The Return to Hogwarts

Upon seeing this, Amosta said calmly,
"It can actually extinguish Fiery Blaze? Is this a bloodline magic unique to your vampire lineage?"
"Heh, it seems that Amosta Blaine's magic is not invincible after all, is it?"
The annihilation of the Teng Snake greatly encouraged the remaining vampires. Among a group of newly arrived vampires in the café, a vampire with a beautiful figure and equally alluring eyes said with a charming smile.
Amostella smiled. He didn't rush to continue, but instead glanced at the vampires filling the hall, and said thoughtfully,
"You're going to such lengths to kill Sato Ryuhei and me. It seems you're hiding some major secret behind your collection of magical creatures?"
"Oh, I love being around a wise and powerful wizard like you—"
The female vampire swayed to the front of her group of comrades. She pouted her blood-red lips, and her soft laughter, as clear and mesmerizing as silver bells, carried a captivating power. Once she landed, she winked at Amosta and blew him a kiss.
"If you're willing to become one of us, you'll know all my secrets."
The female vampire bit her full lower lip, her eyes filled with seductive allure.
"Shameless, evil creature!"
Amelia's shoulders trembled slightly with anger as she gritted her teeth. In particular, when she discovered that Sato Ryuhei, who had caused all of this, was staring at the female vampire as if he were in a trance, with the despicable desire in his eyes growing stronger and stronger, she was even more furious and panting.
"Nonsense--"
Amosta calmly shook his head. Even the innate allure of a pure Veela could not shake the spirit of a great mage, let alone a vampire with only a rudimentary understanding of allure magic.
"I'm not particularly concerned with what you're doing with the blood of those magical creatures. Getting involved is just helping Newt out. Since you've come to me of your own accord, you can explain it to Newt and the Magical Congress yourselves."
Amosta's expression was cold as he reached out his hand to Amelia.
After blinking a few times in a daze, Amelia suddenly came to her senses and hurriedly pulled her wand from her pocket, handing it to Amosta.
Amostella's loss of her wand was the real reason these vampires dared to appear here. When Amostella grasped the wand of the Auror from the Magic Council, all the vampires in the café unconsciously felt the urge to retreat.
Any vampire who has read the reports of the duel between Amosta Blaine and Vitia Kriona would not believe that Blaine could be overwhelmed by sheer numbers. Just two months ago, Amosta single-handedly defeated hundreds of highly skilled remnants of the Malay Communist Party.
But now that they've appeared before Amosta, whether they stay or leave is no longer up to the vampires themselves.

As Amostella swung her wand wildly, an immense, almost tangible pressure suddenly descended. The once fearless group of vampires paled in shock. Under the immense pressure, even those with exceptional physical strength due to their special bloodline magic couldn't withstand it, collapsing one after another to their knees before Amostella. The pressure even caused their leg bones to break, the white fragments piercing flesh and pressing against the wooden planks, the trickling blood staining the dusty floorboards crimson.
The gruesome scene turned Amelia's face pale instantly; she covered her mouth and nearly vomited.
Such severe injuries would likely have caused a wizard to faint immediately, but vampires' bodies are different from wizards'. These creatures do not have well-developed pain receptors and cannot feel much pain from their bodies being broken; they only appear miserable.
By now, Amosta had witnessed mountains of corpses and seas of blood; the gruesome sight of vampires didn't move him. He stepped forward, his wand raised once more, ready to imprison all the vampires, however—
The female vampire, who had been alluring just moments before, now looked utterly hideous. She cast a venomous glance at Amosta under immense pressure. Then, her fair skin rapidly turned ashen, her sharp canines grew longer, and her watery eyes turned scarlet.
what! ! !
A piercing scream echoed through the dark café. Amidst the ear-piercing shriek, Amelia suddenly felt her blood rushing through her body, as if it were about to burst out. Meanwhile, Sato Ryuhei's already injured and stiff body trembled uncontrollably, and blood seeping from his ruptured wounds stained his gray coat red.
