Zombie Marvel? Luckily, I'm Superman!

Strange closed his eyes irritably, his face showing undisguised fatigue. He sat down on the sofa opposite Lin Yi and poured himself a glass of wine.

"Stop laughing. Tell me about your progress first. Have you found out any key information?"

"Okay." Lin Yi withdrew his gaze and briefly explained everything that had happened today and his guesses.

This universe and the universe where these people live seem to have a highly overlapping history, with the difference being the mutated cosmic virus version of the Thanos zombie event.

A cosmic virus swept across the entire universe, but Tony Stark possessed unknown technology that isolated the virus outside of Earth.

"That's about all the information I've gathered today, including some highly probable guesses. Tomorrow, I'll proceed as planned and contact Morgan to verify this information."

"As for outside Blue Star..." Lin Yi's gaze deepened, becoming serious.

"Don't get involved for now. I can vaguely sense that many eyes are watching Blue Star."

Those gazes were very subtle; if Lin Yi hadn't felt a slight tingling sensation on his scalp at times, he wouldn't have noticed them.

He wouldn't leave Earth rashly until he figured out some things.

"Your turn next. Didn't you take Peter to Kamar-Taj? So... how did you get that slap?"

He was so curious that he couldn't help but ask again, "Who could slap Strange?"

Strange clearly didn't want to talk about it anymore; he was concerned about his reputation.

But Peter, standing to the side, didn't think that much and kept raising his hand.

"I know, I know! It was the Ancient One who did it!" Peter exclaimed excitedly.

"Mr. Lin Yi, you wouldn't believe it if you hadn't been there! There are actually two Ancient Ones on this planet!"

"One has hair, the other doesn't; it's the bald guy who beat up Mr. Strange!"

"When we arrived at Kamar-Taj, we saw the Ancient One, with no hair, muttering something. Mr. Strange went up to her, about to speak, when he got slapped!"

Strange felt a chill run down his spine looking at Peter, who was firing like a machine gun, and quickly reached out to stop him.

"Alright, alright, Peter, this isn't something to be proud of, let's not talk about it anymore."

Lin Yi chuckled inwardly: "So your biggest takeaway today wasn't just that Strange got slapped, was it?"

"They even fought, with the Ancient One who had hair!" Peter added, raising his hand.

"I, um..." Peter wanted to say something, but suddenly found he couldn't open his mouth.

Strange withdrew his hand from the spell. "Alright, I'll explain."

If Peter keeps talking like this, he won't get to the point even if he talks all night.

With a serious tone, Strange gave his takeaways for the day.

"Our information overlaps somewhat, in that whether you call it a zombie virus or a cosmic virus, what I can confirm is that these two cosmic viruses are the same entity."

"I confirmed this with the Ancient One."

Lin Yi's expression was strange: "Is this believable? Didn't we say not to easily trust anyone or anything you know? You..."

Your handprint is really not convincing.

Strange waved his hand and said seriously, "Magic doesn't lie..."

This guy has a bit of confidence about him.

"From what I've observed, these two Ancient Ones are deliberately feigning madness."

"Okay, okay, is there any other information?" Lin Yi shrugged.

Strange shook his head helplessly, "I spent the whole afternoon fighting another Ancient One."

"I was planning to ask about Peter's condition today. I was wondering why, since Tony suspected the virus was related to the quantum realm, the virus disappeared after Peter entered it. Shouldn't it have gotten worse?"

"But since neither of the two Ancient Ones can communicate normally, we have to give up for now."

"I have a question!" Peter finally tore off the magical membrane covering his mouth and opened it.

Seeing the two looking over, the little spider grinned and said, "Why don't we enter the quantum realm from this universe and go back to a previous time period?"

The two looked at each other, both seeing surprise in each other's eyes.

"Peter, what a genius!"

"Only you could come up with something this risky!"

"A unique virus, an unknown universe, and you're rashly entering the quantum realm—do you think we're not attention-grabbing enough?"

Strange rolled his eyes, too lazy to say anything.

Traveling through the quantum realm and time can inadvertently create different parallel universes.

Even in a normal universe, people wouldn't take such a risk unless absolutely necessary. Let alone in this special universe, filled with unknown sights and clearly chaotic.

The information we need can be obtained now. Going back in time will only allow us to know about past events, which might be useful, but the disadvantages far outweigh the advantages.

"Um... I just wanted to help out." The little spider lowered its head in shame.

"Alright, you should use your intelligence on your studies," Lin Yi patted Little Spider on the shoulder, comforting him (probably).

"Alright, enough of that. I need to see Morgan at Stark Tower tomorrow. Strange, what are your plans for tomorrow?"

Without a second thought, Strange said, "I'll go to Kamar-Taj again tomorrow and try to make contact with the Dark Dimension from this universe. There are some things I haven't verified yet."

"Of course, Peter will come with me!" He gave Peter no room to resist, and it was unclear what he wanted to verify, but he insisted Peter come along.

However, following Strange will save me a lot of trouble.

"Alright, then get a good rest tonight. This suite has exactly three bedrooms. You can choose the other two. If you haven't eaten, you can order room service."

Strange nodded, pulled the reluctant Peter into a bedroom, and then went to the last room himself.

"Oh right, I almost forgot!" Strange suddenly turned around at the door and said to Lin Yi in a serious tone, "Remember to be careful during the investigation. There seems to be some terrifying monster lurking in the shadows on Earth, and it seems to pose a high threat..."

He patted the magic cloak behind him. Today, on the way to Kamar-Taj, the cloak conveyed emotions of being huge, dangerous, and fearful.

...Nothing happened that night.

The next day, Lin Yi left home early, gave the drone in the clouds the middle finger, and walked straight toward Stark Tower.

After making contact with him once, the satellite was removed and replaced with a drone. Tony's intention is to stop hiding altogether!
