A pale beam of light descended from the sky, like a chain connecting the earth and the heavens.

Fos-001 had just pushed aside a mechanical monster when he found himself suddenly in a world filled with pale white beams of light.

The beam of light did indeed illuminate everything.

Its daybreak.

The solid Earth's crust was suddenly engulfed in irregular tremors, tilting, and cracking. The immense energy from the collision and annihilation of antimatter particles with the planet stirred up the entire area from the crust to the mantle, causing even deeper lava to surge and erupt from the surface.

A beam of light was enough to instantly vaporize the largest city on Pasifica, and then, amidst the boiling lava, to hurle its remaining ruins into a veritable volcanic hell.

The remaining Werthers did not experience much suffering as they passed away.

Perhaps the last sight that those gazing outside would see was the light brought to them by that pillar of light, a symbol of destruction.

The mechanical monsters stopped attacking. As if their brains were on fire, they desperately pounced on Fos-001, layering on top of each other, seemingly trying to suffocate him.

"what happened?"

The mechanical monsters almost wrapped him up like a giant iron ball, and he could feel himself being carried upwards by a force.

He instinctively gathered his power, his body about to burst into flames, in order to break free from this bunch of mechanical monsters that had inexplicably become enthusiastic.

However, they discovered that the planetary energy that was originally abundant in their bodies was being drawn away and disappearing like melting snow.

"Pasifica? Pasifica!"

This time, he didn't mind Pasifica's talkativeness and interruptions; he hoped Pasifica would reply to him quickly.

Fos-001 mustered its last remaining strength, causing the iron ball formed by the mechanical monster to creak and groan.

They drew a few more characters on the ground and gave him a name in their own language: "Pasifica".

He gladly accepted the name.

Because no one had ever communicated with him before—not even one-sidedly.

And the name doesn't seem bad at all.

The Witts liked to celebrate Pasifica with grand ceremonies when he orbited the Earth and, in their view, aligned his parent star with his two companion stars.

Pasifica was happy to accept it all.

Later, a bird with four wings was born from his light.

So they revered the four-winged bird as a divine beast and set aside a special day to thank it.
