Primordial Era: If I remain in Longevity Mountain, I will steadily attain sainthood.
Chapter 115 Redefining Levels
Chapter 115 Redefining Levels
Of course, Hongyun had no intention of letting them obtain the resources of the primordial world for free to evolve their own world.
After all, Hongjun has now inherited this world to him, so this primordial world belongs to Hongyun.
Hongyun's transmission of the Dharma could not possibly benefit others at the expense of himself.
In fact, the reason he passed down the laws of the world was not to compete with Hongjun for the credit of passing down the laws.
Rather, it's to accelerate the world's growth and make ourselves stronger.
Today, Hongyun possesses two worlds: his own Qiankun World and the Primordial World.
The Qiankun World is the foundation of Hongyun's Great Dao, although it is very small, even insignificant, compared to the Primordial World.
After all, they are not on the same level.
The Primordial World is already the pinnacle of a single universe, while the Qiankun World is still far from that level.
However, the importance of the Qiankun World surpasses that of the Primordial World.
In the current primordial world, the most important thing is to empower oneself, but one must completely transform this power into one's own.
However, only by uniting the two worlds can one truly grasp the power of the primordial world.
However, no matter what, the Primordial World is also his own property, and Hongyun naturally wouldn't let everyone act like parasites and take away all the resources of the Primordial World.
Therefore, the teachings passed down by Hongyun set strict rules and requirements.
Once the world of ordinary people is elevated to the Great Thousand World, it will immediately merge with the Primordial World and become a part of it.
That is, a subordinate world of the primordial world.
This is precisely the plan that Hongyun envisioned for the primordial world to advance into the multiverse, a plan formed by gathering the power of many.
Cultivating on one's own, while not slow, can be done even faster, so naturally, one will stop at nothing to achieve it.
Hongyun refused to believe that, following his plan and with the assistance of numerous cultivators, he couldn't create a multiverse.
According to the laws of the world, Hongyun also established a new cultivation level, determined from the perspective of the world scale.
Hongyun also reorganized the laws of the world, making them more complete. According to the laws of the world, the most important thing first and foremost is to create a world of his own.
However, to popularize it, it was naturally impossible to do it like Hongyun himself and Zhen Yuanzi did. Therefore, Hongyun rewrote a law of the world.
The laws of this world begin with the most insignificant grotto-heavens, which are the embryonic form of the world.
Within the grotto-heaven, there is no life, nor the passage of time; it is merely a spatial structure, and thus can only be considered a rudimentary form of the world.
Once one reaches the Celestial Immortal realm, one can condense such a grotto-heaven.
Next, they continuously comprehended various great laws and principles, integrated them into the cave, and accumulated various resources, thus causing the world to evolve.
Starting from the initial "grotto-heaven," the rudimentary form of the world, as the great laws of the Five Elements, Yin and Yang, life and death, time, and so on are gradually added, the world will become more and more perfect.
The progression from a 'Cave Heaven' to a 'Planet', from a 'Planet' to a 'Microcosm', from a 'Microcosm' to a 'Minor Thousand World', from a 'Minor Thousand World' to a 'Middle Thousand World', from a 'Middle Thousand World' to a 'Major Thousand World', from a 'Major Thousand World' to an 'Eternal World', and from an 'Eternal World' to an 'Endless World' represents the limit of a single universe.
That is, it is a symbol of attaining the Great Golden Immortal of Primordial Chaos.
As for what comes next, from a single universe to a multiverse, and even further to a super multiverse, and even the legendary infinite multiverse in the boundless chaos, even Hongyun hasn't reached that point, so it's unclear.
According to Hongjun, if someone could truly create an infinite multiverse within the chaos, then that person would be Shichen, who was sealed by Pangu at the end of time.
As for Pangu, it's hard for Hongjun to say for sure. He doesn't know if Pangu really died, or if he transcended, or if he's still somewhere in this chaos.
But ultimately, it is gone. Therefore, theoretically speaking, there should be no infinite multiverse in the current chaos.
Unless, during this period, another half-step Great Dao realm expert like Pangu or Shichen is born.
Hongyun then divided the world into categories based on its hierarchy: those who could open up grotto-heavens were called Celestial Immortals.
Upon reaching this stage and opening up a grotto-heaven, a Dao seed will be bestowed by the Heavenly Dao, containing the power of space. As long as the Celestial Immortal integrates their will into it, they can use this Dao seed to open up their own grotto-heaven.
Afterwards, they comprehended the Five Elements, Yin and Yang, life and death, creation, time, and so on. All sorts of great laws were integrated into the cave heaven, which absorbed various resources to evolve and continuously improve.
At the same time, it will also drive the cultivation level of the grotto-heaven master himself. When the grotto-heaven is perfected to a certain extent and reaches its limit, it will be promoted to a plane, and the cultivation level corresponding to the plane will be determined by Hongyun as Golden Immortal.
Once you reach the plane, the laws governing this 'world' are already quite complete.
The entire 'plane' is equivalent to one and a half worlds, but it is not yet perfect. Once its three thousand Great Dao Laws are completely perfected, it will transform from a 'plane' into a world, which is the 'Microcosm World'.
Although the 'Microcosm' is very small, the laws within it are already extremely complete, and the corresponding cultivation level is Taiyi Golden Immortal.
Afterwards, a 'microcosm' advances to a 'minor world', which is equivalent to a Great Luo Golden Immortal. A 'minor world' advances to a 'middle world', which is equivalent to a Quasi-Saint.
When a "Middle Thousand Worlds" is promoted to a "Great Thousand Worlds," one becomes a Quasi-Saint.
When the 'Great Thousand Worlds' is promoted to the 'Eternal World,' it becomes the Supreme Saint.
These two realms are the new realms defined by Hongyun, and they are more refined compared to the previous early, middle and late Quasi-Saint realms.
Moreover, it is more in line with the differences brought about by the advancement of the laws of the world. After all, a middle-thousand world, a great-thousand world, and an eternal world are naturally very different.
Calling them all quasi-saints would be quite inappropriate. Now, by distinguishing them one by one, the distinction becomes much clearer.
And after reaching the highest level of sainthood, one can transform the "Eternal World" into the "Endless World" and attain the Great Golden Immortal of Primordial Chaos, which goes without saying.
Hongyun is actually at the same level now, but he succeeded Hongjun and is now equivalent to the Primordial Heavenly Dao, controlling such a single universe's ultimate world. Although Hongyun is a Hunyuan Daluo Golden Immortal, his strength is much stronger than other saints.
Moreover, according to Hongjun, the potential of the primordial world has not yet been fully realized.
Once it breaks through the limitations of a single universe and is completely liberated, then this world will become extremely terrifying.
Perhaps it truly has the potential to transform into an infinite multiverse.
However, this is just speculation. It would be too difficult to actually do it. At least after Hongjun merged with the Dao, he had been trying to revive this world and start it to evolve, but he failed every time.
Now that Hongyun has taken over, he is implementing sweeping reforms.
The most important aspect of the world-building he passed down was the initial step: the Dao seeds obtained by those celestial immortals, which were used to create grotto-heavens that would be forcibly integrated into the primordial world after their worlds advanced to the Great Thousand Worlds.
To put it bluntly, this seed of Dao is like a loan issued by the Primordial Heavenly Dao. The world that these cultivators painstakingly build is actually working for the Primordial Heavenly Dao and for Hongyun.
