Vizette now understands why the students in those houses always unconsciously show expressions of fear when they talk about Snape.

Such a style of language is indeed not something that most people can tolerate.

Chapter 53 Ancient Magic: Purification Spell

Learning from Snape felt like experiencing an ancient apprenticeship.

When a master teaches an apprentice, he never shows mercy and uses strict methods to motivate the apprentice to grow.

After an afternoon, Vizet's skills became increasingly proficient, and he gained immeasurable knowledge of potions.

Vizet hadn't seen many of the techniques Snape mentioned in the book.

With the Magic Eye, one can see that even the techniques recorded in books are not as efficient or accurate as those taught by Snape.

In the magical world, potions have always been in high demand.

The profession of potion master is synonymous with having no worries about food and drink.

Moreover, Snape is not only a potion master, but also the youngest potion master to date.

Just by helping to process various materials, you can get guidance from a potion master. It's definitely worth more than you think.

The only thing that bothered him was the blood splattered when he was dealing with the fire dragon's internal organs; the blood splattered almost completely soaked his robes.

The dragon has a high resistance to magic, as do its internal organs. Even with cleansing spells and scab removal spells, it is impossible to clean them properly.

"Can't you even clean up such a small stain?" Snape frowned slightly. "Didn't Quirrell teach you anything? Or is your head empty, and you haven't learned anything?"

“Composite magic!” A glint flashed in Vizet’s eyes when he mentioned Quirrell’s name.

"I'm treating the dragon's resistance to magic as a counter-spell, so I'll have to use a combination spell to deal with it!"

Compared to the evil curses and poisonous spells that make up the Curse of Sickness, the Cleansing Spell and the Scabbing Spell are the magics he is more familiar with.

He closed his eyes and performed the Guardian Meditation Technique, and his mind immediately became incredibly clear.

He planned to combine the Cleansing Charm and the Scabbing Charm to create an effective composite magic.

The cleansing spell has a simple effect; it can clean away dirt such as dust and feathers.

The scab removal spell goes a step further, not only cleaning away dirt and grime, but also proving quite effective against stubborn stains such as sauces and blood scabs.

"Scour...Geo...Ter...Gify...Ify...Ergeo..."

With the help of the Guardian Meditation Method, various combinations flashed through Vizette's mind.

He didn't know how much time had passed before he finally opened his eyes and confirmed the incantation: "All dust and grime recede!"

He waved his wand, drawing a smooth "S" shape in the air.

A gentle breeze blew through Vizette's robes, creating a vortex on the ground.

Guided by the wand, the bloodstains on the robes were absorbed by the vortex, forming a dark red mist in the air.

"Huh?" Snape's eyes widened, and the muscles in his cheeks twitched.

He quickly composed himself, his expression turning cold again. "Clean up the trash on the ground and throw it all away!"

"Okay!" Vizet snapped out of her daze and quickly replied, pressing her wand down.

Under the control of the wand, the cyclone swiftly roamed around, cleaning up the bloodstains on the ground.

Vizette was overjoyed. Being able to complete this complex spell meant that he had fully mastered the knowledge he had learned yesterday.

“Professor Snape, thank you!” he said sincerely. “If it weren’t for your inspiration, I certainly wouldn’t have thought of this so quickly.”

Snape turned around. "Go throw out the trash!"

Vizette left the office, and silence returned.

Snape looked at the spotless floor and muttered, "A terrifying talent..."

……

As Vizette strolled down the corridor, she was still thinking about composite magic.

This was his first innovative composite magic, and it holds great commemorative significance.

"What should it be called? Powerful Cleansing Spell? That seems too ordinary... After all, it can only work on fire dragon blood... Dragon Blood Purification Spell? That seems a bit of an exaggeration..."

He had a bit of trouble coming up with names and really didn't know what kind of name to give this magic.

Before he knew it, he had arrived at Quirrell's office, intending to tell Quirrell about the composite magic.

Quirrell must have gone out; he knocked on the door for a long time but received no response.

