I'm a Master in India
Chapter 125 Eye-Opening
Ron and his group, led by Hela, walked up the wide staircase to the second floor.
Thick carpets, massive teak newel posts and handrails absorbed the sound of their footsteps.
The walls were adorned with framed photos and paintings, all portraits.
As they passed the closed rooms, faint sounds of music and laughter could be heard.
Finally hearing some noise here, the few people simultaneously let out a sigh of relief.
"Is it always this quiet here?" Ron asked.
"Quiet?" Hela chuckled softly, "The palace's soundproofing is second to none in Mumbai; no matter how loud you shout, it will only sound like a whisper to those outside, barely audible."
She stopped in front of a certain room and turned the doorknob.
The moment the door opened, light and music rushed out in unison.
The quiet corridor was instantly filled with colorful lights and enticing singing.
Ron and Harry were momentarily stunned before they reacted and followed her into the room.
There was no one here, but the room seemed to have been prepared long ago.
Amidst the music, there was a woman's low murmur, and in this atmosphere, even the lighting became ambiguous.
Harry and the others kept wiping sweat, looking around restlessly.
Ron could even clearly see his Adam's apple bobbing up and down.
"Wow! This place is really..."
"The palace! It's too beautiful!"
Even though there wasn't a single girl present yet, they still praised it non-stop, talking over each other.
The carpet was red, and the drawn lace curtains covered the windows.
Hela sat down on the sofa composedly, seemingly waiting for something.
Soon, there was a knock on the door from outside; it was Labu.
He pushed the door open, gestured to Hela, and then waved his hand.
Servants brought cold drinks, wine, and fruit, filling the entire coffee table with various items.
However, Harry and the others' eyes never glanced at these.
Behind the servants was a line of foreign women with various charms, who attracted everyone's attention.
"Guests, please make yourselves at home," Labu's sharp laughter brought everyone back to their senses.
"Ron..." Harry's face was getting sweatier.
He was a bit impatient but also mindful of Hela's presence.
Hela snapped her fingers, and a blonde woman in a cream-colored dress stepped forward.
"What would the guest like to play?"
"Wh-what?" Harry stammered.
"How about target practice?" The blonde woman hugged Harry's arm, her other hand moving up and down his body.
"What is target practice?" Harry's voice trembled.
"Later, the guest will wear a blindfold..."
Hiss~ Ron got goosebumps listening; this was too wild.
"Let's play that! Let's play that!" Harry shrieked.
His colleagues behind him also clamored, and one person even wiped away tears from excitement.
"Actually, playing chairs is also good," the blonde woman was like a devil, determined to drag everyone into the abyss.
"One of our girls," she pointed to the girls behind her who were striking alluring poses, "will kneel on her hands and feet, and another girl will lie on top of her back-to-back, and then the two of them will be tied together..."
Damn it! Ron, this 'Sea King' (playboy), was utterly enlightened; this was a human chair.
"Anything! Anything! Quick! Let's start quickly!" Harry's hands were moving all over, his tone urgent.
They had forgotten Ron, and they had forgotten Hela.
In just two minutes, the girls' clothes were already disheveled.
Hela grabbed Ron's wrist and pointed to the next room, "I'm going there, what do you say?"
"Let's go," Ron got up and went out the door with her.
Once the door closed, the screams, laughter, and all sorts of decadent sounds completely disappeared.
The room next door was very small, with only a few cushions and sofas.
Tea was already brewed here, the timing perfect.
"Are you very reluctant?" Hela looked at him amusedly.
"It was an eye-opener.
From a man's perspective, the projects here at the palace are certainly arousing."
"But you still came over," she pouted, revealing a charming, smug smile.
"What else could I do? Go back now?" Ron spread his hands, "I can't just leave you here alone."
"Why? You know I'm very familiar with this place."
"That's different.
Who knows what could happen in a place like this? A lady shouldn't be left alone."
Hela smiled.
Her pink lips pursed into a perfect, flawless angle.
Then, while Ron's eyes were looking around, she quickly made her move and kissed him by surprise.
"Mmm~" Ron was stunned; this directness made him unable to resist.
Just as he was about to lose control of the rising heat, Hela retreated again.
"Hey, what was that?" Ron smacked his lips; her faint scent still lingered at his nose.
"Compensation for your loss," Hela sipped her tea leisurely, as if the scene just now was an illusion.
Ron could have stayed in that room, but he came out without hesitation; she was very happy.
"I have to say, that feeling was very intoxicating.
But Viraj..."
"Shut up! Don't mention that idiot!" Hela interrupted him, "You don't know what stupid things he did in Goa?"
"Oh? Tell me," Ron suddenly became interested; he was always keen on such gossip.
