How Am I Still Alive?

Well, I haven’t prepared anything, so I’ll just say something casually.

This book is my longest, no doubt about it. It took three years to write five million words. I have written everything that should and should not be written. It has almost reached my limit.

The original design only had the tenth level to end. But as I was writing, I ended up clearing out all the bosses, at least to give it a conclusion, which also resulted in the level being raised to the overly fantastic eleventh level.

Well, since we adopted a kingdom of gods design similar to DND, the gods were too huge and the battle became a fight between minions. It was very painful for us to write it and readers would probably find it boring. This is a lesson learned and we will not design it this way in the future.

As always, I would like to thank you all for your support. This book has a lot of problems. Thank you all for your understanding and support.

Finally, let’s talk about the new book. This was actually conceived much earlier than expected. People who are familiar with me know that I like to conceive of the world first and then start writing, so a book will be conceived very early.

I started this book in March last year and finished it at the beginning of September, but until today, I had nothing to write for the old book, so I finally started it. I am confident that I can write a longer book than this one, and it will be more interesting later on.

The new book is fantasy, which is the subject I am best at. Looking back, it is quite subtle. I started writing Western fantasy. The first book was Dragon Vein Mage, and my most successful one was also Lich. But in fact, it seems that I haven’t written fantasy for a long time. After all, this subject is sometimes too niche.

This time I return to the starting point, and my goal is to write something I like, and also to serve readers who have always liked this kind of thing. This can be regarded as the first long fantasy novel of the LichQueen, so I am quite looking forward to it.

Of course, while it’s fantasy, it’s also quite unconventional.
