"I think it's very meaningful to use time to enrich yourself and become a better version of yourself."
"For example, reading books to enrich one's spiritual world, exercising to maintain physical health, and any behavior that helps improve oneself is meaningful."
Horikita Suzune stopped moving the pencil in her hand and spoke seriously to Mutoha.
"Then your life is really meaningful!"
Upon hearing Horikita Suzune's words, Wu Douyu smiled and shook his head.
"Hmph, this is the difference between me and people like you. I will use all my time to improve myself instead of wasting time on meaningless things."
Horikita Suzune crossed her arms and looked at Mutoha with disdain.
They're already so useless, yet they still don't strive for improvement, spending their days thinking about these empty things; they're simply wasting their lives.
And these are precisely the kinds of people she despises the most.
"All these meaningful things you've mentioned have absolutely no meaning in my eyes!"
"If meaningful things are like what you say, then I'd rather do meaningless things!"
Hearing Wu Douyu's words, Horikita Suzune frowned and snorted coldly.
"It's true that normal people can't communicate with abnormal people."
"Heh, you don't actually think you're normal, do you?"
Wu Douyu glanced at her dismissively, then left her with a cool back view.
Watching Wu Douyu's departing figure, Horikita Suzune clenched her fists tightly.
This guy is really asking for a beating!
Chapter 29 Ha, a bunch of useless trash.
A few days after the quiz, it was already early May.
"Strange, isn't today the first? Why haven't the 10 points been transferred yet?"
"I don't know, could it be that the school's system is broken?"
"Perhaps it's a delayed payment?"
"Wait a minute! My friends in Class C all said that the points have already been distributed today."
The classroom was filled with noise and a sense of urgency that made people restless.
Just then, a series of crisp footsteps came from the doorway.
Chabashira Sae, wearing brown shoes and holding a piece of white paper, walked to the podium with a stern face.
"Tea Pillar Teacher, why haven't the points been distributed yet?!"
Upon seeing Mr. Chabashira appear, an impatient student asked a question.
"They've already been issued," Chabashira Sae replied calmly.
"No! Chabashira-sensei! It still shows zero here!" The student even showed Chabashira Sae to his personal points information.
"Yes! I'm still getting the same numbers here!"
"Tea Pillar Teacher, you're not lying to us, are you? There's no such thing as 10 points per month."
Hearing the students' questions and angry shouts, Chabashira Sae placed her hands on the podium, raised her head, and looked at them with disdain.
"You guys really are a bunch of flawed products! It's been over a month since school started, and you still haven't noticed?"
Everyone was startled by Chaba Sae's indifference.
"Tea...Tea Pillar Teacher, what...what do you mean by that? Why are you saying we're defective products?" A student asked, frowning.
"Heh, this school divides classes according to ability, into four classes: A, B, C, and D. Your class, D, is the worst," Chabashira Sae said coldly.
Hearing Chabashira Sae's explanation, some people who considered themselves very capable were deeply hurt.
"How...how could this happen! My grades are definitely not bad, why was I assigned to this garbage class?!" A student named Yukimura, wearing glasses, stood up in disbelief, his voice trembling slightly.
"Damn it! Why am I in the worst class?!" Ken Sudo, sitting at the back, roared in dissatisfaction.
"That's the truth. Your excellence is just your own self-righteous excellence. In the eyes of the school, these are all flaws!" Chabashira Sae glanced at the dissatisfied crowd and said in a flat tone.
"Is there no way for us to escape the fate of Class D?" Kikyo Kushida suddenly said.
"Of course! As long as your class points exceed those of Class C, you will be promoted to Class C; if they exceed those of Class A, you will become Class A."
"And if you graduate with Class A, you'll have recommendation letters and assistance from the school, whether you're looking for a job or going on to university," Chabashira Sae said, squinting at them.
Upon hearing Chabashira Sae's words, everyone felt a glimmer of hope that they could be promoted to Class A.
"It seems this teacher wants us to improve our class score and graduate as an A-class student!"
A handsome young man with long blond hair was trimming his nails while placing his long legs on the table.
"That depends on whether you want to or not," said Chabashira Sae, glancing at Koenji Rokusuke.
"Then... Chabashira-sensei, what do you mean by class points?" Hirata Yosuke stood up and asked.
"Class points are used to evaluate a class. If any member of the class does something that violates school rules, class points will be deducted as punishment."
"Class points are also linked to your personal points. Your class points this month are 0, so your personal points will also be 0."
As she spoke, Chabashira Sae turned around and wrote down the class points for each class this month on the blackboard.
Class A: 940.
Class B: 650.
Class C: 490.
Class D: 0.
Looking at the class scores on the blackboard, everyone couldn't help but marvel at Class A's strength, while also feeling disgusted with their own class's zero score.
"Tea Pillar Teacher, we haven't made any mistakes this month! Why did we get zero?" Ike Kanji looked at Tea Pillar Sae with a puzzled expression.
"Sleeping in class, being late, reading comics, littering... these are all behaviors that will result in points being deducted."
"But...but teacher, you clearly know that what we're doing will deduct points from the class, so why didn't you stop us?" Ike Kanji looked at Chabashira Sae with some dissatisfaction.
If Mr. Chabashira hadn't failed to explain the school rules clearly, how could they have gotten zero points?
He spent too many personal points last month, so he didn't save up many personal points at all, and now even eating a meal has become a problem.
"Hehe, Chi, do you eat with your hands or your feet?"
"Of course I eat with my hands! Who would be so stupid as to eat with their feet?" Ike didn't quite understand what Chabashira-sensei meant by asking that question.
"Since you know that you should eat with your hands, why don't you, as a student, know that sleeping in class and being late are terrible things?" Chabashira Sae looked at Ike Kanji with some disdain.
"This...this...then why don't you do anything about me when you see me sleeping, teacher? This is clearly your problem, okay!" Chi Kuanzhi said somewhat shamelessly.
"That's because you treated the school like your own home, young master! I'm only responsible for teaching, not for providing wake-up services," said Chabashira Sae in a somewhat sarcastic tone.
"You...you're being so irresponsible!" Chi Kuanzhi was clearly quite angry.
"Heh, then go ahead and complain about me to the council."
Upon hearing Chashiba Sae's words, Ike Kanji was speechless.
A complaint? He doesn't even know who the school's board of directors is, so where is he supposed to file a complaint?
Everyone was intimidated by Chabashira Sae's temper, and kept their heads down, not uttering a sound.
Chabashira Sae glanced at the students below the stage, her eyes filled with disappointment and helplessness.
"Midterm exams are next month. Anyone who fails will be expelled!"
What?! Dropping out of school?!
Everyone was shocked. Failing a grade meant expulsion! Wasn't that a bit too much of a price to pay?
"Tea...Tea Pillar Teacher, are you...are you serious? If we fail the midterm exam, will we really be expelled?" a student with very poor grades asked, his voice trembling.
"Yes!"
"This is going too far! You just drop out of school like that! Have you even considered how we students feel?"
"Ha, what do I care about your feelings? If you have any problems, go and cause trouble for the council. I'm just here to relay your messages!"
"He deserved to be expelled because he was so useless!"
After uttering those cold words, Chabashira Sae turned and left the classroom.
Only the students were left looking at each other in bewilderment.
Chapter 30 I like arrogant people like you.
Everyone in the class could clearly sense that Chabashira Sae wasn't joking!
