A couple of hours later, the three of them finally left the judicial court building with smiles on their faces.

"Your finally one of us!" Alice gave Michael a hug, feeling quite happy that she had finally become his mother.

"Yes, thanks so much gran" Michael scratched the back of his head, feeling quite embarrassed.

"You need not call me gran from now on, but instead mother or mom, okay?" Alice said as she started fixing his neck tie.

"Come on! Let's go eat something as a celebration for our son! Hahaha!" Tom laughed heartily with his hands on his waist.

"Bastards! Let me go!"

Suddenly, the three of them heard a woman yelling with anger, so they immediately turned towards the direction of where the voice is coming from and Michael saw a familiar face being harrassed by three men, while the other bystanders just watch from the sidelines helplessly as they could recognize who those men are.

"Hmm? Isn't she Amanda's friend?" Michael suddenly said unconsciously.

"You know her?" Tom turned to Michael and asked.

"Yes, I met her at the gym?" Michael replied.

"Gym? Are you perhaps talking about our gym?" Alice said, as she watched the scene in front of her with eyes full of anger.

"Ahh..yes" Michael just smiled at her.

"This bastards! I'm gonna kick their butts!" Alice said as she angrily strode towards the three men harassing the lady.

"W-what?" Michael suddenly stuttered as she didn't expect her actions, actually, he planned to intervene but refrained from it when he noticed another group of angry looking men heading towards their direction.

"She had always been like that" Tom smiled as both of them followed behind Alice.

"Shut up bitch! You must be the one behind the death of my brother!" a blonde long haired man with a ponytail hairstyle, as he gripped tightly on one of the woman's arms.

*Slap!*

"Motherf*cker! You're falsely accusing me!" the woman angrily yelled as she slapped him with her other hand.

The slap was so loud that some of the people watching the scene even winced, as if they were the ones who actually got the receiving end of that slap.

"Bitch!"

"Hold it!"

One of the men was about to slap her, when Alice suddenly angrily yelled at them, as the family of three arrived before them.

'Why do I always get entangled with this group of f*ckers?' Michael thought when he noticed that small black skull mark on their necks.

Then he turned to the familiar woman who is looking at him, "Hello there miss, we meet again and it seems, you got yourself in trouble with them again"

"F*ck off, you old hag! This is none of your f*cking business!" a man spiky haired punk suddenly sent his hand flying towards Alice's face.

Michael's eyes immediately flash coldly, as one of his hands immediately flashed as he caught the man's hand, and Tom who was about to intervene was shocked to see how fast Michael's movements were.

"Argh! L-Let go! It hurts motherf*cker!" the man suddenly knelt on the ground, as the sound of a bone cracking sounded.

"Let him go!" the blonde haired man immediately let go of the woman and charged towards Michael along with his other companion.

"Let go of the young miss, you skull bastards!" a furious roar sounded behind them.

Michael let go of the man, as he suddenly leapt forward and kneed the shocked blonde haired man in face, as he didn't expect that the man in front of them to be so fast in his feet.

Bang! Bang!

Thud!

Then Michael spun in the air, as kicked the other guy on the side of his face with his heel, sending the poor guy stumbling backwards.

Everything that happened since the arrival of the family of three to Michael beating them up, only happened in the span of seven seconds!

"Oh my!" the woman who was being harassed earlier covered her mouth in surprised, as her gaze towards Michael become that one of interest and curiosity.

"Way to go, son! I didn't know you could actually fight!" Tom came over to his side and patted his shoulder

"Move!" Alice came over and shoved her husband to the side, "You're not hurt are you?" she said worriedly as she started inspecting Michael from head to toe.

"I'm fine gr- I mean mom" Michael said helplessly, he actually didn't want to show them that he knows how to fight, as he was worried that their views of him would change into that image of a thug.

"Miss! Are you alright!?" a black haired man said worriedly, as the other six men surrounded Michael and the rest, but most of their attention is directed at the three guys lying and groaning on the ground.

"I'm fine Jet, instead I should thank this three kind people for stepping up for me," the woman said with a smile, as she waved her hand in front of her.

The woman strode over towards Michael, Alice and Tom and stood in front of them, but when her eyes swept towards the old couple, there was suddenly a flash of surprise in her eyes before it immediately returned back to normal.

But Michael was able to notice it, which justified his suspicion more about his new parents that their identities are surely not ordinary.

"Hi, I'm Jenny, thank you for saving me back there" Jenny said to them one by one, but Michael was able to notice that respect in her eyes that appeared when she shook Alice and Tom's hands.

"No problem lass" Tom smiled.

"A beautiful lady like you should always be careful around this jerks" Alice smiled as she chuckled.

"I certainly will" Jenny replied.

"Michael...it seems you're really not just an ordinary woman after all, Miss Jenny" Michael said as they shook hands.

"So do you, Mr. Michael and once again, I thank you for saving me today and once back at the gym the other day" Jenny said as her eyes flashed with a glint, as she studied Michael while the guy named Jet who is standing behind her, scrutinized him.

"Yes, uhmm...if I may ask, how is Amanda doing lately?" Michael said, trying to sound casual as possible.

"Ohh...do you know each other?" Jenny said, a bit surprised as Amanda never mentioned about knowing Michael at all, even after what happened at the gym the other day.

"Kind of" Michael just showed her a mysterious smile.