"You know, that guy rented a horse from a trainer, then went downstairs to the guesthouse I was staying in, and sang a serenade to my window."
"Wow, how romantic."
"Unfortunately, no," Hela disagreed bluntly, "That horse left a pile of dung on the path in front of the house, right when his serenade reached its climax.
Then many guests in the guesthouse were so angry they threw rotten food at Viraj."
Ron suddenly felt a little sorry for the guy, "And then? Did you see him?"
"I also threw things at him, more and more accurately," Hela giggled.
Alright, that's the fate of a simp.
But Ron still felt a bit awkward.
Viraj was his good friend, the very good kind.
And Hela was Viraj's goddess.
It felt a bit wrong that his brother's goddess, whom he was desperately pursuing, was easily taken advantage of when she came to him.
Ron didn't mind married women, but he still had some conscience.
"That Mrs. Elizabeth, is she here too?" He started to change the subject.
"She lives on the top floor.
Everything she needs is brought up to her; she never leaves her room.
Those two servants are responsible for bringing her food, clothing, and supplies.
There are secret passages and stairs in this building."
"That's too mysterious."
"She moves around the building through secret passages and isn't seen by anyone.
Did you know, these rooms all have one-way glass?
She can observe most rooms through these windows or metal vents."
"What!" Ron instinctively looked around, "She can see the room next door too?"
"She likes it that way.
She trains the girls by observing the guests' reactions.
That's why the attraction of the palace here is much greater than other red-light districts."
Hela's eyes were full of laughter, as if she was saying, this is why I didn't go further just now.
She didn't like being spied on while doing that.
Ron was numb; how perverse was this Mrs. Elizabeth?
Fortunately, there were no cameras now, otherwise, it would be full of pitfalls.
The people who come to the palace are either rich or powerful.
Many are high-ranking officials in the Indian government.
If their gossip news were exposed, the Indian newspapers would be lively.
"Don't worry," Hela comforted him, "Mrs. Elizabeth knows what to say and what not to say, otherwise, there would be no place for her in Mumbai."
The noise from next door became even louder, not even the soundproofing could block it.
Under the dim light, the atmosphere was silent for a moment... well, it was ambiguous.
Hela sat next to Ron, and the subtle, almost imperceptible touches made it hard not to overthink.
Especially in a place like the palace, Ron felt a bit thirsty.
He felt the temperature in the room was a little high.
Knock knock knock... An untimely knock sounded, and Harry poked his head in.
"Ron, this is so damn... uh... you guys aren't done yet?"
Hela chuckled softly, then got up from the sofa.
Ron also slowly stood up.
Damn it, his pants were tight!
"How was it? Didn't disappoint you, did it?" Ron asked.
"Of course! It was amazing! The palace is indeed a beautiful place!" Harry was still in the afterglow; tonight's experience would be etched in his memory forever.
"That's good.
When can my ship set sail?"
"Anytime!
As long as the goods you transport in the future are not Baba Sheep, Mumbai Port will be your backyard!"
"Next time you want to have some fun, just let me know," Ron patted his shoulder affectionately, "I'll cover the expenses."
"Wow, you really are my brother, Ron," Harry said, so moved he could barely speak.
"The commission from this time will be sent to you in a couple of days.
Go back and get a good night's sleep today."
"I understand," Harry looked at Ron and Hela ambiguously; he knew the man and woman hadn't had their fill yet.
Harry's cronies also came over to greet Ron, all of them overly friendly.
After seeing them off, Ron found Labu to settle the bill.
He didn't know what games Harry and the others played, but they spent over a hundred thousand rupees in one night.
"Dr. Suhr, Mrs. Elizabeth hopes to meet with you when you're free.
We won't disturb you tonight," Labu glanced at Hela, as if complimenting her taste.
"Thank you for the lady's hospitality," Ron's eyes subtly moved; sure enough, he was no longer an unknown nobody now.
Leaving the palace, the bustling noise of the street that rushed in was invigorating.
Although it was very quiet inside, he was now actually enjoying the unique hustle and bustle of Mumbai.
"Hela... Mmm..." Ron couldn't help but embrace the slender body in front of him.
After a long few seconds, Hela gently pushed his chest and stepped back a few paces.
"Why do you always like to ambush me?" Ron complained; he had just started to feel something.
"Tonight, the palace feels very different to me," she laughed, "I enjoyed it very much.
Good night."
Not far away, the taxi they came in was still there.
The driver was winking at Ron, as if blaming him for not pressing his advantage.
"I should be thanking you," Ron waved at her until she got into the taxi and disappeared into the night scene.
This can't go on.
He was about to sleep with almost every woman around him.
