"Of course!" Carl said excitedly, "I've always wanted to learn some medical knowledge.

Shanks nodded and started teaching Carl some medical knowledge. Carl was very bright and quickly learned some basic medical skills.

Carl immediately ran to the other end of the island, and he saw a group of pirates heading their way. He knew they had to act now or the consequences would be dire

"We must stop them!" Carl yelled, "They may endanger the people on this island.

"That's right!" his crew yelled in unison, "We'll fight with you!"

The two teams approached quickly, and the two sides started a fierce battle almost at the same time. Carl and his crew are agile, they use a variety of weapons and skills to stop the pirates from attacking.

The leader of the pirate group is a tall man, he holds a huge axe, and every swing carries amazing power. However, Carl and his crew are not afraid of his power. They work closely together and cooperate tacitly, trying to push the opponent to a corner.

The battle was extremely fierce, and neither side would give up easily. Carl felt his physical strength was draining, and he knew that he had to act more decisively, or they were likely to fail.

Carl thought quickly, and he decided to take a risky strategy. He challenged the leader of the pirates, trying to lure him away.

"You big guy, if you have the ability, come and fight with me!" Carl shouted...

The leader of the pirate group was enraged by Carl's provocation, he ran to Carl without hesitation, trying to cut off his head.

However, Carl was already prepared. He flexibly dodged the boss's attack, and then directly attacked his feet.

The sole of the leader's foot hurt, and he suddenly lost his balance and fell to the ground. Carl immediately seized the opportunity and launched a fatal blow to his neck.

"You've won," he whispered, "and we don't do anything against you anymore.

Carl and his crew put down their weapons and they successfully protected the people on the island. They left the island and continued their journey to the New World. .
