American comic: I, JoJo, am going to heaven!

Chapter 59 The needle is nice, the taste is nice!

"The first clue," Jon Snow concluded from his horse, "is that someone has seen an area in the eastern desert that resembles the palm of a demon."

"Secondly," he held up two fingers, "an expedition went there and never came back."

"The third piece of information is what I've gathered." The people on horseback listened quietly.

Jon Snow pulled out the last piece of intelligence and read:

"Most importantly, only the chosen ones can find the devil's palm; it is destiny."

After saying that, he turned around and scanned the strange group.

The mutant Remy, the alien god Thor, the Ripple user Coulson, and the Stand user Iggy.

A wonderful combination combined with a wonderful adventure—it's simply fantastic!

"I think it would be strange if we couldn't find a team with this roster, right?"

"Of course!" Thor laughed heartily. "I never imagined Midgard had such an interesting place."

The Thunder God, who had conquered the Nine Realms for a thousand years, stroked his chin with an expectant look on his face.

"It actually selects the terrain for visitors... This is the first time I've ever seen that."

It was truly amazing that Thor said that, even though he had conquered countless countries.

There are many strange and wonderful legends among them, but most of them are exaggerated and not that magical.

This is the first time I've heard of a terrain with its own long legs that allows people to run.

"You guys are quite optimistic," Remy slowly exhaled a smoke ring, "aren't you afraid we'll die on the way?"

"After all, it's related to some damn demon."

"Don't worry about that," Coulson said, adjusting his sunglasses. "S.H.I.E.L.D. has set up supply points along the way."

"Yes, speaking of demons..." Jon suddenly pulled out four 800ml glass bottles.

"This was sponsored by a priest," he tossed the bottle to the crowd, "and was made with the words of a saint—"

"Water?" Thor's eyes lit up. "I'm thirsty!" With that, he uncorked the bottle and drank it down.

"—Holy water soaked in XX skin!!" Jon's warning came a step too late.

Seeing Thor's guzzling manner, Jon's hand, which was frozen in mid-air, trembled slightly.

"...I prepared this specifically to deal with demons, you! Hmm!"

"Uh..."

Before he could finish speaking, Jon felt a churning in his stomach and nearly fell off his horse.

"Good heavens!" Remy backed away with a look of disgust, his gaze towards Thor unusually strange. "Shit, is it the one I'm thinking of?"

"Jon," Coulson tilted his head slightly, his voice trembling, "the thing you're talking about... is it the one we all have?"

"Uh..." Jon nodded with difficulty under the desperate gazes of the others. "It's the one you're thinking of."

"But it should be fine. You can treat it like a relic soaked in water, it's the same. Maybe this thing is even stronger."

"Does it enhance male potency?" Coulson sighed, rubbing his forehead. "Oh my god, ugh..."

Meanwhile, Thor, engrossed in his drink, completely ignored the conversation among the others.

Thor tossed the bottle away and wiped his mouth with satisfaction.

"Hmm...it tastes good!"

Immediately, all three people and the dog stared at Thor with looks of utter disbelief, as if he were a pervert.

"Hey." Thor shrugged. "What's with those looks? Why are you staring at me like that?"

Upon hearing this, the three people and the dog exchanged a knowing glance.

They all agreed that some truths are better left buried forever, and that's it.

"Ugh."

"Let's set off then, everyone."

Jon pretended to unroll the scroll, and sunlight streamed through the round hole, casting dappled patterns on his chest.

"Captain—" Coulson mimicked Giles's tone in a high-pitched voice, "Where are we heading?"

Is this a reference to Pirates of the Caribbean? Jon Snow seems to understand.

"Hmph!" Jon squinted at the empty scroll, then pointed seriously into the distance: "Head east!"

"Jon..." Upon hearing this, Coulson immediately whispered a reminder, "That's the west side, the east side is over there."

"Oh, really?" Jon paused, then turned to the other side without changing his expression. "Let's go!"

And so, this quirky little team set off eastward in a grand procession, facing the rising sun.

