National reserve meat, also known as "national frozen meat reserves," is divided into central reserves and local reserves.

The national pork reserve system, implemented since 96, is an important means for the government to respond to emergencies such as natural disasters or to stabilize price fluctuations. Another type is the pork reserves released to the market by the government. The national pork reserves are prepared three times a year, with each cycle lasting four months. This means that the national reserves are updated and replaced every four months, with the original reserves released to the market to ensure the quality of the frozen meat. The national reserve pork comes from large-scale breeding bases and undergoes strict quarantine and processing requirements, making it safe and reliable meat for the market.

The storage of state-reserved meat will undergo a bidding process, especially for newly established meat storage bases, which will be subject to strict equipment and environmental reviews. After nearly ten years of development, state-reserved meat has gradually developed a more comprehensive system, from storage distribution and breeding bases to storage bases, and specific standards for cold storage qualifications will be released soon.

For many years, Qingning Province's national reserve meat has been distributed in other cities, but the first batch of national reserve meat will arrive in Qingyan City after New Year's Day next year. However, before the bidding process has even started, a bombshell has been dropped in Pingcheng Mountain.
