"From what you're saying, it seems you have some knowledge of that immortal world?"

Luo Kunlun opened his eyes, his gaze falling on the novice apprentice named Boston, his tone inquiring.

The names of cultivators are legendary, with their ability to fly, escape the earth, and live forever—how could anyone not yearn for them? Even though Luo Kunlun is now in the wizarding world.

Boston was taken aback, not expecting this intimidating warrior to suddenly ask this question.

Although wizards mostly look down on mortals, for a novice apprentice, especially one who is unqualified and cannot even cast a dual spell like Wizard's Hand and Wizard's Shield at the same time, it is not difficult for a powerful warrior among mortals to deal with him.

Especially the man in front of me.

The invisible aura he just witnessed made him feel that the other party was not human at all, but a ferocious monster wearing human skin!

Boston dared not be negligent in the slightest and nodded quickly: "I know a little about it." He swallowed and organized his thoughts as he said, "I once happened to read a book called 'A General History of Wizardry,' which mentioned that among the extraordinary systems that dominate all the worlds just like wizarding civilization, cultivators in the immortal world are one of them."

"The Complete History of Wizards," hailed as an encyclopedia of the wizarding world, is so vast that its contents are unimaginable; even its general table of contents is enough to fill a large library.

This book is not a local product, but was brought by the legendary ancient wizards who were the first to arrive on this continent. It records the extraordinary civilizations and histories of all the worlds and is the observation and experience of the wizards.

There is a little story circulating on the mainland:

A wizard asked a group of mortals what they would do if they were given the same power and status as him, a formal wizard, for a day.

The greedy crave endless wealth, the lustful desire beautiful women and aphrodisiacs, and the ambitious seek power commensurate with their status...

Only one wise and discerning person said he wanted to read "The History of Wizards".

Wizards' power comes from knowledge, and "The Complete History of Wizards" is a treasure trove of knowledge.

But this book is not something that ordinary people can access, especially mortals.

In the wizard's mind, mortals only need to honestly contribute their labor and resources, and there is no need for them to know about the vastness and diversity of the world.

"However, I don't know much about it either," Boston quickly added. "That book only provides a general introduction to the immortal world; it's not a dedicated section, and the account is very brief."

"It's alright, you just need to tell me everything you know," Luo Kunlun said.

"Okay." Boston composed himself and recalled the contents of the book, saying, "The book only mentioned a few general realms in the immortal world and marked their correspondence with wizard levels."

"The lowest level is the 'Qi Refining' realm, which corresponds to our apprentice to a first-level high-rank wizard."

"Next is the 'Divine Power' realm, oh no, in the immortal world it seems to be called 'Foundation Building,' which corresponds to the second-ring lower level to the third-ring upper level wizard."

He paused, a puzzled look on his face: "Above that are terms like 'fruit position,' 'golden nature,' and 'golden core,' which are recorded in a very obscure way. I can't understand them at all, but based on the context, they should correspond to the Morning Star Wizard."

"Further up, there are descriptions like 'Great Supernatural Being' and 'Great Divine Power,' which are even more vague. All that's known is that they are extremely powerful."

"The Morning Star Wizard?!"

Inside the cell, some well-informed people couldn't help but gasp in surprise.

The Morning Star Wizard, that's a legendary existence.

The ancient wizards who brought extraordinary opportunities to this world, according to legend, followed a fourth-ringed Morning Star wizard.

In the Wizarding Continent today, even third-ring wizards may not exist.

"Goodness, is that really true?" a burly man clicked his tongue in amazement. "Doesn't that mean any random immortal cultivator could destroy our world with a single breath?"

"It's hard to say... but it feels even more powerful than a wizard! After all, at the first level, it can already rival a terrifying formal wizard." Someone else chimed in, their eyes filled with awe.

"That's not entirely true," someone countered. "The history of wizarding records that both sides were evenly matched in strength."

"After all, you can't let ants comment on yourself."

"That's true. But what does that have to do with me, a mere mortal?"

Luo Kunlun's heart was also stirred. The myriad worlds and the extraordinary world were truly vast.

The group chatted for a while longer until night fell, at which point they all went to rest.

Even knowing that the journey is likely to be a matter of life and death, as long as you are alive, you should cherish the last moments of peace, sleep when you should sleep, and rest when you should rest.

The next morning, just as dawn was breaking, a deafening roar echoed from the sky, followed by the harsh shouts of conscription officers: "Get up! Get up, all of you! The airship has arrived, prepare to board!"

The cell doors were opened one by one, and Luo Kunlun followed the crowd out of the conscription office. Looking up, he saw a huge airship hovering in the air, like a steel behemoth that blotted out the sky.

The ship's hull was made of an unknown black metal, covered with intricate runes and unseen weapons, and its bottom spewed out streams of pale blue energy.

"Hurry up! Everyone, keep up! Don't dawdle!" The conscription office staff, holding whips, herded the crowd toward the boarding passage below the airship, like herding ducks onto a shelf.

These people, who had become "cannon fodder" for various reasons, walked numbly into the passageway and were placed in the lower cabin of the airship. It was dark, damp, and cramped, barely enough to accommodate everyone sitting on the floor.

As Luo Kunlun boarded the ship, he glanced discreetly at the upper deck and saw more than two hundred wizard apprentices dressed in robes of various colors boarding the ship in an orderly manner. Among them were many powerful individuals with a deep aura and obvious magical energy fluctuations around them, and even two advanced apprentices wearing robes embroidered with the four elemental runes.

The entire Rogue Encampment, including the unaffiliated wild wizards, has only about seven thousand apprentices in total, many of whom are beginners who have not yet opened their spiritual sea and are still trying to meditate.

Recruiting two hundred apprentices at once, most of them are probably wild wizards.

After all, wild wizards have no tower to protect them and are short of resources. Faced with this forced conscription, they have no room to resist.

The airship's energy core slowly rotated, the roar growing louder and louder, and the blue energy flow at its bottom becoming increasingly concentrated.

With a slight tremor, the airship slowly rose into the air and flew into the distance.

Looking through the narrow window of the lower deck, Lokunlun saw the outline of the Rogue Encampment gradually shrink, and the Dark Forest spread out across the land like a black ocean.

The destination of this airship was that alien world that the tower wizard called the "Secret Martial World".
