Wizard: I am a goblin
Chapter 216 Dream Wedding
Chapter 216 Dream Wedding
"Gebu, you're back in your hometown getting married!"
Snapped!Snapped!Snapped!
Fireworks exploded in mid-air, confetti flew everywhere, and the goblins joyfully surrounded the groom, lifting Gebu into the air and walking forward with his feet still on the ground.
"Hey! Hey! Who's getting married?! Put me down! Where are you touching?!"
Geb struggled in the air, but the goblins had too many hands and he couldn't get away. He was carried in mid-air to the center of the camp.
"Come, come, gentlemen, and goblins! Today is the joyous day of Gebu, our Broken Tooth Tribe scout! May Magnubiye bless him! Let's all join in the festivities!"
Despite his initial displeasure, he shouted to the crowd. Beside him, the seemingly innocent-looking but actually wicked man and the seemingly wise but actually clueless man both clapped for Gebu.
Overjoyed, red flags waved, and thunderous applause resounded.
Gebu, standing in the center of the crowd, was completely bewildered. His fellow tribesmen from the Broken Tooth tribe looked so familiar, yet he couldn't recall a single name. Just as he was feeling lost, the tent in the center of the camp suddenly burst open!
A familiar figure emerged from the tent, his old face etched with deep wrinkles.
"Ah!!! Geshi! You're so lucky!!"
"Are you crazy?! Let me go! I don't want to get married!"
Upon hearing that he didn't want to get married, the entire camp fell into a deathly silence, and the scattered confetti landed forlornly on the old shaman's nose.
"Ah, ouch!!"
The old shaman wiped his nose and said seriously, "You actually said you don't want to get married? Do you know how rare it is for a goblin to get a wife? We other goblins are forced to reproduce asexually!!!"
After saying this, the old shaman burst into tears of grief and indignation, and the other goblins also seemed to have thought of something sad, and they all wept uncontrollably.
"Come on, you brainless idiot, show this ungrateful little beast, Geb, how we bachelor goblins reproduce."
Gebu stared blankly as Tongtong walked out from the crowd, stabbed himself in the stomach with a dagger, and then cleaved himself in two.
These two halves turned into two pink lumps of flesh, wriggling and shaping on the ground, and then gave birth to a pair of pink little goblins.
"Poke! Poke!"
"Stab him to death!"
The two little goblins chattered away.
What is this mitosis?!
The old shaman, with tears streaming down his face, accused, "They've already offered you a girl, and you don't cherish her—you're ruining the goblin biodiversity, it's a capital offense!"
"I—I—"
"What do you mean, 'you'? You think you're so great just because you know a little magic? Let me tell you, Magnubier is above, you're going to have to go today whether you like it or not. We'll pull down your pants and help you—wait, guards, take the young master to the bridal chamber!"
"Alright!"
Several strong arms quickly lifted the goblin, and Geb was once again lifted off the ground, screaming as he was carried into the old shaman's tent.
The bright red curtain slid across Geb's face and enveloped the goblin's head. He struggled for a long time but could not break free and was about to suffocate.
"Help—help me!"
The goblin felt himself being put down and quickly waved the red cloth in front of him. He gasped for breath, saw stars, and almost fainted.
"Magnubier's ass—it's killing me! What's going on—what's going on?"
Geb froze. The surrounding scenery vanished instantly, leaving only a short woman sitting on the bed—she wore a white, fitted dress, her face veiled, with pointed ears peeking out from either side of the veil. Judging from the silhouette, was she also a goblin?
This was the first time Gebu had ever seen a female goblin. All the goblins in the Broken Tooth tribe were male—something Gebu had never found strange.
That said, where do those little goblins come from? Surely they can't actually be born from mitosis.
Gebu only remembered that every spring, the old shaman would bring in a group of lively goblin cubs. No one ever asked where these cubs came from or if they had a mother. Everyone simply accepted this fact as commonplace.
However, in Gebu's subconscious, there was a mother figure. He still remembered the warm corner inside her blanket, hidden in the folds formed by his mother's thighs, comfortable and safe.
The female goblin in front of him beckoned to Geb. Behind her veil, her expression was unfathomable, yet Geb felt a strange sense of familiarity with her. He walked forward as if possessed, following the "bride's" instructions, and laid his head on her lap.
The female goblin reached out and gently placed her hand on Geb's cheek. Her hand was cold and comforting, quickly calming the goblin's throbbing head.
The goblin's skin was pure white, almost shimmering, like pearls sparkling in the cool moonlight.
"Chosen goblins, do you still remember the ivory tower that stood in that distant time and space?"
Geb tried to recall what the woman had said, but his mind went blank.
"I'm sorry, I don't remember."
"Is that so? It seems time has been unkind to the goblin race," the man murmured. "It doesn't matter. As long as you are here, the glory of Goblinbia will eventually reappear in the world."
T
"What is this 'Goblin' you're talking about?"
"It's not a thing, it's a place." The albino goblin seemed to laugh, and a gentle breeze, seemingly from nowhere, swept by, lifting her veil. "It was once our goblin homeland, the promised land bestowed upon us by the gods—but we were betrayed, and then driven out of that place. From then on, goblins were burdened with the fate of being forced to leave their homeland, and finally, they degenerated into primitive savages."
It was a kind and aged face, with pure white eyes that revealed a profound and compassionate emotion. She didn't look like a bride, but more like a grandmother, wise and kind.
Albino Goblin Granny, Granny White — why do I feel like I've heard this name somewhere before?
The chosen goblin—was that me?
Gebu wanted to continue asking, but under the woman's caresses, an overwhelming drowsiness swept over him, and he finally gave up resisting, burying his head comfortably in the woman's embrace, and drifting off to sleep in that gentle embrace.
Gentle — soft.
So soft, just like cotton!
So smooth————
good----
Gebu slowly lifted his eyelids in his sleep. Half-asleep, he saw a vast expanse of white before him. He touched it; it was soft and supple, like a young girl's...
Wait a minute, snow-white, soft—
"Ugh————"
A strand of black hair brushed past Gebu's nose, causing his heart to skip a beat. When he looked up, he saw only a pair of gray-blue eyes looking at him innocently.
Something terrible has happened!!!
A sharp scream pierced the night sky over Port Queen!
