Chapter 74 Riel Bieber

Chapter 74 Riel Bieber

Hey, hey, hey!

Boom!Boom!Boom!

The heavy breathing and violent pounding alternated and then overlapped, instantly tightening Klein and the others' nerves to the limit, as if they had heard some evil whispers.

Taking advantage of the brief moment when Al, Dunn, and Lolota's attention was diverted, the tuxedo clown suddenly pulled a long strip of paper from his pocket.

Snap! He flicked his right hand, turning the paper into a long whip burning with black flames, and lashed it towards his ankle.

A faint but sharp scream rang out, and the clown in the tuxedo broke free of his invisible shackles, performing a backflip.

pong!pong!pong!

Dunn, El, and Lolota's bullets all missed their mark and went inside the wooden crate.

The clown in the tuxedo didn't linger. He pressed his right hand against his wound and ran away from the warehouse.

He was incredibly fast, leaving only his back view in the blink of an eye.

Before he disappeared, his right hand, which was pressing on his abdomen, suddenly swept across his left arm, and the wound on his stomach disappeared, just as it had been before.

The area on his left arm where he was slashed was a bloody mess, with silver bullets faintly visible.

Dunn and the others did not give chase, because the panting coming from the innermost warehouse was so loud that it made their brows twitch and their inspiration tremble.

boom!

The door to the innermost warehouse suddenly burst open, sending debris flying in all directions.

Immediately afterwards, something wrapped in rags flew out and landed not far in front of Klein.

Klein stared intently and discovered that it was actually an arm, with bloody flesh torn to pieces and white bones irregularly broken and protruding outwards.

Snap! Snap! Snap

One thing after another flew out: first, blood overflowed from the eyes with dilated pupils; then, an earlobe that looked as if it had been torn off alive; then, half of the heart that was still beating; and intestines filled with yellowish-brown matter.

If Klein hadn't witnessed an even more gruesome "giant spectacle" at Riel Bieber's house, he probably would have vomited right now.

His emotions were on the verge of breaking, and he barely managed to suppress the urge to fire into the dark doorway. He then ejected some of the empty cartridge cases and loaded new Demon Hunter bullets.

Pong!

Dunn returned to the position and calmly fired a single shot into the warehouse.

However, his bullets seemed to have entered the ocean, without any echo.

Ho! Ho! Ho!

The heavy breathing grew increasingly labored, and a grayish-white color filled the "open" door.

With two loud bangs, El Hassen and Borgia's bullets pierced through the gray-white, but still failed to stop the "color" from flowing out, nor did they leave any wounds or cause any fluid to leak out.

Klein held his breath, not firing blindly, and watched as the "grayish-white" gradually revealed its complete outline.

This was a humanoid creature over two meters tall, with all its joints twisted unnaturally in the opposite direction, as if they had been forcibly broken.

One after another, white, broken bones protrude from under its skin, and its overall grayish-white surface is full of grooves, like a human brain that has been stripped of its "shell".

The monster was covered in a grayish-white, rotten, viscous liquid, while its head was relatively normal, with deep nasolabial folds and pale skin.

As its mouth opened and closed, one could see a full porcelain denture that was about to fall out, several strands of bloody saliva that had stretched into long threads, and muscle and bone fragments that had turned into dust.

Riel Bieber… is he even human? Klein took a silent breath, feeling his heart pounding wildly.

Pong!

Leonard's demon-hunting bullet struck Riel Bieber in the forehead, passing right through and leaving a deep hole.

The grayish-white liquid flowed out, fell to the ground, and wriggled and turned into milky-white, fat maggots.

However, the monster was completely unaffected and pounced on Borgia, who was closest to it, at a pace that was neither too fast nor too slow. Its real target seemed to be the iron-black box, the sealed artifact "2-049".

"Extraordinary power out of control..." Dunn shouted in a deep voice, "Lorota, it looks like an undead, find its weakness as soon as possible."

"Okay." Lolota didn't say anything more, and raised her hand to cover her eyes.

Her pupils turned grayish-white, then colorless, as if she had entered a spiritual world and the realm of the dead, looking down on the enemy from a higher level, searching for that very important "node".

