As he carefully observed the flowing clouds and wind, he suddenly had an epiphany and recalled the magic circuit diagram he had drawn during the Christmas holidays.

Thinking of this, he quickly took out his notebook from his pocket and tried to combine his own understanding with the magic circuit diagram to see if he could form a new pattern.

Luna looked up at the carvings on the door frame. "These carvings are so lifelike... they seem to have come naturally, rather than... been carved by someone."

Orminis smiled slightly and said, "As far as I know, the carvings were already there when the wizards landed on the island."

"Perhaps, as you said, Odin recorded his thoughts in the form of magic, which is why there are no traces of embellishment?"

The walls on both sides of the porch are also adorned with exquisite bas-reliefs, seemingly telling the story of the awe-inspiring convergence of waves and lightning.

The relief sculpture not only captures the vastness of the sea, but also freezes the fleeting turbulence into eternity.

“Odin is truly a remarkable artist!” Luna walked up to Vizet. “Are you…drawing something?”

“When I saw the carvings on the door frame earlier, I felt like they could connect to this picture.” Vizer nodded and then tried to sketch a line.

"Is that so?" Luna leaned closer and saw the two magic circuits at the top of the notebook, as well as a dozen or so slightly messy connection diagrams below.

Vizette smelled the familiar fragrance of grass and trees, and instinctively extended her hands so that Luna could see the notes more easily.

A slightly cool touch brushed across Vizet's fingers as Luna took the pen from his hand and examined the connection diagram with great interest.

"It seems to be inspired by those carvings outside... Did you get your inspiration from there? I feel this pattern is the most beautiful, perhaps we could make them a bit more dynamic."

Luna said softly, placing the tip of her pen on a connecting diagram she had drawn earlier.

A tremor ran through Vizette's hand.

Not long after, Luna pushed the laptop back. "Look at this... isn't it much better?"

Despite having multiple connection diagrams on the notebook, Vizet could identify which connection diagram Luna had modified at a glance.

The other connection diagrams still felt closed off, except for the fourth to last connection diagram, which smoothly connected the two magic circuits.

If she had to describe it specifically, Vizette could only say that it felt like a strong wind was pushing a boulder to move rapidly.

"How is it? Does it look better than before?" Luna's tone was filled with anticipation.

Vizette nodded, a bright smile spreading across his face. "It's especially beautiful, more beautiful than any of the designs I've ever drawn."

"That's good!" Luna nodded in satisfaction, put her hands behind her back, and skipped a few steps forward.

Vizette let out a soft breath, put the notebook back in her pocket, and quickly followed.

We'll study this magic circuit we've assembled when we get back to the inn!

……

They walked into the hall through the porch, admiring the reliefs on the walls, as if they were on a lone boat, feeling the baptism of raging waves and thunder.

The circular hall also features reliefs, which are also related to the sea.

It depicts a calm ocean, with even a setting sun sinking into the sea.

In the vast hall, there was only one stone chair in the center.

There was nothing else besides that.

“It feels…empty.” Xenophilius paced back and forth in the hall, his footsteps making a “pat-pat” sound.

Orminis said, "Yes, many wizards who come here because of its reputation are just as disappointed as you when they see the empty hall."

"Perhaps that's why this wizard's ruins don't attract many tourists, far fewer than the wizard's ruins in Egypt?"

Vizet maintained his Eye of Magic, pacing like Xenophirus, absorbing all the ancient magical power contained within and then infusing it into "The Wizard's Practical Guide".

The map in my mind related to this island was already mostly lit up, but The Wizarding Guide to Combat was still not satisfied and had not yet turned to a new page.

"You can't expect me to climb up to that cloud, can you?" Vizet shook his head and smiled, stretching and looking around.

After the ancient magical power was absorbed, he was surprised to find that murals appeared on the walls of the hall.

However, Xenophilius muttered to himself, "There's nothing here at all? I feel a bit empty inside..."

Upon hearing these words, Vizet realized that perhaps only he could see the murals on the wall.

The murals appear to overlap, making them extremely blurry and impossible to discern what they depict.

Vizette frowned slightly and tried to cast the Silent, Staffless Levitation Spell, which actually worked on the murals, separating them.

He quickly took two steps forward and examined the four murals that had been separated on the wall.

The first mural depicts a towering tree, around which countless figures with their hands raised are gathered.

The second mural depicts a land littered with bones, where a spear pierces the sky, penetrating a person's chest. The person's face shows no pain, only peace and tranquility.

