Liu Yunshu gently twirled the ribbon with her fingertips, her voice as sweet as if coated with sugar: "But I want to go now! Mo Chengyan said the carousel will have starry lights tonight, and I want to see it."

She deliberately dragged out her words, her tone softening with a hint of coquettishness, "Ah Yuan~ please~ you're the best~"

The breathing on the other end of the line paused; he was always powerless against Liu Yunshu's coquettishness.

Mo Chengyan was pulled along by her, his gaze falling on their wrists that were touching.

Her fingertips were slightly cool, yet she gripped him very lightly, causing his heartbeat to quicken in sync with the rhythm.

After getting into the car, Mo Chengyan made sure to adjust the passenger seat to be more comfortable and even took out a small box of strawberry-flavored hard candy from the storage compartment.

"Try this, it's strawberry flavored."

Liu Yunshu picked up a piece of candy and put it in her mouth. The sweet strawberry flavor melted on her tongue, and her eyes curved into crescents.

Colorful balloons floated on the balloon archway at the entrance, and even the air smelled sweet.

Liu Yunshu grabbed Mo Chengyan's wrist and rushed inside, her steps as light as a little rabbit: "Let's go ride the carousel first, okay!"

As she pulled him along, Mo Chengyan couldn't hide the smile on his lips, making even the bruise on his lip seem less noticeable.
