The artifact that recorded the genetic blueprint of Kryptonian artificial cultivation was injected into Jor-El's cells when Clark was born. It contained all of Krypton's technology, history, and genetic tree.

"This is a great thing, is there any way to get it?"

"Yes... I wish to transform this body into my avatar."

Igor made his request.

"If I can possess his body and completely assimilate with his brain, I won't need to read that information. I will become a part of him, and those secrets will naturally open up to me."

"Moreover, a body with immense destructive power will allow me to serve you better."

Azu stared at Igor's blue brain, his eyes gleaming.

If Ego could really take over Superman's body, it would be like having a super henchman with the intelligence of a god and the physical constitution of a Kryptonian.

"Got it. Let's go sunbathe."

Azu stepped forward, grabbed the suit from the chest of the Superman corpse with one hand, and returned Ego to the Master Ball.

Outside the atmosphere, in geosynchronous orbit.

Azu held Superman's corpse in one hand, hovering in the cold, silent vacuum.

"This is fine." Azu released his grip, and Superman's corpse floated slowly in the weightless environment.

Even though the Kryptonians' original brains are dead, the instincts recorded in their genes are still frantically resisting the invasion of outsiders.

Blue light shimmered beneath every inch of Superman's skin.

Ah Zu hovered a few meters away with his arms crossed, coldly observing this scene of possession.

About ten minutes later.

The convulsions in Superman's body gradually subsided. The bulging blood vessels returned to normal, and the tense muscles relaxed.

The swirling blue light in his eyes gradually faded, returning to their original color.

He slowly straightened up in the vacuum and stretched his slightly stiff body.

The face that once belonged to Henry Cavill had lost its former compassion and the violence that followed its descent into darkness; only piety remained.

He bowed his head to Azu and knelt on one knee in the void.

"Assimilation complete, Master."

The voice was still Superman's deep voice, but the tone and phrasing were completely in Ego's style.

Thus, Superman Ego was born.