In the third mural, the spear still points towards the sky, but the man with the pierced chest has disappeared, leaving behind a series of halos of light spreading outwards.

The last mural is very simple, depicting only a wizard riding a longhorned horse.

Chapter 30 Pandora, the scholar of ancient magical powers?

The three murals—a human figure, a corpse, a spear, and a halo—combine to resemble a record of a cruel sacrificial ritual…

Countless people gathered under the towering tree. They experienced an incredibly bloody battle, but in the end, there were no victors. They all turned into halos of light.

So what does the halo represent?

And who is that wizard riding a fine horse?

Is he the mastermind behind this sacrifice, or does he have another identity?

Just as Vizette was lost in thought, Xenophius suddenly cried out "Ouch!" as if he had tripped over something.

Vizette quickly looked in the direction of the sound and discovered that several new ditches had appeared on the ground.

These ravines intertwine to form a spiraling cyclone pattern.

This pattern represents ancient magical power.

This can be verified in both The Wizarding Manual and Ollivander's wand box.

Luna seemed to have just come to her senses as well, and quickly ran to Xenophilius to help him up, asking, "Dad, are you alright?"

"Baby, Daddy's alright!" Xenophilius waved his hand. "What's going on here? Why are there so many craters?"

"Mr. Orminis, when you brought people here before, did this place suddenly become like this?"

"A crater?" Orminis waved his wand, asking calmly, "I find this a bit hard to understand. Could you describe it to me?"

“It’s a cyclone-like pattern,” Luna said. “I feel like I’ve seen it before…that’s right! My mother drew this for me.”

“Yes!” Xenophilius exclaimed in realization, “Pandora has indeed been painted before! I’ve seen it several times! There’s no mistake!”

Orminis's expression changed, and he asked in surprise, "You all recognize this pattern?"

Xenophilius nodded. "My wife is a historian, and she has studied a lot of magic and spells from her research."

“This pattern is one of the patterns she studies most often, along with other related materials.”

Orminis's expression turned extremely strange, and he tentatively asked, "Excuse me... is your wife capable of using those spells and incantations?"

Xenophilius shook his head. "No, those spells and talismans... can't be used."

“Could I meet Mrs. Lovegood?” Ominnis asked. “I would like to speak with her in person…because I am quite interested in this history.”

Xenophilius glanced at Luna, then lowered his voice and leaned closer to Orminus, saying, "My wife... she's passed away..."

"She was experimenting with a related talisman at the time, but unexpectedly it caused a terrible accident, so..."

As he spoke, Xenophius let out a long sigh, his expression becoming much more somber.

Ominis quickly said, "I'm sorry to have brought up something that upset you."

……

After visiting the ruins of Odin, the group planned to return home, rest at the Hotel Federot, and then go to see the circus performance.

Walking along the forest path, Orminis seemed very interested in magic and spells.

He and Xenophilius walked ahead, asking several related questions in succession.

Vizette approached Luna and asked, "Did you see any unusual light in those ruins?"

Luna's mother knew about the ancient magical power symbols, and recalling what Luna had said before, Vizette had a feeling that Luna also had some understanding of ancient magical power.

"A different kind of light?" Luna looked at Vizet, thought about the question very seriously, and then shook her head and said, "I don't see any different kind of light."

"I just felt that the ruins were very peaceful... like the Moon-obsessed beast dancing to the moon. Odin must have had a very happy time there."

Hearing Luna's words, Vizette nodded slightly.

The fact that she didn't see any unusual light suggests that Luna may not possess the Magic Eye and therefore cannot directly observe ancient magical power.

However, Luna possesses an extraordinary sensitivity, always able to perceive the unique charm of everything. Perhaps this is another kind of magical talent, similar to... the Heart of Magic?

Regardless, Vizette had a feeling that Luna was intricately connected to ancient magical powers.

Just like the Ancient Magic: Shield he acquired, he wouldn't have been able to cast it successfully without Luna's inspiration.

And the events at the end of last school year, after Voldemort entered the Labyrinth of Souls, he was successfully destroyed with the help of Luna's Christmas gift.

Vizette vaguely sensed that she was caught in a large web, entangled by countless threads, and that perhaps some different challenges awaited her in the future.

However, the Guardian's identity was too special, and apart from Headmaster Dumbledore, he could hardly find anyone else to confide in about the secrets of ancient magical powers.
