Transmigrating into Murong Fu, may you have many children and much happiness.

Chapter 63 Everyone bids farewell, Zhong Ling falls into the water.

Murong Fu granted Zhong Ling's request and took her to the lakeside outside Canhe Village.

The scenery here is beautiful and the air is bright and open. He used to fly kites here.

Seeing that Zhong Ling had already started pulling the kite string, Murong Fu asked:

"Little Zhong Ling, why did you suddenly want to fly a kite?"

Zhong Ling had just pulled the kite into the air when she turned around and smiled sweetly, saying:

"I heard from my sister Abi that you can fly up to the sky on a kite string."

It's not that I don't believe it, I just want to see for myself.

Murong Fu patted Zhong Ling's head and said affectionately:

"You dragged me here so early in the morning just for this? How old are you, acting like a child?"

Zhong Ling pouted and said:

"I'm not a little kid anymore!"

I'll be 18 in a month, and my mom keeps saying I'm getting old and spinsters.

Murong Fu affectionately pinched Zhong Ling's nose and said, "18 is the beginning of a woman's most beautiful years. How come you've become an old maid?"

Don't listen to your mother's nonsense.

Tell your brother-in-law what Abi said about me.

Abi whispered, "They are really amazing, but how would I know if I've never seen them?!"

Murong Fu smiled slightly, using the "Fragrance of the Moonlit Night" technique to support his weight, and leisurely floated towards the taut kite string. He then turned to look at Zhong Ling and said, "Is that so?"

Zhong Ling's eyes widened when she saw this.

She knew her brother-in-law was very capable, but she hadn't expected him to go to this extent. After a moment of stunned silence, she continued:

"Abi said you soared into the air like an immortal, and I thought she was just bragging, but who knew... my brother-in-law really is that amazing!"

Murong Fu smiled slightly and continued:

"Want to learn, little Zhong Ling?"

I want to learn from my brother-in-law and teach you.

He walked with the ease of a stroll in a courtyard, yet each step propelled him half a zhang (approximately 3.3 meters) into the air, and in a short while, he reached the top of the kite.

After waving to Zhong Ling, he slowly landed and said:

"My lightness skill is called 'Treading the Moon and Leaving Fragrance'. If you master it, you can walk up to the moon. If you want to learn it, I can give you some pointers whenever I have time each day."

Murong Fu never kept his martial arts secrets to himself, and he had no prejudice against any particular sect or faction in the martial arts world.

He felt that the more people around him who knew martial arts, and the more skilled they were, the more convenient it would be for them to do things for him, and he would be spared a lot of trouble.

Therefore, he would teach advanced martial arts such as the Lesser Formless Skill to the people around him before, and he even planned to find an opportunity to pass on the Nine Yang Manual to his retainers later.

Murong Fu believed that with great power comes great responsibility.

The more capable the person who does things for you is, the lighter the burden on your shoulders will be.

-----------------

Several days later, Kumārajīva had mastered the "Small Formless Skill".

Because he wanted to go to Shaolin Temple to steal the 72 Shaolin skills, he proposed to leave Yanziwu and bid farewell to Murong Fu today.

All good things must come to an end.

I have been a great disturbance at your esteemed residence for many days, and I am deeply grateful for the divine skills you have imparted to me.

However, I have urgent business to attend to, so I must take my leave now. I hope you and your family are well.

Kumārajīva clasped his hands in a gesture of respect, and Murong Fu returned the gesture, saying:

"The green hills remain unchanged, and the clear waters flow on forever."

If you have the time, Master, I hope you will visit Yanziwu again. I also hope to travel to Tibet someday to pay homage to your esteemed temple.

Another question I have: As a Nyingma master, have you ever heard of the "Dragon Elephant Prajna Practice"?

Kumārajīva was taken aback upon hearing this, and said:

"This humble monk has been foolish for many years, but I have indeed heard of it."

