The Return to Hogwarts

"Practicing spells here won't have any effect, but it will manifest the magical configuration of the spell, which will help you see clearly where your problems lie. Different mistakes will cause different problems in the magical configuration you construct, which means that with a little guidance, you will know how to adjust your spellcasting."
Looking at the group of bewildered young wizards, Professor Blaine calmly said,
"Don't rush. After trying them, you'll understand the Disarming Charm, Stunning Charm, Petrifying Charm, and Obstacle Charm. We believe you must master these simple spells—"
Professor Blaine looked up and beckoned with his finger. Many of the structures that had been emitting strange fluctuations earlier dissipated in place, and four structures, each consisting of about a dozen magical corridors, floated in front of the young wizard.
"My requirement for you is that these basic spells must be able to be cast silently."
"Silent spellcasting?" Harry leaned forward and whispered in Hermione's ear, "What does that mean?"
"To successfully cast a spell without uttering the incantation is very difficult, Harry. Even among adult wizards, very few can do that—"
Hermione glanced at Professor Blaine, who seemed completely unfazed, as if he were merely instructing them not to make chewing noises while eating. She subconsciously wiped her temples, and then realized that they were merely illusory figures existing in the mental world constructed by Professor Blaine, and were not actually sweating.
Silent spellcasting is a skill only encountered in the NEWTS level exams. Among the young wizards here, only one or two have studied this subject, and none have yet mastered it. Professor Blaine's requirement put pressure on the young wizards, but no one raised any objections. By now, the value of this course was self-evident.
"Alright, let's begin practicing. I believe you've all encountered one or more of these spells before. Let's first understand this learning method, and then we'll discuss the next steps—"
Professor Blaine clapped his hands and said with a smile.

Although Professor Blaine ordered them to start practicing, no one moved. The young wizards stared at Professor Blaine, unsure of how to begin.
Seeing this, Amosta shook his head helplessly, glanced around, and his gaze fell on Cedric Diggory, the oldest person present. After thinking for a moment, he beckoned to Diggory.
“Come up here, Mr. Diggory—”
Cedric Diggory was a tall, thin man, almost as tall as Professor Blaine, but when he stood in front of Professor Blaine, he lowered his head hesitantly, as if he had suddenly become shorter.
“Tell me, Mr. Diggory, how many of the spells I just mentioned—Disarming Charm, Stunning Charm, Petrifying Charm, Obstacle Charm—do you know?”
Cedric was a sixth-year student. He had encountered these spells in Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts classes and had a basic grasp of them. However, he didn't know what Professor Blaine wanted to use him for, so he honestly replied...
"I know all of that, Professor—"
Hermione raised an eyebrow; these spells weren't particularly difficult, and she had mastered them as well.
"very good--"
Professor Blaine nodded, then flicked his fingers again. The four enchanted structures instantly spaced themselves out, each fifty feet apart, with one hovering behind Professor Blaine. Professor Blaine stepped aside, exposing the crimson prism to Cedric.
“This is the standard Stunning Charm's magical configuration, Mr. Diggory. Step forward and cast the Stunning Charm on it—”
Amosta stepped aside with his arms crossed, a glint of light flashing in his pale purple eyes, and said with great interest,
"Let me see how well you've mastered the Stunning Curse."
Cedric was still completely confused, but he obeyed the order and took his wand out of his pocket. This made him even more bewildered. Professor Blaine had clearly told them that their current bodies were merely manifestations of their thoughts, so why was his wand still around?
Now was clearly not the time to dwell on such issues. Cedric glanced back at his classmates who were watching him, took a deep breath to calm his nerves, wiped non-existent sweat from his palms on his robe, and his gaze gradually hardened.
"Collapse!"
Cedric flicked his wrist and made a thrusting motion—the expected red spell light did not appear. Instead, the moment the spell gesture ended, a miniature, red prism-like structure emerged from the tip of his staff. This structure was seven or eight parts similar to the structure of the Stunning Spell that Professor Blaine conjured!
The magical construct Cedric conjured was quickly drawn to and merged into Professor Blaine's Stunning Curse construct, causing a structural tremor.
Cedric turned his head, looking at Professor Blaine with an innocent expression, and just then, the trembling of the magical construct stopped, and a cold, emotionless voice from Professor Blaine rang out.
"Stun Spell, Magic Configuration Completion: 81%; Spell Judgment: Effective; Defects: Magic Supply Deviates from Range, Casting Gesture Deviation: 7%."
hiss!
In the illusory spiritual world, a chorus of gasps erupted. Cedric Diggory, who was standing right next to him, was completely stunned. He stared dumbfounded at the standard magical construct that was evaluating his magic from every angle, his mind in turmoil!
But that wasn't all. After the systematic evaluation was over, the magical construct suddenly spewed out a cloud of smoke. Under the astonished gazes, the smoke coalesced into a hand holding a wand and began to demonstrate the standard casting motion of the Stun Spell!
"Understand?"
Amosta turned his head slightly to look at Cedric, the captain of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team. Cedric, who was favored by many little witches because of his handsome appearance, stared intently at the hand that was demonstrating for him. He was so shocked that he couldn't even speak, and just nodded blankly.
"How on earth did he come up with this idea?!"
"If Professor Flitwick knew about this method—"
"And Professor McGonagall."
"genius!"
A murmur of discussion erupted, and the young wizard stared at Professor Blaine, who had a slight smile on his face, with an incredibly fanatical look in his eyes!
"Professor Blaine has infused his ideas into the magical construct!" Hermione's fingertips trembled with excitement as she grabbed Harry's arm, her voice shaking.
"Do you understand, Harry? It's like the Sorting Hat!"
This was a perfectly apt analogy. The young wizards who heard Hermione's words suddenly understood. The Sorting Hat, imbued with the thoughts of the four great wizards, could see into their hearts and then send them to the house most suitable for them. The magical construct created before them utilized the same principle!
At this moment, Professor Blaine's image was elevated to an almost superhuman level among the young wizards, approaching the status of one of the four founding leaders of Hogwarts.
Professor Blaine was clearly not impressed by the young wizards' adoring gazes; he frowned slightly.
"I'm not here to promote a personality cult, everyone. If you understand, let's get started. Choose the spell you want to try, line up, and after receiving feedback, find a place to practice and correct your mistakes. Once you're satisfied with your performance, you can have a second check. To achieve silent casting, your proficiency with the spell must be at least 95%—"
Whoops!
The young wizards were incredibly enthusiastic. All thirty of them rushed to the four spell constructs, eagerly testing their best spells, which led to arguments that forced Amostra to establish rules to curb this chaotic behavior.
Harry unsurprisingly chose the Disarming Charm, wanting to see how well he had mastered the spell. Hermione, eager to test her skills against Cedric Diggory, ran to the Stunning Charm line. Neville had originally intended to go for the Petrification Charm, as it was the only spell he could control, but he was too slow; a large group had already formed there, so he had to follow Hermione.
"Collapse!"
With a clear, sharp shout, Hermione's Disarming Charm was absorbed by the standard magical configuration, and Professor Blaine's cold voice rang out once more.
“昏迷咒,魔力构型完成度:92%;咒语判定:有效;缺陷:魔力供给量负偏离区间,施法手势偏差度:3%建议:1.施法时强化攻击欲望。2.反复练习。3”
A fleeting look of joy crossed Hermione's face, but she quickly returned to contemplating the suggestions and walked away thoughtfully.
Gollum—
Neville swallowed hard, then shakily raised his wand.
"Fainted...the dazed man collapsed to the ground!"
Neville's wand trembled after being examined twice, and a strange structure emerged. After a buzzing sound, a depressing silence followed.
"--Suspected Stunning Spell, Magic Configuration Completion: 17%; Spell Judgment: Ineffective; Defects: Mana Supply Negative Deviation; Unstable Mana Supply; Casting Gesture Deviation: 67%; Recommendation: No recommendations."
Amid Draco Malfoy's burst of laughter, Neville, his cheeks flushed, ran away with his head down. Professor Blaine, noticing this outcome, watched Neville's dejected figure with a thoughtful look in his eyes.

