Superman's End Manual

He had just turned around when he saw a gray humanoid figure push open the iron door to the rooftop and walk in.
With its hands on its hips, it said in a low voice, "The strange thing is dead. Without a moment's mourning for the strange thing's death, next up is... the Dice Monster."
The blue owl crossed its arms and looked at it helplessly: "Can we stop this awkward stuff?"
"Could it be that you're the one who's awkward?" the Dice Monster said. "You know what? I suddenly remembered a setting about myself."
"What setting?"
"Only those close to me deserve to call me a monster, while you, you rude scoundrels, deserve to call me..."
As it spoke, it paused slightly, slowly lowered its face, and its empty eyes were shrouded in shadow. "Dice Monster."
Little Red Riding Hood said, "Mentally challenged."
The blue owl said, "Incompetent."
"Hey, you guys are so boring, you don't understand my sense of humor at all."
The Dice Man smirked, found a table, sat down at an angle, and crossed his arms. "So, back to the point: type 1 if you kill the whole family, type 2 if you don't."
As soon as the words were spoken, a blank drawing board and a pencil appeared in the hands of both Little Red Riding Hood and Blue Owl.
The blue owl was silent for a moment, then picked up its pencil and drew a number on the drawing board;
Without hesitation, Little Red Riding Hood picked up her pen and scribbled a number on the drawing board.
The Dice Monster lowered his head, casually scribbled on the drawing board with a pencil, then tilted his head, his empty eyes reflecting the faces of the two people.
It said, "It seems you've all reached a conclusion?"
As soon as they finished speaking, the three of them slowly turned their easels around and showed them to each other.
The blue owl's drawing board has the number "2" written on it;
Little Red Riding Hood's drawing board has "1" written on it;
The Dice Monster's drawing board has a question mark written on it.
Seeing this, the Dice Monster raised a non-existent eyebrow, turned his head to look at the two people's expressions, "Oh... what should we do now? Looks like it's going to be a tie."
"Why even think about it? What's more important than living?" Little Red Riding Hood asked.
The blue owl was silent for a moment, then said, "I cannot accept living by killing my own family."
"Those are false memories."
"But they trusted me, protected me, and helped me."
“They trust you and protect you because they think you are the same Ke Mingye you used to be,” Little Red Riding Hood said. “Don’t get your identity wrong. You are just a… murderer who took someone’s life and family from them.” As she finished speaking, her voice slowed, softened, and grew colder.
“I don’t deny that.” Blue Owl paused. “That’s why we shouldn’t have attacked them, otherwise wouldn’t that make me look even more despicable?”
"It seems you're not only mentally challenged, but also a saint. This isn't the situation you want," Little Red Riding Hood said expressionlessly. "Be realistic. All you need to think about is how to survive. Or rather... don't drag me down with your promiscuity."
"And what about you? Don't you have any feelings for them?"
She said, "People who develop feelings because of false memories are either too weak or too foolish."
The Dice Monster stared at the two of them with a wistful gaze: "Oh, I like this kind of debate."
Little Red Riding Hood turned to look at it and said in a cold tone, "In the end, the reason the vote was inconclusive was because someone wrote a question mark on the drawing board, wasn't it?"
"Who is this person?"
The Dice Monster crossed his fingers and smiled.
“It’s you,” said Little Red Riding Hood.
The blue owl lowered its head, remained silent for a moment, and then slowly turned to look at the dice monster.
The Dice Man said slowly, "My stance is quite simple: I do whatever is fun. Whether it's betraying the players or betraying my family, it's all fun for me."
The blue owl asked, "So, which side are you standing on?"
“I’m not taking sides,” said the Dice Monster. “But it’s simple, you just need to reach a consensus. It’s two against one, so even if I vote against you, I can only support you.”
"Don't blame other people for the problems," Little Red Riding Hood said.
The Dice Monster grinned, then looked at the Blue Owl and said, "So, if I voted to kill your whole family, could you accept that?"
Then it turned to Little Red Riding Hood and said, "Or if I vote not to kill your whole family, Little Red Riding Hood, would you accept that?"
"Let's vote," said Little Red Riding Hood. "The rules are set, so what's so hard about accepting them?"
The blue owl said, "Rules are rules, and I can accept them."
"In that case, let's roll a die to decide."
As he spoke, the Dice Monster produced a red and black die in his hand. "If the result of the die is 1 to 3, then I will vote to kill the whole family; if it is 4 to 6, then I will vote not to kill the whole family."
