Doctor Strange is a more suitable candidate to help Asgard. His magic can counter Loki's illusions, Hela's death magic, or the dark magic of the Ten Realms Alliance. If they were truly that powerful, why would Red Skull go to such lengths to unite all the villains? Wouldn't it be better to just take over the world?

Mr. Reed, who knew a little about this, told Rune, "The biggest driver of this bill is the United States. China and Russia voted against it, while Japan, Britain, and some small African countries voted in favor."

Rune nodded.

He knew it. The other side of the ocean already had corresponding superhuman management measures. The reason he voted against it was probably because he felt that the US's approach would definitely cause chaos.

Rune didn't know why Russia voted against it. After all, the current leaders in Russia are mostly from the Red House, and they'd love for things to get chaotic in the US.

Rune pointed at the Punisher: "I don't know if you will be disappointed with the entire American society after you have been asleep for so many years, but I know that the Punisher must be utterly disappointed with the American government."

The Punisher, wearing a black T-shirt with a skull on the chest, had a smirk on his face, revealing a displeased expression. He had been beaten up by Captain America during the last Civil War, so although he still trusted Captain America's character and integrity, the Punisher simply couldn't bring himself to be friendly towards him.

"This man has done nothing to betray the government; in fact, he has done countless favors for those shameless high-ranking officials."

But because he discovered during one operation that some high-ranking military officials were using the bodies of fallen soldiers to buy drugs, he was ordered to be silenced. Frank hadn't even considered exposing them. "Frank, can you tell us who died in that gunfight?" Rune grinned.

"My wife, and my two children." Frank's muscles tensed, he gritted his teeth, making a groaning sound, and revealed his scars to countless heroes.

"And Wolverine, can you tell me what the US government did to you?" Rune then looked at Logan.

Logan looked at Rune, his eyes blazing with fury: "They injected adamantium into me and erased my memories, trying to turn me into a pure killing machine."

Rune wasn't finished. He looked at the exhausted X-Men behind Logan and asked, "Who initiated Project Sentinel?"

He then looked directly at Captain America: "Can you answer my question, Steve Rogers? And who is it that's wanted by the government for opposing the superhero registration bill?"

After waiting for a while, Rune looked coldly at the silent Captain America and said, "I have a question for you, Steve."

"Do you love the American people, or the American system? Tell me, Steve!" Rune shouted. "Do you love the poor, exploited people at the bottom of society, or the high-ranking officials discussing how to divide up the new pie in Hydra's hands? Answer me!"

"Enough!" Steve yelled, but then he sat down limply.

Captain America knows everything, he just doesn't say it. When he first awoke from the ice, and every morning thereafter, he was filled with doubt: I am indeed maintaining stability in America, but is it right or wrong? When he walks down the street and sees people using drugs and begging, he always questions the so-called American Dream.

"If only I had died together with Red Skull." Steve thought to himself every day.

"I know you're tired, you might doubt the American Dream, you might doubt your own ideals, but there are a few books that can tell you the answers," Rune said softly. He reached into a portal and pulled out several books, the top one with a strikingly bright red cover.

Rune placed the books down and sealed off the space around Captain America, giving him a sufficiently quiet environment. He believed that after reading the books, Captain America would understand why, even though America had become the most powerful nation...

The richest country, yet the people at the bottom of society remain so poor.

Although he's called Captain America, his character wouldn't allow him to ignore the injustices in America. Steve simply lacked access to those books. Some people have been monitoring everything he does, even his phone. Those power-hungry individuals can't accept Captain America becoming "red" because, through their own propaganda, Captain America has long since become a symbol—a symbol of America.
