In this chaotic world, it all started when they found an elf girl.

Chapter 591 A Great Deed That Shook the Gods!

While the gods discussed the new rules, Roy got a rare break. From the siege of the island gods, Freya's death, Loki's instigation of the war of the gods... to Chaos's reversal of time, he racked his brains to persuade the gods, which took a lot of effort.

Roy's mental energy was nearly exhausted. His vision went black, his body swayed, and he fell to the side.

But he did not fall to the ground.

Instead, he fell into a warm embrace, a faint fragrance surrounding his nose—it was Freya! Roy slowly closed his eyes and drifted into sleep. Freya held Roy tightly, who had let his guard down completely, a tender smile on her face.

Like a lioness protecting her cubs, she glared at all the gods who harbored ill intentions towards Roy, driving them away.

He didn't know how much time had passed, but when Roy woke up again, the first thing he saw was Freya's stunning face. Her violet eyes were like a clear lake reflecting endless stars, sparkling brightly. She had a delicate nose and full, cherry-red lips that were moist and alluring.

Roy found himself lying on Freya's lap, using her as a knee pillow. He could clearly feel the softness and smoothness of her legs, no less than those of Ryu and Astrea. He asked, "How long have I been asleep?"

Freya smiled and said, "Two days!"

During this time, Freya stayed by Roy's side without leaving for a moment, wholeheartedly protecting him. For a god capable of wielding divine power, this amount of time was insignificant. Roy asked again, "Where is Loki?"

Freya replied, "We're discussing the new rules with those guys to prevent some unscrupulous individuals from deliberately creating difficulties for us." Roy immediately knew who was behind this—the island gods. He trusted Loki's persuasive skills; a good argument would surely secure favorable terms for them. "Aren't you going?"

"Don't tease me, you know I'm not interested in those things." Freya pouted slightly in dissatisfaction, then let out a happy laugh, her slender, jade-like fingers gently brushing Roy's hair.

By the shimmering lake, Roy and Freya chatted like the closest of friends.

Roy's new rules were approved by the gods.

The crisis facing the island nation's gods has been temporarily averted, not because they've given up on revenge, but because it takes priority over the new rules, or perhaps they can manage both without conflict. Apollo, bewitched by Freya, lies in the Sun God's Palace, falling into a long slumber, perhaps tens of thousands of years from now. Apollo played a crucial role in this event, risking his life to protect Roy and single-handedly confronting hundreds of the island nation's gods. However, Roy feels no remorse for discarding Apollo after he's served his purpose; after all, he can't give Apollo the reward he desires, so he can only make things difficult for Apollo!

Freya showed absolutely no mercy!

The gods were discussing the new rules, and no one disturbed Roy and Freya. The fairies were also very sensible, standing far away and watching the two by the lake with envy, like a divine couple in a fairyland.

Roy hesitated for a moment: "Even now, my feelings for you are very complicated."

Freya listened quietly to Roy's sincere words, which contained not a single lie.

Roy continued, "You knew you would be shot by Gungnir, yet you still used your full power. The emotion I felt at that moment... the joy of seeing you again after the time reversal, I will probably never forget."

Freya was overjoyed to hear this.

"But I only feel gratitude towards you, not affection," Roy said, the two being worlds apart.

"I know, I know everything!" Freya murmured, not feeling discouraged at these words. She was the person who understood Roy best in the world. Roy may seem like a scumbag, but he doesn't fall in love easily. Beneath his playboy exterior lies a pure heart; otherwise, he wouldn't have attracted so many girls and made them accept each other.

Only through prolonged interaction and the cultivation of feelings will Roy's heart open even a crack.

One of the reasons she brought Roy to the Celestial Realm was this: in the mortal realm, Roy was surrounded by countless girls, and she had no chance to spend time with or even interact with him.

"I don't regret bringing you to the heavens!"

Even now, Freya remains steadfast in her belief that this is the only chance.

Roy sighed, "As expected, you haven't changed."

Freya shook her head, annoyed, and said, "No, I've changed. You bastard have played with every part of my body, leaving my fragile heart riddled with holes, my spirit subdued, and I've long since become the shape you wanted me to be."

Roy thought Freya's statement was a bit strange.

But Freya has indeed changed. From pursuing pure love and being obsessed with possessing Roy, that intense desire has been worn down, and she is now willing to share Roy with Ryu, Astrea, and Artemis.

Roy could sense that Freya's aggression wasn't as strong as before, which was good news; at least she wouldn't cause any more trouble. "It's alright!"

