I have a low-grade fever and my condition is not right.

After a day, I don’t feel that I have any symptoms such as back pain, body aches, or a high fever that persists. However, the slight sore throat, headache, and diarrhea are real, and they should be a bit of a low-grade fever.

Yesterday, I woke up with a headache after sleeping for a few hours in the middle of the night. The low-grade fever should have subsided after sleeping during the afternoon, but I was still very uncomfortable.
