Taking one night off temporarily

Today I had to go out and stand for a day. My back hurts so much. I think I have an old problem of lumbar disc herniation.

I can't sit still in front of the computer when I go home. I really can't stand it any longer. I'm temporarily asking for a night off to relieve the pain in my lower back. I hope you'll forgive me.
