Five years ago, I started writing novels because of my love, and here we are. In the past two years, I have become more and more tired.

I have been thinking about some things recently and gradually figured it out. I have always put too much psychological pressure on myself, resulting in a pessimistic and negative mood. Coupled with the pressure of work and daily updates, I started to suffer from insomnia and anxiety, and my temper became worse and worse.

Later, on the advice of my family and friends, I began to choose to relax and return to daily life. During the period when I was not writing books, I began to surf the Internet. I would exercise when I got home from get off work. In the evening, I would read novels, watch movies, catch up on TV series, and play games. Like most people, I lived a very ordinary life.

On the 6th, I either stayed at home and played games, or went shopping and watched movies with my best friends. To be honest, I really felt a lot happier.

(In the past, in order to pursue updates, I didn’t dare to go out for six days. I wrote at home. When my friends asked me to play, they usually refused. It was uncomfortable.)

I will continue to write this book, although the updates will not be as active as before, and I will not be able to update it twice every day.

Taking the time to create after work is used to enrich myself. Writing should not be my burden and job, but my hobby and pastime.
