Chapter 875 Ultron's Unexpected Journey

Chapter 875 Ultron's Unexpected Strike

If Ultron had feelings, he would probably be very frustrated, because three unexpected situations have occurred in a row. The first was the appearance of the Sentinels. Ultron never expected the Sentinels to suddenly awaken and have such unbeatable fighting power. They dismantled all the Pillars of Ultron with almost no effort. What was originally intended to suppress humanity, carry out large-scale modifications, and force the Avengers to choose between two options has suddenly become "I thought those were speed bumps."

The second is Vision, who, strictly speaking, has truly become human. This was something Ultron never expected. Originally, according to calculations, his misguided guidance of Avengers Ultron would lead to Avengers Ultron limiting himself and becoming merely an artificial intelligence with a bionic host.

However, the situation undoubtedly exceeded Ultron's expectations. Nick Fury successfully created Vision using a box of cassette tapes, a "human" that Ultron could not actively attack but could influence.

In fact, these two things alone were enough to bring Ultron's Gospel Project to a standstill, but without a doubt, the divine will felt that this was not tough enough, so a third unexpected event occurred: the Sky Sword Bureau crash-landed in the Moon's Blue Zone, where the Inhumans lived.

Right now, Ultron is fighting against the Inhumans, a race with a total population of only four thousand but each member possessing unique skills. Leading the charge is Black Bolt, the Inhuman leader whose abilities can be described as simple and brutal. He can unleash devastating sonic waves to destroy enemies simply by opening his mouth. The terrifying sonic boom that the Avengers just heard was caused by him, and it is still continuing.

As the Avengers raced toward the distant space city, a cloud of mist suddenly appeared before them. Then, Janet the Bumblebee appeared on a giant Shar Pei with a tuning fork stuck in its head.

"Hank!"

Upon seeing Ant-Man, Janet pounced on him. Hank, however, didn't have time to catch up with the Wasp: "How are you, Jane? Are you hurt?"

"Oh, no, Thor arrived just in time. We quickly found the Inhumans in this place. After Ultron discovered them, he naturally planned to turn them into some kind of cyborgs as well, so we fought Ultron together with them."

Janet laughed and explained what had happened: "Right now, Thor, the S.W.O.R.D. employees, and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents are helping the Inhumans fight Ultron. The Inhumans discovered a bunch of heat sources inside S.W.O.R.D., and I guessed it was you guys, so I brought Tetanus to find you. Oh, Tetanus is this dog's name; its ability is mass teleportation."

"A teleporting dog—I feel offended."

Iliana scratched her head. This Shar Pei with tetanus was really a bit out of place with her. "How about I go back and let this dog take you guys?"

Peter glanced at Iliana: "Actually, the Guardians of the Galaxy also have a dog, and its ability is telepathy. If that makes you feel any better."

"Uh... thank you, please lead the way."

Iliana nodded, but then Peter seemed to remember something and moved closer to Logan and the others: "I have something to tell you. According to intelligence from other universes, the Terrigen Mist that activates Inhuman abilities is lethal to mutants who have activated their abilities. You need to be careful."

Logan glanced at Peter: "Why didn't you say something this important sooner?"

"Because we weren't sure if the Inhumans actually existed, if I told you beforehand, wouldn't that just make you go looking for them on your own?"

Peter and the Avengers' attitude towards the Inhumans is very clear: if they don't show up, they'll pretend they don't exist. The Inhumans don't intend to have anything to do with Earthlings, and neither do Earthlings.

But now they have been forced to expose themselves to Earthlings, so Earth has no choice but to take countermeasures.

Hank didn't rush off with Janet; he asked a crucial question: "Wait, how's Mar-Vell?"

"Um, he's a good guy."

Janet didn't immediately understand Hanko's meaning, but she quickly realized: "Oh, you mean that? The Inhumans and Mar-Vell both said they'd wait until after the war to talk about it, and not worry about the Kree and the Inhumans for now."

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief; at least they were all more rational.

"Then let this tetanus—take us there."

The little wasp laughed and patted Tetanus's head. Then Tetanus shouted and led everyone to the interior of the distant city. He then ran towards a girl with short chestnut hair. The girl squatted down, touched Tetanus's head, and then stood up and walked towards the group.

"Greetings, everyone. I am Crystalia Amarquelin, Princess of Attila. You may call me Crystal, which is also my code name. We have already heard about you from Lady Janet and Thor. They say you are friends and valiant warriors."

"We're just here to help."

The captain stepped forward and explained his purpose. Crystal simply nodded after listening: "Very good, we need your help now. Everyone, please follow me. My brother is waiting for you up ahead."

The Avengers exchanged glances and followed, many of them observing the structure of the space city as they walked.

Gwen, quite pleased with herself, trotted over to Peter and asked curiously, "So, are they moon people?"

"No, they are just humans who live on the moon, who immigrated here hundreds of years ago."

Peter answered quietly, while the captain at the front was still chatting with Crystal about news from S.W.O.R.D. members. Crystal had told them that S.H.I.E.L.D. had already sent a small team to S.W.O.R.D. to help them fight Ultron.

It was precisely because of this small team that the Sky Sword Bureau was able to escape unscathed and avoid being modified by Ultron's nanobots.

This squad was Coulson's bus squad, along with Venom agent Lightning Thompson, who was brought along along the way.

"And then there's our enemy. Miss Janet says he's your old enemy, and I hope you have a way to deal with that immortal foe."

An old rival? An undying enemy? Who are they talking about?

Janet could only laugh awkwardly and point to the sky: "That thing is still floating up there, you can look up and take a look."

Then everyone looked up and saw Kang, who had been transformed into a half-Ultron, and his purple chair.
