Coupled with the constant high-intensity updates and lack of time to check information and repeatedly polish, the writing state will definitely get worse and worse.

I feel like I haven't been performing very well recently. After thinking about it, I decided to take leave when I feel bad.

Try to spend as much time as possible to find ways to adjust and improve so that the quality does not get worse.