Amosta glanced back at the two of them, his wand transforming into a spike, intending to first render the female vampire unconscious. However, just a second before he could strike, the grotesque female vampire suddenly exploded into pieces on her own!
boom!
After a sudden, unexpected explosion, the female vampire turned into a shower of flesh and blood. Under the influence of strange magic, the flesh and blood dissolved into a pool of blood shimmering with red light. From the void, blood-red chains flew out and rushed toward Amosta with lightning speed.
Upon seeing this, Amosta frowned, and the magic barrier silently reappeared. The crimson chains formed from the female vampire's life force directly coiled around the inverted bowl-shaped magic barrier, encircling it as if sealing it off.
But as soon as Amosta was bound by the blood-red chains, the heavy pressure in the hall vanished instantly. One by one, the vampires, who had been pinned to the floor, began to heal their leg injuries at an astonishing speed. After a brief hesitation, the vampires began to evacuate.
"Want to go?"
Fragments of lightning flashed in his purple eyes, and a chilling murmur echoed in the ears of every vampire!
Click!
A powerful aura surged forth from Amosta's body, the billowing heat shattering the blood chains binding the magical barrier. He glanced indifferently at the dozens of vampires who were retreating swiftly but calmly, and then abruptly swung his wand—
A massive golden cage of flames appeared out of thin air and crashed down from mid-air, trapping most of the fleeing vampires inside. Many vampires, unable to avoid it, crashed straight into the cage and were instantly reduced to ashes and scattered by the wind before they could even utter a wail!
Amelia's face lit up with joy, but before she could say anything, the vampires imprisoned in the fire cage by Amosta, after a moment of panic, knowing they had no hope of escape, chose to die and frantically rushed towards the cage burning with golden flames.
This horrific scene caused even Amelia, and Amosta, to frown deeply.
Even if vampires have different views on life than humans, it cannot explain what is happening right now. These vampires behave in a highly uniform way, as if they have undergone a brutal Muggle military training course.
"Amosta."
Amelia called out blankly, while Amosta seemed to have discovered something, her gaze fixed on the dark, boundless exterior of the café.
Under his sharp gaze, a vampire defied the odds and stormed into the coffee shop. Upon seeing his appearance, both Amosta and Amelia unconsciously narrowed their eyes—
The sinister-looking vampire leaped into the coffee shop and hurled a silver-plated ebony coffin, about the size of an adult's hand, into the air. The coffin shattered upon touching the flame cage, spilling out a pool of blood that glowed with a crystalline red light.
The blood surged against the wind, directly extinguishing the cage of raging flames. In an instant, it broke through the ceiling and formed a surging river of blood above the heads of Amosta and the other two, then poured down like a collapsing canopy!
Amosta's cold and stern expression underwent a subtle change.
To date, his fiery temper has only been suppressed once, when he was pursuing Sirius Black as a criminal and attempted to break into Number Twelve Grimmauld Place, resulting in a brief encounter with Dumbledore. Dumbledore ultimately extinguished the flames he unleashed, and this pool of blood—
The blood, imbued with immense evil magic, was about to fall. Amosta's expression turned solemn as he raised his wand, ready to react. Just then, he suddenly felt a burning sensation on his chest. Looking down, he saw an object burst open from his spatial pouch, transforming into a blur as it rushed towards the surging river of blood in mid-air!
Chapter 928 Fangs
2024-05-20
The surging river of blood floated over this space sealed off by vampires, radiating a crystalline red light. It was beautiful, but upon closer inspection, a painful human face flashed in every blooming and then shattering blood flower. Listening closely, there were also faint screams in the rolling waves, like the wails of a female ghost!
Even with Amelia's magical prowess, she could tell that this river of blood was something extremely dark and evil.
With his gaze fixed on the river of blood, Amosta immediately understood why this river of blood could extinguish his fierce flames.
It's very troublesome, and indeed very difficult to deal with. This river of blood is no longer just a magical force, but involves a higher dimension. Ordinary methods are simply ineffective in dealing with it. Even for him, erasing this sea of blood would require a major undertaking.