Before the two could even see the numbers on the six sides of the die, the Dice Monster had already thrown the die, its empty pupils reflecting the image of the die slowly falling.
Clang.
The next moment, with a crisp buzzing sound, the dice landed.
Asking for a monthly ticket.

Chapter 175 Magical Girl Transfer Student
Under the watchful eyes of Little Red Riding Hood, Blue Owl, and the Dice Monster, the red and black die slipped from the gray palm and slowly fell to the ground on the rooftop.
The dice tumbled and spun in the air, each side seemingly veiled in a hazy mist, obscuring the numbers on them.
The next moment, as the dice fell to the finish line and hit the ground with a crisp echo, time seemed to stand still.
At this moment, apart from the Dice Monster maintaining a calm expression, the other two held their breath slightly.
Immediately afterwards, the die bounced upwards, then landed again, spun a few times, and then lay still, frozen on the ground as if petrified.
"It seems the result is already revealed." The Dice Monster spread his hands. "So, I ask you all... can you accept this result?"
Little Red Riding Hood said, "Mentally challenged."
The blue owl said, "Incompetent."
The dice-wielding monster tilted its head: "Why are you insulting me again?"
The two men looked at him with disdain, then lowered their heads and glanced disdainfully at the die. The die, facing upwards, was bathed in the afterglow of the setting sun.
A large question mark “?” is engraved above it.
"Okay, actually, the problem lies with this die." The Dice Monster coughed. "Don't worry, let me roll it again. It's normal to make mistakes occasionally."
Having said that, it bent down to pick up the die, breathed on it, then swung its arm and threw it down again. This time, as the die landed, the Dice Monster covered its mouth, its eyes widening in terror.
The dice rolled a "7".
“I should get my IQ tested if I listen to it for even a second longer,” Little Red Riding Hood said.
"That's hilarious, bro. Why don't you just hang down from the rooftop? You could wrap some spider silk around your neck, that way you won't need to use your hands to hold onto it, saving you energy," said the blue owl.
The Dice Monster said, "But I feel like you two are relieved. I think you should thank me, otherwise you would have been in big trouble if you rolled a result you didn't like."
Little Red Riding Hood said, "There's no credibility to begin with. This is the inner world; anything you want can appear."
Blue Owl, hands on hips: "Should we decide this by rolling a die in reality?"
The Dice Monster said, "No, no, no, Comrade Ke wouldn't be as bored as us." It paused, "Since the result of this vote is a tie, it seems that we can only decide at the next meeting."
After saying that, it shrugged: "So the first intracranial meeting has come to an end."
"When is the next meeting?" Little Red Riding Hood asked. "Don't wait until you're about to die to realize your mistakes."
"You're asking me? But a year is still a long time, no need to rush."
The Dice Monster said, turning his gaze to the Blue Owl, "Comrade Owl, you have the authority, you can put us back together."
As soon as he finished speaking, the setting sun high in the sky shattered, and the scattered afterglow twisted into an eerie and strange halo.
The world spun around, the rooftop and the three figures twisted together, like the scene depicted in Edvard Munch's painting "The Scream." Finally, everything seemed to be sucked into a black hole and disappeared into darkness.
Ke Mingye opened his eyes from the bed, panting heavily.
He clutched his chest, the pain from his broken ribs still lingering, unrelieved by his brief nap.
"Wow, they've even started a meeting."
He took deep breaths, enduring the pain in his chest, got out of bed, moved out of the room, went into the bathroom to wash up, and then returned to bed.
I closed my eyes and remained silent all night.
Good morning, player. Today is July 10, 2028. There are 343 days left until the deadline for completing the ultimate mission, "Exterminate Superhumans."
The current number of surviving players worldwide is 94 (↓1)
[Obituary: In London, a player with the ID "Ripper Z" was killed by the magical girl Spirit Bell Child while attempting to assassinate a superhuman.]
Ke Mingye was stunned for a moment, thinking to himself, "Isn't this the number one on the leaderboard? How come he died so hastily?"
As for this Spirit Bell Child, she seems to be the top magical girl from London, England. Aside from Ice Maiden Lily, this Spirit Bell Child is the strongest.
My older brother and father had previously discussed her in the living room, saying that it was simply absurd for a 9-year-old magical girl to have the power to destroy an entire city.
