"Energy saving".

Hal Jordan's voice trailed off, and he looked embarrassed.

The power of the lamp ring depends entirely on the user's will. The transcendent who possesses a lamp ring outside the legion's organization must know this. He has utterly lost face.

"Hare Jordan still became Green Lantern?"

David recognized Hal Jordan at a glance from the facial contours beneath the green mask.

Hal Jordan, one of the best pilots in the United States, has a full-page biography with a photo on his online encyclopedia page.

After unexpectedly receiving the light ring, he once followed Hal Jordan online.

call out!

"Something really big has happened, right?"

Batman looked up at David.

This is common knowledge online. The transcendents are powerful and mysterious, and they never participate in ordinary crime-fighting activities. They only appear when there is a crisis that could threaten the entire world.

"It seems that the owners of those biological weapons possess extraordinary power."

Even if there were millions of those demonic bio-weapons, they wouldn't pose any threat to the two guys in front of them. There must be others.

"We're still a step too late."

Clark clenched his fist, his super vision allowing him to see a Parademon circling in the distant sky, like a vulture searching for prey.

The appearance of hordes of monsters not belonging to this planet indicates that the ancient device David mentioned, capable of transporting an alien army, has been activated.

"These Parademons arrived on this planet a long time ago."

David shook his head.

They met up halfway, arriving quickly enough that the Parademons had already reached Earth.

It's possible that the Mother Box of the human world was activated while I was on my way to Atlantis.

Using his sense of gravity, David looked toward the Gotham branch of the Interstellar Labs.

The research building was destroyed from the inside, and the site has been secretly sealed off for some time. The entire block is under martial law, guarded by heavily armed soldiers, and no one is allowed to approach.

"Because it's related to aliens, the news has been blocked?"

Although the Mother Box should have been taken away by the Apokolips high command by now, David decided to go and see if there were any living witnesses, and to get information about the Apokolips high command who had arrived from them.

"However, it can be inferred that Darkseid probably didn't come."

If that Dark Lord were to arrive, he would not immediately lie in wait and send Parademons to harass and attack other parts of the world, creating chaos, as he has done now.

Just then, an explosion suddenly came from the other side of the street, accompanied by screams from the crowd.

"Someone is fighting those Parademons."

Yes……"

Clark immediately turned his gaze over, his eyes piercing through the layers of reinforced concrete, and his expression froze.

"Is he a half-human, half-machine?"

Steel skeleton?

David's expression shifted.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, there should be eyewitnesses.

"Let's go take a look."

"Where do you monsters come from?!"

Where are your leaders?!

The sonic cannon swept through more than a dozen Parademons, turning them to ashes. A black man whose body was covered by metal for more than 80 percent of his body, with a sad and angry expression, like a wild beast out of control, tightly grabbed a Parademon and interrogated him.

But the mindless Parademons could only roar and try to grab and bite the creature in front of them, but they were held tightly by an iron hand and could not break free.

"I can guarantee that even a dog is smarter than it."

Interrogating it is futile.

Accompanied by a green light, Hal Jordan landed as a reminder.

Having killed the Parademon in his hand, Victor Stone turned his head like a startled bird, nearly firing the sonic cannon that had transformed from his arm.

"Hehe, be careful."

Hal Jordan raised his hands.

Having just lost his father in a sudden attack, Steelbone, his eyes bloodshot, warily scanned the people who were arriving in their own ways.

"Batman, Superman, Beyonder?"

Aside from the two strangers, he saw the superheroes who frequently fight crime and save the world in news reports, and he lowered his guard slightly.

Hal Jordan pursed his lips in dissatisfaction.

Even though he's only been fighting crime in Seaside City for a few days, is he really that unknown?

"You seem to have encountered some trouble?"

Batman paused for a moment before speaking.

The black man in front of me was extremely emotionally unstable, his eyes were red as if he had suffered a huge blow, like he had lost a loved one in a sudden disaster.

He was familiar with this feeling and emotion.

"My father was murdered by a group of strangely dressed monsters!"

Victor Stone covered his eyes and wept bitterly.

"What exactly happened?"

David pressed for an answer.

"You and we might be able to find them together; they are brewing a war that will destroy the world."

"me……"

Facing the Transcendent One who had once saved the world, Cyborg hesitated for a moment, then began to recount the bizarre events in a shaky, disordered voice.

On his way home after playing a rugby game, he was in a car accident. His mother died, and he should have died too.

"My father revived me with a strange box and then modified me."

It has made me who I am today.

This morning, just as the renovation was completed, the box emitted a deafening roar, opened a passage, and several tall, ferocious creatures descended, along with countless other monsters, bursting through the building!

His father was casually crushed to death by a tall, strong man with a beast-like face and an aura of brutal violence.

A tall monster with long horns, covered in scales and silver armor, seemed to be devoid of emotion, coldly and ruthlessly wielding an axe to kill the remaining personnel in the laboratory.

Cyborg charged forward angrily, only to have his attack easily blocked by a man dressed in a green suit and wearing a golden helmet shaped like an insect, who then knocked him unconscious with a wave of his hand, as if sweeping away trash.

When he woke up again, he saw a scene of ruins.

David frowned as he sorted through the information he had gathered.

"Kalibak, Steppenwolf, and Mantis..."

Those who descended from Apokolips indeed changed as well.

"It's no longer just Steppenwolf leading the Parademon army."

The monster with scales and silver armor, carrying an axe, is undoubtedly a Steppenwolf.

In Cyborg's account, he appears to be the lowest-ranking of the three leaders, while the tall, bull-like man is the highest-ranking among them.

Cyborg's description of that man reminded him of someone—Darkseid's eldest son, Kalibak.

"Kalibak, son of the Dark Lord, one of the most powerful new gods, possesses power no less than that of the Kryptonian sons, and is cruel and tyrannical in nature. He is the second strongest warrior under Darkseid."

David's favorite among the three was the last one – the new god Mantis.

One of Darkseid's most loyal subordinates, a member of the New Gods, cold and ruthless, without any mercy, he is Darkseid's most powerful warrior. In terms of status, he may not be as high as the Dark Lord's own son, but his strength surpasses that of Kalibak. He is almost immune to physical attacks and has the ability to absorb and manipulate energy.

Clark looked at Cyborg with pity.

Having his body almost entirely converted into machinery reminded him of his uncle, Jo El, whose tragic situation was that after Brainiac was defeated, he was taken back to Fort Lonely, but after a diagnosis, Jo El discovered that his hippocampus had been removed and part of his brain had been cut out.

Unable to regain his memories, he had no choice but to destroy his mechanical body and be imprisoned in the Red Sun Prison.

The young man in front of him was not much better off than his uncle. He lost his mother in a car accident, survived, became half-human and half-machine, and then his father died in front of him.

"You said your father used a strange box to revive you?"

Batman frowned.

"And then that box brought a bunch of monsters?"

He astutely captured two key points in Cyborg's words, spoken amidst a series of tragic events and a state of mental confusion.

No one understands the pain of losing parents better than him, but why does it seem like the young man's father has attracted aliens?

"It sounds like Pandora's box."

Hal Jordan stroked his chin with a serious expression.