Amosta had never expected to encounter something so troublesome on this trip, but now he had no choice but to—
Just as Amosta was about to make a move, a sudden burst of heat on his chest startled him for a moment. Something transformed into a chilling white lightning bolt, shattering the space bag bound by the Traceless Expansion Spell and rushing straight toward the sea of blood in the sky!
Amosta stared intently, his penetrating gaze piercing through the white halo. The moment he saw the strange object, the astonishment on Amosta's usually calm face deepened.
A fang!
Like smooth, white jade, the fangs plunged into the sea of blood and hovered in mid-air, spinning on their own. To everyone's astonishment, a flash of white lightning appeared on the fangs, followed by a strange power surging from them, causing the space to tremble. Then, the fangs emitted a powerful suction force—
The evil sea of blood floating in mid-air swirled under the strikes of crimson lightning. The vortex grew rapidly and violently, and crimson tornadoes fell from the sky, connecting with the fangs that shone with white light, pouring into them endlessly!
Amosta paused for several seconds, trying to remember what this thing actually was.
After Hermione was attacked, in order to investigate clues about the curse, he went alone to the underground wizarding world deep in Knockturn Alley and found Willorens, who specialized in selling cursed items. From his stall, he bought a vampire fang for forty gold coins!
The reason I bought it at the time was because Amosta truly sensed some extraordinary power within it.
However, this power was sealed away and disguised by a clumsy curse.
Amostella planned to study it later when he had time, but the subsequent tracking of the cursed person, the Longbottoms' affair, Lawrence's summoning, the second Triwizard Tournament, and Voldemort's resurrection came one after another, leaving Amostella almost no time to breathe, to the point that he completely forgot about it.
Amostella wasn't the only one taken aback. Not only Amelia and the prisoner Ryuhei Sato, but even the 'acquaintance' who threw out the small black coffin stared in astonishment at the fangs that flew out of Amostella Blaine's body!
This vampire fang, like a hungry beast, swallowed the sea of blood churning in mid-air within a minute or two under the powerful force of absorption, instantly clearing the sky above the ruins of the café.
Buzz--
After consuming the blood, the soft, milky-white halo surrounding the fangs gradually faded, leaving the white teeth, now even more translucent and polished, hovering quietly in mid-air.
A long silence followed as Amosta and his two companions, along with the group of vampires who had narrowly escaped death, stared at the crescent-shaped fang, a work of art in itself.
"So what exactly is it?"
Amelia was the first to break the silence, staring blankly at Amosta. The fang had come from Amosta's body, and Amelia naturally assumed that Amosta should know.
"Take it back!"
A desperate howl echoed throughout the sealed space. The last vampire to appear, the one who had encountered Amosta, roared. The vampires who had narrowly escaped Amosta's clutches did not hesitate; they transformed into bat-like shadows and pounced on the fangs in mid-air.
But their efforts were doomed to failure.
The pitch-black sky was suddenly illuminated, the sudden burst of dazzling light momentarily stunning the powerful vampire. He instinctively shielded his eyes with his hand, squinting as he peered at the sky through his fingers—
Starfall!
Countless golden streaks of light swept across the sky and descended, like a rain of arrows washing over the vampires who were leaping into the air to snatch the fangs!
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!
After a series of piercing screams and agonizing howls, all the dark creatures that had appeared here that night, except for the last one, were reduced to dust. On the ruined ground, rows of burning golden crosses stood like tombstones in a funeral procession.
Almost instantly, the entire vampire team was wiped out!
Amosta's gaze fell upon the last remaining vampire. His cold eyes caused the vampire to unconsciously take a few steps back. Before it could make any move to escape, its body suddenly flew up uncontrollably, directly in front of Amosta. Then, under immense pressure, it collapsed heavily to its knees on the floor, just like its kin before it, its knees a bloody mess.
"Well!"
Watching Amostella toy with the fallen fang, the vampire uttered a muffled sound of anger and resentment.
"It is."
Everything finally returned to calm. What had just happened had almost robbed Amelia of her ability to think. She stared blankly at the sinister-looking vampire before her, panting.
"It is... if I remember correctly—"
"I think you're not mistaken—"