Seeing that normal shooting was ineffective, Klein didn't waste his bullets. He raised his hand and tapped his forehead, activating his spiritual vision, intending to use it to assist "Gravedigger" Ms. Lolota.

In his vision, the only remaining brilliance of "Monster" Bieber was pure gray-white, a gray-white full of madness.

Aside from that, Klein didn't see anything else.

At that moment, Al Hassen and Leonard Mitchell began to chant simultaneously:

"Ah, the danger of fear, the crimson hope."

"At least one thing is true: this life is fleeting."

"One thing is true, the rest are lies."

"After blooming once, it will pass away."

……

A soothing power emanated from it, and the twisted, grayish-white monster slowed down rapidly, seemingly unable to resist the charm of the poetry.

Just then, it opened its mouth and let out a scream that was inaudible to ordinary people:

"what!"

……

Bang! Klein felt a sharp pain in his head and automatically exited his spiritual vision state.

He felt a warm liquid flow from the tip of his nose, and instinctively reached out to wipe it, only to find that the back of his hand was bright red.

Al and Leonard fell backward at the same time, their mouths, noses, and eyes covered in blood.

Borgia, Dunn, and Lolota each took a step or two back, their faces turning pale.

The monster only let out one "scream," and the six extraordinary beings seemed unable to withstand it, becoming extremely fragile.

pedal!

It moved closer to Borgia, and its twisted joints suddenly snapped open.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

Borgia and Dunn each fired two shots, but neither could inflict even the slightest damage on the monster Bieber.

Bang! Borgia was sent flying, the extended revolver landing with a thud.

He tried a few times to stand up, but couldn't manage it in a short time.

Slippery liquid dripped from Bieber's mouth as he lunged at the iron-black box.

Pong!

At the crucial moment, Al Hassen shot the box, sending it flying quite a distance, preventing Monster Bieber from catching it and sending it rushing forward for a good ten meters.

The black iron box developed cracks, which became more and more obvious as it was pounded violently inside.

"Found it!" the black-haired woman, Lolota, finally spoke. "I need you to control it for at least three seconds."

"Okay." Dunn didn't say anything more, reached up and pressed his brow, then closed his eyes.

He seemed to have fallen asleep, and invisible ripples spread out in circles.

In an instant, Monster Bieber paused, the madness in his eyes rapidly subsided, and his thin, transparent eyelids began to droop uncontrollably.

Dunn's body trembled, and something bulged and wriggled under his clothes, as if hiding slippery, scaleless venomous snakes.

Lolota ran out and rolled right under the monster Bieber.

She pressed one hand to the ground, clenched her fist, and launched it upwards like a cannonball into the groin of the monster Bieber.

puff!

Ignoring the corrosive pain, she pressed down on the ground with her hand again, lifting herself up another inch, her fist drilling even deeper.

Sizzle! Lolota stretched back her forearm, pulling out a section of intestine covered in yellowish-brown and bloody stains.

Inside those intestines, there was a faintly visible ancient and worn notebook.

"what!"

Monster Bieber let out a loud scream, and his body suddenly glowed, as if melting.

"Get down!"

As soon as Al Hassen finished speaking, Klein saw the monster Bieber swell up.

boom!

Amidst the deafening roar, Klein, who was some distance away, was thrown into the air by the shockwave and crashed heavily to the ground.

He struggled to his feet, feeling dizzy and nauseous, and saw the monster Bieber turn into disgusting, rotting pieces of flesh and blood. He saw Dunn and Lolota lying a dozen meters away, seemingly unconscious.

Al Hassen, Borgia, and Leonard Mitchell also fell to the ground, some groaning in pain, others struggling to get up but failing.

Just as Klein was about to breathe a sigh of relief, he suddenly noticed something familiar about two or three meters away from him.

The dark iron box stopped rolling and turned its cracked side towards the sky.

A thin, brown arm stretched out from there.

The sealed artifact… “2-049”… Damn it! Klein’s heart tightened, and he immediately lunged back a few meters away to get away from the range of the sealed artifact “2-049”.

The explosion had actually thrown the black iron box near him!

Just then, Klein's head suddenly buzzed, and his thoughts slowed down.