Freya licked her lips with her small, fragrant tongue, her words filled with aggression: "Next, I will transform the gratitude in your heart into true feelings."

Roy remained silent. Well, on the other hand, Freya's aggression hadn't diminished at all, and might even be more terrifying than before. Could he withstand it? Roy slept for two days and rested for one. Urged on by him, on the third day, the gods finally reached a conclusion on the new rules. The most crucial point was the world-class feat!

Whether it's waging war, saving the world, improving people's livelihoods, or vanquishing ferocious beasts that threaten the world... in any form, as long as the subordinate can influence the entire lower realm, they can bring their own chief god back to the lower realm.

Hearing that he needed to accomplish twelve world-class feats to bring Loki and Freya back to the lower realm, Roy knew the island gods had put in a lot of effort. The island gods, led by Amaterasu, looked at Roy with smug and sinister smiles.

Loki looked guilty, realizing he had failed to stop the other man.

Roy didn't blame Loki. Through Freya, he knew Loki had already rejected many unreasonable demands from the island gods, which was a form of self-sacrifice. However, the situation was still far from optimistic. Roy frowned. A world-class feat wasn't difficult for him, but he lacked time; he needed to return to the lower realm as soon as possible. A glint of light flashed in Roy's eyes as he asked, "Chaos, I have a question."

"Um!"

Chaos knew that Roy wouldn't sit idly by and wait to be killed, and he was also looking forward to seeing what Roy would do next.

The gods also turned their gazes toward him, their eyes wary, determined not to give Roy a chance.

"Will great achievements disappear?" Roy asked.

Upon hearing the question, Chaos seemed to understand something and chuckled, "Of course not!"

Roy: "Then the great achievements I've made should also be counted among the twelve world-class achievements!"

"How can this be!"

The island nation's gods reacted most fiercely, stepping forward to launch a verbal attack. Tens of thousands of gods spoke up, their spittle seemingly threatening to drown Roy. Roy sneered, "Chaos said that great deeds will not disappear, so why can't they?"

The island gods were speechless for a moment.

"No one else said anything, but you guys are so talkative. Can't stand seeing others do well?" Loki added fuel to the fire. She was also in a hurry to return to the lower realm. If Roy were to complete the twelve World Wars, it would take forever.

Faced with Loki's insults, the island gods gritted their teeth, but upon closer inspection, they realized that no one supported them.

Apart from the island gods who opposed Roy's obsession with the matter, the other gods did not care about it. Most of the gods even included it in their calculations of past great achievements, since it would benefit them as well.

The gods watched with great interest as Loki and the island gods clashed, subtly leaning towards Roy's side.

Amaterasu remained silent.

Roy always takes action with the help of the masses. Opposing him would harm the interests of most people, or even cause significant losses to oneself. Amaterasu secretly lamented that a mere human could be so troublesome for her.

Chaos said, "The miracles created by children cannot be erased; Roy's past achievements certainly qualify him for one of the twelve world-class feats." Loki scoffed, "At least he said something sensible!"

The island gods wanted to say something more, but Amaterasu shook her head imperceptibly. The island gods had no choice but to shut their mouths. Chaos spoke, which was the final word. If they continued to object, they would be considered ignorant.

"snort!"

Amaterasu snorted coldly. They had given Roy twelve world-class achievements. Even if he completed a few ahead of time, the rest would still be enough to annoy Roy for a long time, and might waste decades.

Chaos, eager to try, used his powers and shouted, "Then let's tally Roy's great deeds, and reveal the world's memories!" A look of anticipation appeared on the faces of the gods.

Loki and Freya were no exception; it was one of Chaos's most important powers. Representing the chaotic void, he evolved the world; he was the world itself, mobilizing the world's memories and presenting them to everyone.

Roy realized he had underestimated Chaos.

Chaos declared, "Roy's first world-class achievement: conquering Odin's simulated world!"

A screen of light, resembling a divine mirror, appeared in the sky above the heavens, displaying the events of Roy, Ryu, and Haruhime's journey to the Great Tree Sea and their trials under Odin. "So that's how it is. That brat obtained the Gungnir trial product back then," Loki exclaimed in amazement. Roy indeed had some connection with Odin.

"hateful!"

Freya said coldly, "That old bastard Odin, he probably couldn't help but groan under the covers when he thought about how we were startled to see Gungnir."

Odin, that cunning old fox, created a small world based on the same World Tree remains as the original material of Gungnir. If one cannot completely let go of their obsessions and reconcile with the past, they will truly be trapped in it.

