Just came back from lifting water

From the initial back pain, diarrhea and abdominal pain, to red and swollen eye sockets, sore eyes, constant coughing and runny nose, and chest pain, it has been ridiculous for ten days. Didn't I say that it will be fine in about a week... Why is it still changing?

My whole body was sluggish, I couldn't feel energetic about anything, I had no appetite, I couldn't vomit and couldn't spit it out, my nose was still blocked and I couldn't breathe smoothly, and I felt a little better after taking the water.
