That ball of light.

The orb of light that Lynn gave to Kaido shielded Kaido from the observation of the "future" on a causal level.

Omniscience and omnipotence are ineffective against Kaido.

"Your son..." Yhwach said softly, his voice filled with a complex emotion.

Ignoring his complex emotions, Kaido charged forward, still wielding his spiked club.

"Hehehe! You can't see my future, huh! Well, then you'll have to face me head-on!"

Kaido transformed into his beast form, his entire body covered in dragon horns and scales, swelling to ten meters tall, and slammed down with a club carrying earth-shattering power.

Yhwach did not take the hit head-on; his figure vanished, and he reappeared behind Kaido, condensing a high concentration of spiritual energy rays in his palm.

Kaido did not turn around.

He doesn't need to look back.

Because he possesses Observation Haki.

The dragon's tail swept across, striking Yhwach's hand as he prepared to strike, scattering the spirit beam.

Yhwach was forced back several steps by the force of the dragon's tail. He looked down at his slightly numb palm, and the light in his eyes became even more dangerous.

"If I don't need to be omniscient and omnipotent..." he muttered to himself, "then I'll use the most primal power to crush them."

A completely different power began to emanate from him.

It is no longer spiritual particles, no longer spiritual pressure.

Rather, it is a more ancient and more fundamental power—derived from the bloodline of the Spirit King.

His white robe began to tear, revealing skin covered in black veins. His hair grew longer, and the cross-shaped pupils in his eyes became three overlapping crosses.

The true form of the son of King Ling.

Kaido sensed the change in that power, and his grin widened.

"Come on!" Kaido of the Beasts slung his spiked club over his shoulder, his posture exuding extreme arrogance. "Let me see just how much this Soul King's brat really weighs!"

After Yhwach unleashed the power of the Soul King's son, the flow of spiritual particles throughout the entire Seireitei changed.

The air grew heavy. The ground began to crack. The dark shadows in the sky grew even thicker, like a giant curtain hanging over everyone's heads.

The white-bearded man stood at a distance, gripping his naginata, his brow furrowed.

"Old man, that guy is strong." Shanks walked up to him, his tone unusually serious. "I can feel it; his will is stronger than anyone I've ever met."

"Gurararara..." Whitebeard chuckled, but his eyes turned serious. "Can that madman Kaido hold out?"

"It's hard to say." The redhead shook his head.

Kaido, of course, didn't care what they were discussing.

He had already rushed up.

Kaido in his human-beast form moved with such speed that the very space trembled. His spiked club, amplified by Conqueror's Haki, Armament Haki, Kaioken, and the Eight Gates, slashed down towards Yhwach's head.

Yhwach extended a hand, a ball of dark energy gathering in his palm, and collided head-on with the spiked club.

boom--

The shockwave reduced all buildings within a 100-meter radius to dust.

Yhwach's body sank a few centimeters, and the ground beneath his feet cracked open like a spiderweb. But his hand caught the baton steadily.

"Your strength is truly astonishing," Yhwach's voice echoed from the dust. "In terms of pure physical strength, you may be the strongest being in this world."

"Perhaps?" Kaido was dissatisfied with this assessment. "I am the strongest!"

He loosened his grip on the spiked club and aimed directly at Yhwach's face with his dragon claw. Yhwach dodged to the side, but Kaido's other hand swung down from below, delivering a solid uppercut to Yhwach's chin.

Yhwach's head snapped back, and he was sent flying into the air by the blow.

Kaido gave him no chance to catch his breath, spreading his dragon wings and chasing after him, engaging Yhwach in a fierce close-quarters battle in the air.

Fists, elbows, knees, claws, tail—Kaido used every part of his body in his human and beast forms, each strike carrying earth-shattering power.

Yhwach was indeed at a disadvantage in the first few punches; he hadn't expected Kaido's close-combat skills to be so terrifying.

But he adapted quickly.

Even without omniscient and omnipotent predictions, he relied on the extraordinary physical attributes of the son of the Soul King and thousands of years of combat experience to gradually catch up with Kaido's pace.