The pure white world shattered like broken glass.
In the Hogwarts classroom, the young wizards who had been lying on their desks woke up one by one. They looked around in confusion, and it took them a long time to realize where they were.
Harry glanced at the gold watch on his wrist, a gift from Professor Blaine, which he had always worn.
"About six minutes later--"
Harry gasped, realizing how much time had passed, and said to Hermione in an incredulous tone.
They had probably practiced for two or three hours in the mental world, while only a few minutes had passed in the outside world. Even though Professor Blaine had emphasized this point, Harry still found it incredible!
Professor Blaine and the others stood in front of him, gently rubbing his temples, looking somewhat tired.
Harry stood up, intending to go and see what was going on, but unexpectedly, as soon as he stood up, he felt a sudden dizziness, an overwhelming sense of vertigo assaulting his nerves, and he immediately fell back onto the bench.
"Watch out, Mr. Potter—"
Professor Blaine, noticing this, smiled gently.
"Although time has been compressed, your mental exhaustion is real. Everyone, please remain quiet in your chairs and do not move. You have ten minutes to rest."
Professor Blaine took a breath and looked at the group of dazed young wizards, saying...
"For the next hour, we practiced dodging dung balls and warmed up our bodies—"

Nine p.m.
Bathed in pure starlight, Hogwarts Castle had fallen silent. Perhaps it was because Professor Blaine had taken most of the armor in the castle for his own use, making the castle much quieter than usual. Only the portraits on the walls seemed to whisper to the young wizards returning late.
The young wizards from the four houses parted ways in the foyer. Slytherin and Hufflepuff headed toward the basements, while Ravenclaw and Gryffindor went toward their respective towers.
"Oh, that's--"
Eager to share his evening's experiences with Ron, Harry hurried up the spiral staircase, his eyes catching sight of a limping figure patrolling the edge, just past the light of Hagrid's room and disappearing into the darkness.
"It's Professor Moody—"
Harry said with a hint of surprise,
"Does Professor Dumbledore order him to patrol the campus every night?"
"Oh, that's not necessarily true!"
Fred said with great interest,
