moon, go to the garden and pick ten more ginseng fruits."

Qingfeng and Mingyue stood by the door. Upon hearing the sound, they bowed respectfully and then turned to go to the backyard.

After Zhen Yuanzi finished speaking, he turned to look at Chen Yu with a sincere smile on his face.

"Fellow Daoist Chen Yu, please sit for a moment."

Zhen Yuanzi had already sensed Chen Yu's intention to leave, and he also understood that Chen Yu had lingered here for quite some time because of this discussion on the Dao.

Upon hearing this, Chen Yu turned his gaze slightly to Zhen Yuanzi's face, and then nodded gently.

"It's alright. I've always been a wanderer in the primordial world, going wherever fate takes me. It's truly a coincidence that I've been able to discuss the Dao with you for hundreds of years. These hundreds of years of enlightenment have been of great benefit to me."

Upon hearing this, Zhen Yuanzi smiled.

"Fellow Daoist Chen Yu, if you continue westward, you will be entering the territory of the Western Sect."