This is normal, though, as Hagrid once told him that there was a village called Hogsmeade outside of Hogwarts.

Students are only eligible to enter Hogsmeade and spend their weekends there once they reach their third year.

It is said that it is just as bustling as Diagon Alley, with bars, candy stores, and cafes.

The Hogwarts professors were also frequent visitors to Hogsmeade, often enjoying a drink in the pub; perhaps Quirrell went there.

Vizette found the movable staircase leading to the auditorium and went down the steps.

"I wonder if modified magic can work on this composite magic?"

During this time, he accumulated a considerable amount of ancient magical power, enough for him to use the improved magic once again.

Instead of just thinking about it, he set out to try and merge the two spells.

This modification was somewhat special; it absorbed all the ancient magical power to obtain a new page.

Ancient Magic: Guide ancient magical powers to cast spells, enhance magical power, cleanse external impurities, and purify the inner soul.

As expected, Vizette did not name the spell, so the name would not appear on the pages of the book.

It was worth spending so much ancient magical power; this magic can actually affect the soul.

Professor McGonagall once said, "To explore the mysteries of magic, a deeper understanding of the soul is an essential step."

Through this period of study, he has begun to develop his own understanding of the concept of the soul.

He had a vague feeling that cleansing his inner soul was the first step in his exploration of the soul.

Without hesitation, Vizette took a deep breath, waved his wand, and drew an "S"-shaped arc in the air.

The wand glowed with a silver-blue light, and the magic was taking effect.

The cyclone not only appeared beneath his feet, but also around the core of the Obscurus.

Since casting the Sickness Curse yesterday, Vizet has been experiencing palpitations from time to time, and malevolent thoughts have been appearing and disappearing intermittently.

This pulsation is even more pronounced when the cyclone is directly facing the core of the murmuring.

The core of the silent creature seemed to sense the danger and began to tremble wildly, as if trying to break free from its restraints.

Just then, the cyclone, like a gentle breeze, passed directly through the core of the silent mantle, bringing with it a cloud of dark red mist.

As the mist gradually dissipated, the throbbing sensation slowly faded, and the core silently returned to its former tranquility.

"Cleanse the external filth, cleanse the inner soul..." Vezet let out a long breath, a sudden realization dawning on him. "So that's what it means?"

"Not only can it be used to cleanse impurities, but it can also purify the negative effects of dark magic... So let's call this spell the Purification and Cleansing Spell!"

Chapter 54 The Upcoming Halloween Banquet

Dear Luna, dear Mr. Lovegood:

I only learned these past few days that Halloween isn't just a holiday for Muggles to play around with; it's also the ancient Celtic New Year.

It is said that on the day before Halloween, which is the day I am writing to you, the boundary between life and death becomes blurred, and death and ghosts come to this world.

I think this is just a rumor, after all, there are quite a few ghosts at Hogwarts... like Lady Grey of Ravenclaw.

Unlike the talkative, fat monk from Hufflepuff, Lady Grey was much more taciturn, extremely knowledgeable, and occasionally even helped her students with their homework.

Oh, right! Fred and George from the Weasleys also told me that something always happens on Halloween, and I'm actually kind of looking forward to it.

If any extraordinary event were to happen today, I would write it down as a story and submit it to "Singing the Divergent." I hope Mr. Lovegood won't find my submission objectionable.

Have a wonderful Halloween!

Wizette Lovegood

……

Watching Thor walk away with the letter in his mouth, Vizette stood up and stretched.

It was only when he wrote this letter that he realized he had already been at Hogwarts for two months.

These past two months have been incredibly fulfilling. In addition to regular classes from Monday to Friday, I also had Quidditch training on Tuesdays and private lessons with two professors on weekends.

In some ways, Quirrell and Snape are quite similar.

Vizette could always sense the talent of the two professors during her private lessons.

Quirrell has extensive theoretical knowledge and speaks in a gentle tone when lecturing;

He always patiently answered the various questions that Wizette encountered during the process.

Snape was very knowledgeable, but his tone was rather cold when he taught.
