Chapter 1016 The Ultimate Numerical Domination Mechanism

Chapter 1016 The Ultimate Numerical Domination Mechanism

The Black-Clad Emperor is the embodiment of the Living Abyss and a representative of the anti-transcendent realm.

When Peter Parker, who came from another world and became the Black Emperor, appeared before Doom, Doom remained silent and aloof, merely coldly observing the strange combination of the Black Emperor and Captain Universe. And it's quite odd, considering only their potential strength, Captain Universe doesn't seem as powerful as the Black Emperor, yet the two are practically arch-enemies.

This is similar to how the Transcendent Realm and the Living Abyss are opposing forces, but the Black Emperor's strength is severely disproportionate to that of the Transcendent.

Doom silently tried to erase the existence of the Black Emperor, but he couldn't. The other party was like a lump of viscous asphalt. The power of the Beyonder was not entirely useless to him, but it was incredibly stiff to operate.

"In other words—"

After Doom finished sensing the situation, he looked at the black-clad Emperor Spider-Man in front of him. He saw that the starry sky behind the other man was falling into a deep darkness. Countless planets, life, and will of Earth 61610 were being covered by the symbiote and becoming part of the black-clad Emperor, plunging Doom into an even deeper darkness.

The plan was to gradually render Doom immobile, then use the Phoenix Force and the Infinity Gauntlet to continue beating him. Upon sensing this power, Doom didn't waste any words and charged directly at the Black Emperor.

Peter stepped between the two, and Captain Universe granted Peter a speed that exceeded the speed of light. He almost went against time to stop Doom, while Doom did not seem to have any intention of using his omniscience and omnipotence to exceed the speed of light.

But he still slapped Peter away on the way.

Peter was completely unaware of what was happening to him, or even that he was smashing through planet after planet. It wasn't until he crashed into a star that he finally stopped, took a deep breath, and had no idea where he was in the universe.

"I was going to say something introductory, but it seems Doom isn't going to give me that chance at all—though I don't think he has any murderous intent."

While Peter pondered this question, he quickly retraced his steps. Meanwhile, Doom turned to the Black Emperor Spider-Man and asked the same question he'd asked countless times: "I don't think we need to fight."

"It seems that the child was right; you are indeed not omniscient or omnipotent. Even if you know why people rebel against you, you cannot understand why they would rebel against you when you have arranged the best outcome for the whole world."

The Black Emperor didn't engage in Peter Parker's usual rambling. He simply drew a longsword formed from symbiotes and looked at Doom before him: "For me, the reason to eliminate you is very simple. The Black Emperor is destined to end the entire multiverse. Your existence will bring about the collapse of this system. Your existence—no, the very existence of an Beyonder within the multiverse—is illogical."

"Your so-called order is completely irrelevant!"

Doom, puzzled, asked the black-clad emperor, "I will create a perfect world for every person of value; you have no need for it—"

"First, what defines a valuable person?! Who decides that?!"

Peter, who had seemingly traveled countless light-years back, kicked Doom in the face. Despite this, Doom remained motionless, not even glancing at Peter. Peter then delivered a roundhouse kick to Doom's head: "Secondly, valuable wishes are granted, but what about those worthless ones? Your plan is even less impressive than some Ultron I know, Doom."

"Third, do people really need an omnipotent god in their minds?"

After saying the third point, Peter's leg was grabbed by Doom, who threw him aside. Then, Doom summoned several stars from the void to collide with each other. After the huge energy impact, they devoured each other intensely. These colliding stars surpassed the original evolution that would take tens of thousands of years and directly became a black hole to devour everything around them.

Fortunately, Captain Universe's speed exceeds the speed of light, which is why Peter was able to escape unharmed.

He looked behind him, then at Doom, and shook his head.

Doom ignored Peter and looked at the black-clad emperor: "And you? Don't you intend to undo your past?"

I saw it all.

"I take full responsibility for my past. If you are truly omniscient and omnipotent, why can't you see what we're plotting?"

Doom fell silent briefly, then suddenly moved. Peter tried to follow, but couldn't catch up. The Black Emperor reacted even faster, his sword nearly striking Doom, but Doom dodged. Or rather, at the moment Doom was struck...

In an instant, he erased his own existence and then placed his hands on the face of the black-clad Emperor Spider-Man.

Endless darkness eroded Doom's hands. Doom could feel himself being slowly separated from the power of the Beyonder. If this power was strong enough and given enough time, it might really be able to severely injure him.

Peter, standing behind Doom, witnessed this and was about to step forward to stop him. However, at that moment, time seemed to stand still. Then, Doom, who had been holding the face of the Black Emperor Spider-Man, tore his hands apart. First, the Living Abyss covering his face was ripped away, revealing the young face of Peter Parker. But unlike our protagonist, the Black Emperor had weathered eyes.

He looked at Doom with those cold eyes.

Immediately afterwards, Doom went all out and ripped the black-clad Spider-Man in two with a powerful pull, leaving no blood. The Living Abyss on his body also ceased to move as if dead.

A deathly silence fell over the surroundings. Peter, who was rushing over, stopped in his tracks and watched as Doom killed his counterpart, whom even he himself considered incredibly powerful.

Doom, in silence, let out a long sigh for some unknown reason.

"I want an answer, Spider-Man. I need an answer."

At that moment, Peter didn't know whether the person in front of him was the Beyonder, Doom, or both.

"Why do you rebel against me? Why do you think the perfect world Doom created for you is worthless! Doom!"

"To bring peace, tranquility, and prosperity to the entire multiverse! Doom needs no honor or remembrance!"

"Why are you all opposing all of this!"