That is a real world, and if you successfully conquer it, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call it a world-class feat.

The island nation's gods could not find any fault with it.

Chaos said, "Roy's second world-class feat: entering the underworld and resurrecting the dead!"

This feat is known throughout the world: Roy, leading his allies, overcame obstacle after obstacle, crushing the former remnants of Zeus and Hera. The possibility of resurrection has impacted the entire world!

"The third world-class feat: defeating Andaris, the scorpion who devoured Artemis and Thanatos!"

Another world-renowned feat, the image of Roy throwing the divine spear Gungnir is deeply imprinted in the minds of countless people. If it weren't for him, Andaris, the scorpion who devoured the two gods, would have already destroyed the lower realm.

"Roy's fourth world-class feat: killing seven gods and awakening the skill 'Godslayer'!"

Despite being forced by Dionysus, Roy was the first human in a thousand years to kill a god, creating a deep rift in the relationship between humans and the gods and almost ending the age of gods.

"The fifth world-class feat: Slaying the Black Dragon!"

This one is even more powerful, a beast that has shrouded the despair of the lower realm for thousands of years and shattered the end of the heroic age.

"Roy's sixth world-class feat: conquering the island nation and forcing tens of thousands of gods to return to heaven!"

The impact of this event was far-reaching. Orario's first war of annihilation nearly shattered the island nation. The gods of the island nation looked grim.

They'd become Roy's stepping stones, and yet they couldn't object. Were they supposed to say the island nation was too weak to deserve such a world-class feat? Chaos said meaningfully, "Roy's seventh world-class feat: cultivating the World Tree!"

The scene in the divine mirror showed Roy planting the World Tree seed, forming a pact with Astraea's divine blood, nurturing it with the holy spring of the Great Sacred Tree, and allowing the World Tree to fuse with the divine core dropped by the fallen immortals.

The gods stared wide-eyed, utterly incredulous.

Even in the celestial realm, the World Tree is an extremely difficult divine creation to cultivate; how could humans possibly achieve it?!

Loki muttered to himself, "So the elixir of heaven comes from the World Tree. No wonder it has such a powerful effect."

"The eighth world-class achievement: Defeating Rhea!"

Roy led the Orario adventurers against three fallen celestials, killing Rhea and indirectly protecting all the gods of the lower realm. Chaos declared, "Roy's ninth world-class feat: preventing the collapse of the heavens!"

Roy's decision to stop Freya from activating her powers seemed simple, but his choice changed the timeline.

Finally, Chaos stopped.

But Roy's great deeds were enough to plunge the entire celestial realm into deathly silence. No matter which pantheon the gods were, they were all deeply shocked. They opened their mouths wide, stiffly turned their heads, and looked at the young man who had mistakenly entered the celestial realm.

The fairies' jaws nearly dropped to the ground.

Some of Roy's world-class achievements are things that even gods with divine powers might not be able to accomplish.

The island gods were sweating profusely. They thought Roy would at most complete two or three world-class feats ahead of schedule, but he had already accomplished more than half of them! The gods' eyes darted around slyly.

If completing a world-class feat would allow Roy to bring back a deity sent to heaven to the mortal realm, then Roy could take nine gods with him! Thinking of this, the gods instantly flew into a rage, trembling with cold fury. If it weren't for the interference of the island nation's gods, they could have easily let Roy take them back to the mortal realm. They had been careless; they hadn't even considered this possibility.

Roy noticed that when Chaos recited those great achievements, there wasn't much surprise on his face, but rather... the joy of sharing with others? "Why do you know so much about me?" Roy stared intently at Chaos, trying to find some clue.

"Because I'm your fan!"

Chaos readily admitted, "I've been watching you, longer than you think."

Roy frowned, about to press for more information.

Chaos, however, gave Roy no chance, saying, "Roy, once you complete the next three world-class feats, you can return to the lower realm with Loki and Freya. Are you ready to face the challenge?"

"The tenth world-class feat: I want you to seize the belt of the Amazonian Empress, Ivelda!"

"The eleventh world-class feat: you must forge a true divine weapon, to be accomplished by yourself alone!"

"The twelfth world-class feat: we require you to once again travel to the Underworld, subdue Cerberus, the guardian of the Underworld, and bring him to the mortal realm!"

Chaos's booming voice exploded in Roy's ears like thunder, causing his heart to pound faster as if it were about to leap out of his chest, his blood surging.

Roy was breathing heavily, and as he listened to Chaos's voice, he seemed to sense something in the depths of his being.
