Haibin City, also known as "outer island", is an island city that lives alone in the sea.

At first, the design blueprint was first formulated in the 1850s. The design team took "the first artificial island city" as the development intention, and launched the construction plan of the "Seaside City" in an all-round way. In the second week of the plan, the former survey team found this hidden island at the original building coordinates, and found residents on the island.

It is understood that the local area is a village dominated by the religious organization "Mother's Anonymity". Although the religious organization agreed to the project, the plans were later discontinued for financial reasons.

After the plan was shelved for 20 years, the original scientific research organization "Core Research Association" announced the restart of the project on the island. The organization received a huge amount of coordination and successfully completed the reproduction of the initial blueprint of "Beach City", and quickly developed into the city that is now second to none. landscape travel city.
