Dark Wizard: Rise! My undead army!

Chapter 544 The Manifestation of the World's Will?

Seeing that his underlings were no match for Aldrick, Lynn unleashed his full power, struggling to spread out the Stigmata Domain under the suppression of the world.

Grayish-white light surged from beneath his feet, spreading outwards along the surface of the chaotic mist, overlapping with the chaotic domain to form two superimposed light films.

The light film covered the entire battlefield.

Aldrick stood at the intersection of the two beams of light and felt that the speed at which he invoked the world's rules had slowed down significantly, to the point that it was not enough to support frequent, high-intensity spellcasting.

He shifted a few steps to the side, trying to avoid the edge of the stigmata's coverage, but Lynn's stigmata moved in sync with his movements.

Aldrick stopped and plunged his short staff into the alchemical array beneath his feet. Silvery-white light surged from the array and enveloped his body.

The Voidbat swooped down from above, its wings folded, and crashed down on Aldrick's location like a meteor.

It landed precisely at the spot where Aldrick had just planted his staff.

Aldrick sidestepped the moment the Voidbat landed, causing its impact to miss.

After landing, the Voidbat spread its wings, turned its body towards Aldrick, and bit down hard on him with its fangs.

Aldrick raised his hand, and three alchemical array patterns converged from different directions, enveloping the Void Bat Demon's body in the middle.

Before the Void Bat Demon's wings were closed in by the array patterns, it flapped its wings, broke free from the restraints of one of the array patterns, and shifted its body to the side to avoid the encirclement of the other two array patterns.

The battle continues.

Lynn's Stigmata Domain slowly expanded within the chaotic mist.

As the expansion progressed, the coverage area began to approach Aldrick's core area.

Aldrick sensed the approaching edge of the Sacred Mark's domain. Instead of retreating, he tossed the metal sphere, shattered by the Chaos Dragon and the Divine Abomination, into the air.

The metal ball exploded the moment it left his palm, scattering fragments in all directions, each fragment bearing silver-white alchemical runes.

When the fragments landed on the surface of the Stigmata Domain, the array patterns began to come into contact with the Stigmata Domain, forming a temporary stable structure at the point of contact.

Lynn sensed that the fragments were interfering with the extension of the Stigmata Domain, forming a fine crack band at the point where they met the Stigmata Domain.

However, his own Stigmata Domain is not that simple.

The figure of Wanxiang emerged from the Sacred Mark Domain, his greyish-white robes fluttering slowly in the chaotic mist.

As his body passed through the shattering fragments of the array, the fragments he touched began to dim, shatter, and then dissipate.

The myriad phenomena did not stop, but continued to move forward, passing through the shattering array fragments, carrying the gray-white projection, and rushing towards Aldrick's location.

Aldrick saw everything, and a hint of surprise flashed in his eyes.

What a strange fellow, possessing such a rich world power and a pure aura of rules.

Is this... the embodiment of the world's will?

Although he was very curious about the universe, Aldrick knew that now was not the time to study it.

He continuously cast spells with both hands, and three silver-white alchemical arrays lit up on the ground at the same time.

One path blocked all directions of progress, while two others converged from both sides.

Wanxiang did not stop; upon contact with the first array pattern, it raised its hand and pressed it onto the surface of the array pattern.

The array pattern began to shatter at the point of contact, and the cracks spread from the point where Wanxiang's fingertips touched to both sides. The array pattern completely collapsed as it continued to shatter.

The silvery-white fragments fell into the mist, and were quickly covered by the power of chaos and the energy of all things.

Aldrick withdrew two of the array patterns that were closing in, and reformed them into a thicker light shield to block the myriad phenomena.

The Demon Eye shot a mental ray from behind the Myriad Manifestations, striking the edge of the light shield.

The light shield trembled slightly after being hit by the ray, then stabilized.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, the Ghost Wolf pounced on Aldrick from the flank, its body gradually shrinking as it moved, until it returned to the size of a normal dog.

This body type is faster, more agile, and better suited for surprise attacks.

Aldrick sensed the movement on his flank, and the suspended silver-white ring moved again, blocking him from the Netherwolf.

The ghost wolf's claws scratched several fine marks on the surface of the ring, and small cracks began to appear.

Aldrick remained standing in the space behind the light shield, the short staff still embedded in the alchemical array at his feet, silvery-white energy flowing continuously upwards along the staff.

He glanced down at the staff, then looked up at the direction of Wanxiang.

Myriad phenomena were approaching his location through the shattered fragments of array patterns.

His body was enveloped in a layer of grayish-white light that was spreading outwards. When that light touched the array patterns beneath his feet, the brightness of the patterns began to decrease.

The array patterns that touched the edge of Wanxiang's body began to blur and break.

Lynn emerged from the chaotic mist and appeared to Aldrick's side and rear.

Wanxiang's frontal restraint, combined with the timing of the lateral movement, allowed Lynn to position herself diagonally opposite Wanxiang during the movement, about fifty paces apart.

The Chaos Dragon landed behind him, its two front claws touching the ground, its body lowered, blocking Aldrick's retreat from another direction.

The three had formed a pincer movement.

Aldrick sensed the approaching presences from three directions, seemingly preparing for a coordinated attack.

His speed did not decrease as a result; he simply recalled the suspended silver-white ring to his side.

The ring hovered above his right hand, its rotation speed increasing, and the alchemical array between him and the myriad phenomena also readjusted its structure.

Aldrick then aimed at the Magic Eye in the anchored space.

Its suppression of space will greatly restrict one's actions, and it must be eliminated.

The Demon Eye was locked in mid-air.

As Aldrick moved, he threw out a new alchemical artifact, a long, thin, silver prism that pierced through the mist and aimed straight at the center of the demon's pupil.

The demon eye was terrified, its body trembled, and it tried to use spatial displacement to dodge.

But just before it was about to strike, the ridge exploded into three smaller silver needles, which shot in different directions, one of which pierced the demon's large eyeball.

That tiny silver needle seemed to possess immense power; upon piercing it, it exploded, shattering the large eyeball into pieces.

The Demon Eye had no vocal organs, but the space around its body became chaotic, as if it had fallen into a state of frenzy.

It continuously released mental rays in place, attempting to halt Aldrick's next attack with a sustained ray coverage.

But Aldrick had already slipped away and escaped.
