Who moved her body?

Shanshan walked to Situ Feng's side. The sea breeze blew through her long hair. Situ Feng grabbed a strand and smelled it.

"The scent of roses!"

Shan Shan nodded, "I added rose essential oil to the shampoo you gave me."

"It suits your temperament perfectly. Let's go." Situ Feng put his arm around Shan Shan's waist and walked into the car waiting nearby.

Xu Haiyang had just returned from the airport and parked his car when Zhao Shu, Situ Feng's butler, appeared outside the garage door.

"Uncle Zhao, so free?" Xu Haiyang raised his hand to greet him.

Uncle Zhao is Situ Feng's butler. He has been Situ Feng's butler since Situ Feng was a child, and has been by Situ Feng's side for thirty years.

"That old man's mouth is harder than a rock." Xu Haiyang made a face after Uncle Zhao's disappearing figure, then straightened the hem of his clothes and walked towards the side door of the villa.

Situ Feng's villa has a side entrance near the reception room. If there are secret guests to meet, Uncle Zhao will lead them in through the side entrance, thus perfectly avoiding the people in the villa lobby. Xu Haiyang doesn't know why they do this, but it's always been a habit or tradition.

Xu Haiyang followed another stone path to the side door. There was a recliner in the porch, with a soft towel draped over the armrest. On the table next to the recliner was a book that was more than half-read, with a bookmark stuck in the book and a section of a golden leaf-shaped hollow stem showing.

"My cousin really dotes on this Shanshan. Is a stray cat he picked up really that good?" Xu Haiyang snorted a few times and rolled his eyes at the golden bookmark.

Compared to the main entrance of the villa, the side door under the porch was very small and almost inconspicuous. The door, which was only one meter wide, was inlaid with the head of a bronze lion. The majestic lion showed four sharp teeth and stared at every visiting guest.

As Xu Haiyang knocked on the door, he looked up at the bronze lion's eyes above his forehead and called out, "Cousin, it's me."

The automatic lock behind the door clicked open, and Xu Haiyang pushed the door open and went in. The door closed behind him, and the lock clicked open again.

The entire reception room is inlaid with wenge wood panels, giving it a solemn, serious, and unapproachable feel. Directly opposite the side door is a set of European-style sofas with single, double, and triple seats, the openings facing the main entrance of the reception room. In the center of the sofas is a square coffee table, its four legs extending outwards, then inwards, and finally outwards again at the bottom, resembling four sexy women posing to display their curves.

There was a metal button on the coffee table, and a thin, almost translucent computer sat on the side closest to Shan Shan. The computer seemed to be on, and the keyboard occasionally changed color, like a dreamy color palette.

Behind the three-seater sofa was a large desk with a row of pen holders on it. Next to the pen holders was a plain inkstone with a black ink block next to it.

Behind the desk, the entire wall is covered with bookshelves, filled with books.

Situ Feng sat on the three-seater sofa, holding a book in his right hand. The pages were turned, and Xu Haiyang didn't know what book he was reading.

Shanshan lay half-reclined on the double sofa, one hand supporting her chin, her eyes half-closed. A loose white linen dress lay on the sofa, revealing a pair of fair and delicate feet with Chinese red nail polish.

Xu Haiyang quickly looked away from Shanshan's feet, walked to the single sofa, and called out, "Cousin, Aunt has boarded the plane."

"Hmm." Situ Feng continued reading.

Xu Haiyang slowly sat down, gently rubbing his hands on his knees, staring at his toes and the gray carpet beneath his feet, feeling utterly bored and restless.

Three minutes later, Situ Feng closed the book.

"How's the head injury?"

"It's nothing serious. The doctor said the gauze can be removed tomorrow; it's already starting to scab over," Xu Haiyang quickly replied, looking up.

"That's good." Situ Feng leaned forward and placed the book on the coffee table.
