The villainous magical girl's daily mission is to find fault.

[Mission: Meng Donghua's Special Training]

[Special training was conducted on Meng Donghua to enhance her all-around abilities. 0/1]

[Bonus Objective: Make Yume Donghua last at least five minutes in a battle against a Hyacinth at full power]

A prominent task was listed on the Secret Codex task page.

Su Tianqing, who had just finished directing her familiars to edit a video on FOXCRAFT, almost wanted to close her eyes and faint on the spot when she saw this task.

Since obtaining the secret manual, this fox has undertaken many seemingly impossible tasks—including but not limited to risking his life to fight astral behemoths head-on, jumping into dangerous mental worlds to participate in investigations, and even drifting in the torrent of time. No matter how difficult the task was, he used all his skills to complete it successfully.

But this special training is something that I, the fox, can't just accomplish by giving full play to her initiative. Doesn't it all depend on Meng Donghua's own training status? Do you think this is some kind of RPG raising video game where you can spend materials to instantly max out the attributes of a new character you get?

And then there's that final "extra objective"—fighting a hyacinth at full power for five minutes??

What does this mean... The Shining Star state has only appeared twice so far, and each time it has been used as everyone's trump card. Moreover, it can kill the giant monster whose defense has been broken with one strike each time. It is extremely efficient and has maintained a 100% win rate so far.

【Full Power】On Hyacinth can only be used in this state. Secret Codex, do you mean you want this fox to train a newcomer who has just entered the industry into an existence more robust than Garuda, a celestial behemoth, in a month?

You better give me a reasonable explanation, little rascal, or I'll just pretend this mission doesn't exist.

Su Tianqing lowered her gaze to the rewards page below the task bar.

Wow, the reward is only a short line.

Not only do you make me, the fox, go through all the trouble of training newbies, but you also don't give me any Divine Stones as an incentive. Little broken book, how come you're becoming more and more like a heartless boss? If this continues, it will reduce my enthusiasm.

While finding amusement in the act itself can be quite enjoyable, the more rewards the better, so at least a couple of lines should be filled with ancient divine stones or similar currencies—

[Reward: Heartmoon Wand Enhancement: EX-1, Unlocks customization of the Pseudo-Beast]

"Snapped!"

The golden fox closed the secret book in her hands, carefully placed it into the magic space, and instructed her familiars to wipe the cover and pages clean and spotless before respectfully placing it in the most conspicuous position on the bookshelf in the magic space.

I burned incense and prayed, bathed and changed clothes, and carefully tidied myself up.

All the complaints I just made were a misunderstanding. Any grievances are my own personal issues and have absolutely nothing to do with the mission of the Secret Manual. I will definitely complete this special training mission successfully.

.

To be fair, while the rewards are tempting, the effectiveness of the special training in such a short time ultimately depends on Meng Donghua's own initiative.

Su Tianqing thought to herself.

When Meng Donghua came to Rongcheng last time, she received special training. At that time, she learned basic magic usage with Shuo Ye, who had just debuted. However, that training was really very basic. In total, she only practiced a few everyday spells.

This time, the requirements of the secret manual are clearly stated as "comprehensive ability enhancement," which means that—

Looking at the evaluation form on the table, given by a senior member of the villain team, Su Tianqing couldn't help but scratch her head in frustration.

"This foundation is really terrible," the golden fox muttered to itself.

His magical abilities are almost non-existent; aside from basic flight and emergency protection magic, he only has invisibility magic.

Melee combat... well, it's not really that good. He can't even beat Little Jack, let alone Alice following behind him in a real fight.

The only advantage she has is her magical power, but Meng Donghua is a registered person with the endorsement of the Stargazers and the support of a legitimate Star God, so it's not a significant advantage.

Previous basic teaching was far from enough, and pure combat training was not very realistic. We needed a means to quickly improve our skills.

...Or, I could secretly slip a few familiars into her body. If she can't win, I can just grab a Foxy Magical gadget from the familiar and give the opponent a hard CC.

Or perhaps we could abandon the previous thinking, bring the two bunny sisters back together and teach them step by step, turning Meng Donghua into the second generation of Cheshire Bunny?

"In short, let's train her step by step. How well she can improve depends entirely on her own efforts."

The golden-haired fox girl sighed and stopped thinking about those strange ideas that were hardly suitable for serving.

"Click".

Not far away, the door to the newly renovated room opened, and Qiu Baiyang walked out while stretching, followed by the bunny girl Meng Donghua, who looked deep in thought.

Su Tianqing watched as Qiu Baiyang walked to the sofa in front of her and sat down, then glanced at Meng Donghua, who was at her desk flipping through her notes and deep in thought. She quickly leaned forward and asked impatiently:

"Miss Qiu Baiyang, how did the lesson go?"

"Um……"

The veteran senior didn't answer immediately. He made a deep sound in his throat, and after a moment's consideration, he said:

"Meng Donghua's foundation is indeed a bit weaker than others. After all, she was temporarily recruited during the Magic Storm, so she needs to strengthen her training."

Su Tianqing finally understood the meaning behind Qiu Baiyang's words.

High emotional intelligence: The foundation is relatively weak and needs more practice.

Low emotional intelligence: You should probably find someone else who's better.

Of course, there was no other way but to find someone more capable. Su Tianqing couldn't find anyone more capable than Qiu Baiyang. She was the most suitable person in the entire Chixue Squad.

We can't really ask Inari to teach us, or have Meng Donghua find the albatross who just returned to the hobby? I think her teaching abilities would only result in one scenario:

[Albatross: I think Miss Meng Donghua, you should do this first, then this, and then think it over carefully and it will be fine.]

【Meng Donghua: ???】

Sigh, he's clearly a very capable senior, able to achieve the cycle of death all by himself, so why is he so unreliable in this aspect? Life is tough, sigh.

"There's one more thing; the Hero Association asked me to pass on their message."

Qiu Baiyang suddenly changed the subject, took out an envelope with the association's mark from his pocket, and gently pushed it in front of Su Tianqing.

Filled with curiosity, Su Tianqing opened the envelope and looked at the exquisite white postcard with black border inside. There were a few short lines of text on it, but the meaning made her want to read it several times.

"Hello Miss Xinyuehu, the association's newly finalized large-scale training program is about to begin. We need your participation to provide training content. If you are interested in participating, the association will offer generous compensation..."

"What does the Hero Association's large-scale training camp have to do with me, a villain?" Su Tianqing asked a thought-provoking question.

Qiu Baiyang remained silent, his eyes calm, and gestured for Su Tianqing to turn the postcard over and take a look.

The back is printed with the black background commonly used by the Hero Association, but instead of the gold trim that S-class heroes can use, it has a deep sea blue pattern.

A familiar code name was tucked away in the corner: [Barbarossa].

[Task Refresh]

The familiars, who were meticulously cleaning the pages of the secret book, sent this message.

[Event Mission: The Hero Association's Commission]

[Assisted in completing large-scale training camp, 0/1]

It's a conspiracy! The Secret Manual is definitely involved in something shady!