Along the way, Jon, sitting on horseback, kept tossing and catching iron balls, but he couldn't figure out the trick to maneuvering the cavalry.

I feel like something's missing.

"That's enough!" He caught the rebounding iron ball and threw it again, sending a roadside lizard flying.

"JOJO." Remy rode closer. "What are you doing? Training your arm strength?"

"It's practice for cavalry maneuvers," Jon sighed, "but it just doesn't feel quite right."

"Haha." Remy laughed as the cigarette butt arced through the air.

"JOJO, experience is something like this..." he winked teasingly, "It's like picking up girls, you can't rush it."

"Relax a bit, you still have a long way to go."

"Understood." Jon nodded, putting away the iron ball. "Good, I'll be careful."

However, there was a clear sense of resentment in Jon's eyes, and that was what drove him.

In fact, since he has a stunt double, he doesn't need to practice this at all, so why does he insist on practicing this technique so hard?

That's because only this technology wouldn't reject him because of his half-human status.

Unlike Ripple, although he had grasped the essentials, it was extremely difficult for him to further refine his skills.

But the power of rotation is different. From the first time he saw that golden rectangle, he knew that it was his talent.

It is also the most suitable talent.

Jon knew very well that discovering his talent was just the beginning; without diligent practice, he would simply be wasting his life savings.

Having talent but not practicing it, and fantasizing that you can stay ahead forever just because of your talent, is unrealistic.

As the facts have proven, the fate of these people will ultimately be nothing more than a shadow of their former selves.

Jon doesn't want to be that kind of person, the kind who regrets things, wakes up, tries to catch up with their former self, and then regrets it too late.

It's so tragic.

On the other side, a strange glint flashed in Thor's eyes.

For some reason, he felt that his mind was unusually sharp today.

"Jon," Thor suddenly spoke, "the technique you were practicing just now required a horse's coordination, right?"

"That's right." Jon turned his head to look at him and nodded suspiciously.

Thor looks a little different today; there seems to be something more to his eyes.

Jon thought to himself.

"There's a problem with your coordination with this horse," Thor astutely pointed out the answer.

"Is there a problem with the coordination?" Jon patted the horse beneath him. "I think we're perfectly in sync."

"It's yielding to you, Jon," Thor said, a glint of wisdom in his eyes. "The problem lies in the fact that you two are working together."

Jon nodded instinctively, then suddenly realized what he meant and said strangely:

"Wait... Thor, what's wrong with you today? Hey, Remy, don't you think he's acting strange?"

Upon hearing this, Remy carefully examined Thor's eyes.

As a mutant with a keen eye for human nature, he immediately detected a change.

"He's become smarter," Remy concluded. "Is this some kind of Stand ability? That makes people smarter?"

"Guys," Coulson suddenly interjected, "I think it's the holy water that's responsible."

Then Coulson raised an eyebrow at Jon and said:

"So JOJO, are you sure you don't want to take a couple of sips?"

"Holy water?"

Jon glanced down at the bottle at his waist, immediately shook his head, and said righteously:

"Even if this stuff could really teach me cavalry maneuvering, I would never drink it."

"Even if I die of thirst here," he added firmly, "I'd rather die in the desert than drink a drop of this rubbish!"

"If that's really the case," Remy scoffed, "then why don't the church people drink it? If drinking it would turn them into Einsteins, they would all have a bottle by now."

"Really? What about you? Would you drink it?" Jon glanced at him sideways. "If we knew it was soaked in the skin of a saint, who could bring themselves to drink it?"

"Do you think everyone is Thor?" He deliberately shook the bottle. "Only truly fearless warriors would dare to try this."

"But to be honest, this is actually a good thing. Want to try some?"

"No thanks!" Remy took a half step back with a look of disgust, then turned to Thor and gave him a thumbs up. "You're a true warrior."

"Ha ha ha!" Thor thumped his chest and laughed. "Of course! I am the bravest warrior in Asgard!"

"By the way, what is this 'XX skin' you guys are talking about?"
