Chapter 78 The Elf King Thranduil (Revised)

Although the elves' act of disarming them greatly angered the dwarves, the situation was beyond their control, and under Thorin's reassurance, they could only dare to vent their anger without speaking out.

Led by Prince Legolas, the group entered the fortress and traversed winding tunnels, finally arriving at the palace of the Woodland Kingdom.

He came to Middle-earth from Aman at the beginning of the Second Age, which means he was only a little over six thousand years old, making him a young Elvenking.

As the group arrived at the palace, Ino finally saw Thranduil's face clearly.

With flowing golden hair like Legolas, Thranduil wears a crown woven from red leaves and berries.

This simple crown seems to be telling the story of the forest spirits' love for the forest and nature.

If Legolas could be described as handsome, then Thranduil, the Elvenking before them, could only be described as beautiful.

Describing Thranduil's beauty is as natural as praising the beauty of nature; it doesn't seem out of place at all.

"I suppose His Majesty knows the purpose of our trip: for that ancient legend, Thorin, the descendant of the Turin dwarves, has come to reclaim Lonely Mountain and restore the glory of the King beneath it."

"Maybe they wanted to kill me, but who knows? I was just helping them get out of the jungle."
