Chapter 67 Starlight vs. Electro

In the city streets, Starlight and Electric Man engage in a thrilling battle.

Starlight faced Electro, her gaze resolute and fearless, and declared, "Electro! Even if it costs me my life, I will never let your scheme succeed. I will not allow you to harm the people of this city!"

Seeing Xiao Xian appear out of the corner of his eye, the Electric Man stopped charging up, timed it perfectly, and released a powerful burst of electricity that struck Xiao Xian like a bolt of lightning. The powerful current carried destructive force, instantly tearing the air apart, and the dazzling light stung people's eyes.

Using his body to shield himself from the lightning, Xiao Xian felt the power of the electricity. His entire body felt as if it had been struck by lightning, and intense pain spread through his body. His body trembled uncontrollably, a trace of blood trickled from the corner of his mouth, and then everything went black, returning him to the body selection screen.

Choosing his body, which had just been electrocuted, Xiao Xian collapsed, while Xingguang caught him, shouting as she saw the blood at the corner of Xiao Xian's mouth.

"Why did you do this?!"

"I believe in you, you can definitely stop him!! Save New York. I still remember running in the sunset, that's my lost youth." Holding Xingguang's hand, Xiao Xian finished his lines and then decisively kicked his leg, pretending to be temporarily dead.

Starlight shook his head and refused Electro. Ever since Batman from Wayne Man's agency creatively established the rule of not killing villains, thus initiating the history of supervillains being reused, many agencies have added the persona of not killing as much as possible to their superheroes.

This approach not only pleases the "saintly" types but also allows for the repeated exploitation of supervillains, which has almost become an industry norm. However, this has also led to a situation where veteran supervillains occupy a dominant position, making it difficult for newcomers to emerge.