This is a secret technique of the Kagyu school, which requires decades of arduous practice to achieve even a minor level of mastery. It has thirteen levels in total, but it is said that the highest level in the Kagyu school is only seven or eight, and it is used to train monk soldiers.

Compared to exquisite martial arts techniques, it is truly clumsy.

It turns out that Tibetan Buddhism's Tantric tradition mainly consists of four major schools: Nyingma, Sakya, Kagyu, and Gelug.

It is commonly referred to as: Red Sect, Flower Sect, White Sect, and Yellow Sect.

As the Dharma King of the Red Sect, Kumārajīva was well-versed in the supreme martial art "Flame Blade". Confident in his exceptional talent, he looked down on the White Sect's "Dragon Elephant Prajna Skill", a time-consuming and "clumsy" technique.

"Master is absolutely right. With our talents, we certainly don't need it. But if I have any children who are not very talented... then we will need to use this skill to build a foundation and at least strengthen their bodies."

"Parents who love their children plan far ahead for them; I admire and am moved by this."

It's just that the Kagyu school and my Nyingma school...

Murong Fu raised his hand to stop talking, took out a handwritten copy, and said:

"Master, this is also the supreme martial art of my Shaolin Temple, the leading institution in Central China, the 'Yi Jin Jing'. If we were to offer this scripture as a token of our gratitude, what would you say?"

When Kumārajīva saw this handwritten scroll, which was entirely written in Sanskrit, he suddenly remembered that Murong Fu had recently been asking him for Sanskrit lessons, accompanied by his wife Wang Yuyan.

He was amazed to find that the woman's learning talent was no less than his own; he had been marveling at it, only to discover that she was studying this scripture!

Kumārajīva, barely suppressing his elation, said, "Since Young Master Murong is so considerate of the child, this humble monk is unwilling to be the villain. Shall we exchange scriptures after this humble monk has acquired the divine skill?"

Murong Fu waved his hand and said, "No need for that. I trust the master's character. You can take it and study it first."

Kumārajīva was overjoyed. He thought of how Murong Fu had been willing to exchange martial arts techniques with him, and even the divine skill "Xiao Wuxiang Gong". His goodwill towards Murong Fu increased greatly.

Little did they know that they had stepped into Murong Fu's trap step by step.

The two then took their leave.

After Kumārajīva sailed out of Swallow's Nest, he took out a scripture from his robes, read it briefly, and realized that it was the original text and indeed the supreme mental cultivation method. He couldn't help but begin practicing it on the way.

......

Two days later, Duan Zhengchun was also about to leave with his several female confidantes.

For some reason, Li Qingluo also wanted to take Granny Ping and Granny Rui with her to Dali, saying that she wanted to visit her old residence in Dali.

But how could Murong Fu not know what the other party was thinking? However, he couldn't control Li Qingluo. He had promised to send Duan Zhengchun to her when he proposed marriage, and he had done so. Li Qingluo was willing to pursue her own happiness, so he let them be.

With Duan Zhengchun nearby, Gan Baobao and the others couldn't take care of their daughters anymore. Zhong Ling and Mu Wanqing also didn't want to see their old age blossoming again, so they naturally stayed at Yanziwu.

As for Duan Yu, he suffered the greatest blow of his life and was already haggard. Although he looked back every few steps when boarding the ship, he still followed his father away.

On the same day, Qiao Feng also departed with the Eighteen Riders of Yanyun.

Before he left, Murong Fu told him that if he ever encountered any danger, he should come to Yanziwu to find him. He told him not to pay any attention to the rumors circulating in the martial arts world that Qiao Feng had killed someone or some sect.

Qiao Feng nodded. He had also made up his mind not to get involved in the affairs of the Central Plains martial arts world anymore. Perhaps it was because he was unable to kill the old monk Xuanci and avenge his parents that he was running away from the situation.

After everyone left, the village became much quieter.

Murong Fu's life remained as leisurely as ever.

Even today, while trying to fly a kite, Zhong Ling accidentally fell into the lake...
